I spoke with the Revdex.com's mediator " [redacted] " and he asked that I respond to the complaint even though the complaint is supposed to be fully withdrawn and [redacted] also advised that my organization will be unaffected by this complaint in any way due to the fact that the consumer left messages and recanted the complaintPlease confirm with me once this complaint is withdrawn as I've been advised that ill receive a phone callThank you [redacted] , for your help in this process

Dear Sir:The response that ** *** has sent is response to my complaint is completely falseHis statement of my scores going up over points is not true at all. My credit score did not even move a point as a result of what he didThere was absolutely nothing done for free. I paid him $400.00, upon that payment I was given a MONEY BACK GUARENTEE that if he was not able to get the *** *** taken of he would refund my money. I was told that by *** *** and *** *** (My Financial Person). Both men assured me that I had nothing to loose by doing this. *** *** recommend that I use *** *** because we needed to get the *** *** taken care of quickly since I was in a contract for buying a house*** *** knew from the beginning what the task was and what needed to be done. He was very confident that he could do it. As the process went on he realized that he was not able to do what he said he would. I NEVER asked *** *** to just DELETE the *** ***. I know that's not even possible. Another lie by *** ***I am extremely upset at that accusationI had my reservation about this from the beginning, asking how this would be done. *** *** assured me of all sorts of steps that would be taking and in the end I would be very satisfied. I took him and *** *** at their word, that was my mistake*** *** would give me time frames of when things would be done along the way that never happened and then would turn the situation around to be my fault. I was outraged at his behavior and the way I was spoken to by himI have countless emails and there were numerous phone calls with *** *** regarding him not being able to do what he told me would be doneI would like *** *** to keep to his work and refund me my $as stated in the very beginning. I was offered a MONEY BACK GUARENTEE if he was not able to take of the *** *** off my credit report and he was not. It's that simpleIn regards to my financial situation, that has no bearing on this at all. I went into a business situation with this man and he was not able to fulfill his end of it. The clients desired resolution of a $199 refund is accepted. Although we preformed the service past the initial round, our clients satisfaction comes before anything else. The refund will be processed today and a refund receipt will be emailed to our client by end of business today.

After my divorce I had terrible credit my ex wife did not pay any of our joint accounts . I was referred to credit advisory group Had a great experience with . Bill handled my file from start to finish it took 3 rounds but I want from the low 500's to the high 600's in about 3 months since then I have sent 2 family members .

Review: I was referred to [redacted] at Credit Advisory Group from a mortgage specialist who assured me that [redacted] would be of great assistance to me in repairing my credit. [redacted] told me the fee was $299 and guaranteed that if my credit score did not improve in 45 days he would refund my fee. He had my credit report and suggested using my [redacted] card. I reluctantly agreed. I contacted [redacted] several times by email starting a week before the 45 day mark, September **, and left messages telling him that I had seen no changes on my online account reminding him of my money back guarantee. At the 45 day mark I emailed on the online account asking for a refund. An associate called telling me in would take time for these changes to take place never referencing her [redacted] promise to me. 99 I called again, after 9/** to see if I would get a response to my refund request; [redacted] who I spoke with asked me to send any credit reporting information to her and I sent it via email. On October * while paying my [redacted] bill I noticed an unauthorized charge of 99.99 from Credit Advisory Group. I then checked 90 transactions noticing that the initial fee charged was 399.99 and each month 99.99 has been charged on my card. I never agreed to 399.99; the amount quoted by [redacted] was 299.99 and I was never informed of monthly charges. While initial work of sending letters out to my credit agencies, I feel like I have been scammed as I never agreed on this rate and subsequent charges. Also I was never fully informed on the process. I had to call several times to get directions on their responsibility in this credit repair process.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

Because services was not completely rendered, [redacted] at Credit Advisory Group reneged on his 45 day money back guarantee promise AND I have been overcharged, I want a complete refund. Credit Advisory Group is a fraudulent operation that makes empty promises in order to grab money from unsuspecting consumers who are financially compromised.
