Credit card services contacted me in regards to my credit card debtI spoke with a gentleman by the name of George H***He clearly stated he would reduce my credit card interest rate to % or less if I hired their serviceAfter all processing was complete I was informed that I would have to shut my oldest credit card down and I would receive a 7.44% rate I told him I would have to confer with my wife and before moving forward and to call me back Monday at am I did not receive a call from them until pm and it was a woman representative rudely and threateningly demanding payment I told her we were not interested in moving forward with them due to the requirements and the interest rate being above what they guaranteedShe informed me that I would be suedReported to collections

My review is very similar to other people who wrote YOU This is definitely a scam and somehow they need to be shut down They argue with you and threaten you have a contract with them when you have answered them with a plain yes No signatures from either sides The man I spoke with is foreign and goes by the name of John C [redacted] I feel very foolish and will notify all credit companies Please help me! I don't want my credit ruined

I considered help from this company due to debt issues after additional bills were added to my budget due to surgeries The first representative (Derek Best) told me if I was unhappy with the service and they could not save me enough by lowering my credit card debit to constitute paying them $(payments of $by Educare), I could cancel my account This was reiterated to me as I voiced this concern several times Derek could not finish after being on the phone with him and creditors for about hours and he would work with me again on Saturday but I needed to finish signing (electronically) the paperworkI was unable to get to my email and confirmed the account via text message Unbeknown to me, the file was transferred to someone else (I can supply his name at a later date if needed) who asked for my personal expenses, made some calculations, told me the credit card company would not talk to him on my behalf like the 1st guy did , he told me fictitious numbers and d

I received a call from this company thinking they were calling on behalf to assist me with lowering my interest rate on my credit cards, so I went along and worked with a gentleman name of Milton and he stated it would help me save money and if I decided to cancel or add any other cards to the program I couldI further researched this company and did not feel confrontable with them taking money from my account and it states on a letter that if the customer wishes to revoke authorization for this debit then call this number ###-###-#### which I did and the customer service was awful and they were not trying to assist me in any way and continued to tell me that they will not cancel my account because I agreed to their services even though I am calling prior to any services or money to be taken out of my account I called several times today to speak to someone regarding this and telling them that I do not give them authorization to take money out of my account and the supervisior ms Vick

This service represented themselves as capital oneOffered o% interest on my capital one acct which they had all my informationI did say yes, my call was dropped and I had difficulty getting them back on the phoneWhen I did reach them the next day they had already solodified the deal ,I was told it could not be undone and my bank account would be accessed, they also had all my routing numbers at the bank and my checking acct numberThey also told me they would ruin my credit if I put a stop payment on the pending withdrawal.When I recievec my next months staement and found no change in my interest rate or finance charge I called Capital One customer service which theh confirmed no one from Capital one had contacted me

I was told that I can have a lower interest rates on my credit cards.they took all identiy info and said I had to close my accounts when I explained I did not want to close any accounts they said that they can not help me but for their services I owe them$and they would send me to collections.I never signed anything staying that I had to pay them whether they help me or not.it was a phone conversation about my credit cards they took my social security and password.and I'm fearful of identity theft and they will ruin my credit over a phone scam.no services were rendered there fore I do not owe them

on 3/*/I received an inbound robocall from ###-###-#### A representative talked to me about lowering my interest rates on my credit cards Although they firmly stated to me after the fact they stated they weren't associated with any lender it was confusing I assumed it was *** *** so I continued listening The representative who sounded foreign got my info confirmed he transferred me to another rep who recorded the call and stated to me that they could lower my interest rates to 6.99% apr and a one time fee of $would be charged to me for doing so I kept listening not understanding that I was going to be on the hook for this fee
The rep that I cannot remember the name of gave me a confirmation number of ***, I kept listening as they transferred the call to *** *** to 'negotiate' on my behalf to get balance details apr etc I began to feel suspicious and skeptical when they asked me to confirm the first numbers of my social security number and

I Received a call from this company about one month ago offering me the option to reduce my credit card to a 0% interest rate After agreeing to let them help, and agreeing to pay them $for their assistance, I found out that I would have to be dishonest to my credit card company about my income being decreased or that my expenses have increased Since neither of those have occured I have refused I was informed that it would only be "a little white lie"Now I am paying them for no services and unable to get out from my contract with them Had I of known that was the case I would not have agreed to their contract

I've asked the company repeatedly to remove my number from their listing and yhey continue to call and even borderline harass me with calls I want it to stop
