Credit Advisory Group fixed my credit quickly! I would recommend them to anyone in search of credit repair services.

Review: I hired this company to fix my credit, in particular to try to fix an [redacted] issue that is on my credit report. Before entering into this (which was advised by my financial advisor) I was told numerous times that I had nothing to loose, that if they could not fix it or make my credit scores better that I would be refunded by $400.00. Since I really didn't have $400.00 to just throw away, I believed them and went ahead and did it. I was given dates that I should have results, which never happened. Not only did I loose a house I was going to buy because of this company but now they are going back on their word regarding the money back guarantee. I have been trying for months to get my money back and all I get is ignored or a condescending response. This man has been unbelievably rude and difficult to work with from the start. I am asking for your help in this matter, I don't know what to do from here and I am not able to just let $400.00 go. As per our discussion. We have helped this client correct over 27 different derogatory accounts. Her scores increased by well over 100 points. We rendered our services and did additional work for free to work on the [redacted] account in question. We advised her to work it out with [redacted] and they would be willing but she asked us to “delete” the item as if we were [redacted] ourselves. [redacted] validated the account with all 3 major credit bureaus which means that it verifiable and accurate. She sent several threatening emails as we continued to offer complimentary services to our client but the emails and calls wouldn’t stop regardless. We are very careful with making sure that our clients are happy and our record with Revdex.com is extremely important to us. Due to the fact that this client remains unsatisfied in regards to our scope of work, we still know that we did everything within the legal boundaries to help assist in anyway. We believe that she is struggling financially and using the Revdex.com forum for the purposes of a refund. We have all the emails and credit bureau correspondence to verify that everything I mentioned above is 100% accurate.

After my divorce I had terrible credit my ex wife did not pay any of our joint accounts . I was referred to credit advisory group Had a great experience with . Bill handled my file from start to finish it took 3 rounds but I want from the low 500's to the high 600's in about 3 months since then I have sent 2 family members .

The Credit Advisory Group has done an outstanding job in assisting me regain my good name. The CAG not only removed dozens of accurate and inaccurate reportings but has helped me restablish a stellar credit history.

I used credit advisory group for my credit issue and my Experiance was nothing short of impressive. I'd reccomend them to anyone that requires their services.

Review: I contacted Credit Advisory Group regarding removal of hard inquiries on my credit report at the end of March 2015. One of their employees emailed me the following: "It’s a $399 one-time fee to go out to all 3 credit bureaus and delete inquiries and raise scores. It takes 45 days for an update. There is a money back guarantee if unsuccessful."

After not having the issue resolved, having the hard inquiries removed from my credit report, the following email was sent to the president and CEO of the company:

To Whom It May Concern,

This email serves as a request for a full refund. It has been almost 5 months since I joined Credit Advisory Group. I was promised that I would have a resolution to my issue in a timely manner. As stated in the screenshot below, from an email I received from Josh G[redacted] back on March [redacted] 2015, he stated there would be a money back guarantee. I have contacted your company about 2 dozen times over the past 2 months via email and phone conversations and have NEVER been contacted back regarding my account. I find it extremely incompetent and disrespectful your company's practices and neglecting of a paid customer.

I was told on numerous occasions when I first joined, that the hard inquiries I had on my credit reports would be removed within a few months. Your company has failed to deliver as promised and as such I am requesting a full and immediate refund.

I would appreciate acknowledgment of this email request and the refund expedited as soon as possible.

I was then contacted by Alan H[redacted], president and CEO of the company, who promised me he would look into it. After not hearing back, I sent the following email:

Alan,

I have contacted your office 3 times in the past week trying to get an update from you. I left messages with Tom and have YET to get a call back. I would appreciate it if you would contact me ASAP and update me on what you have accomplished.

That last email was on September [redacted], I have yet to receive any information and/or any resolve to the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, the hard inquiries still appear on my credit report. The company guaranteed that they would be deleted and they failed to do so.

I spoke with the Revdex.com's mediator "[redacted]" and he asked that I respond to the complaint even though the complaint is supposed to be fully withdrawn and [redacted] also advised that my organization will be unaffected by this complaint in any way due to the fact that the consumer left messages and recanted the complaint. Please confirm with me once this complaint is withdrawn as I've been advised that ill receive a phone call. Thank you [redacted], for your help in this process.

Review: Hire this firm for credit repair. Nothing was dine. Spoke to [redacted], he told me he will resent a package to credit bureau. He never did. I called and left messages. I emailed. No responseDesired Settlement: At this point I just want a refund. I gave them a second change to have the work done and it wasn't.

I am requesting to have the complaint # ID [redacted], rescinded and fully withdrawn from the record because I never did business with [redacted] or Credit Advisory Group. I did business with a different organisation and the phone number and organization doesn't exist any more. I was fraud ed but not by them. sorry for the confusion. and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
