Credit card services contacted me in regards to my credit card debtI spoke with a gentleman by the name of George H***He clearly stated he would reduce my credit card interest rate to % or less if I hired their serviceAfter all processing was complete I was informed that I would have to shut my oldest credit card down and I would receive a 7.44% rate
I told him I would have to confer with my wife and before moving forward and to call me back Monday at am I did not receive a call from them until pm and it was a woman representative rudely and threateningly demanding payment
I told her we were not interested in moving forward with them due to the requirements and the interest rate being above what they guaranteedShe informed me that I would be suedReported to collections

I was contacted via cell phone today by Credit Card Services from
###-###-#### but the numbers that showed up on my cell phone from
their attempts to call me when disconnected were ###-###-#### and
###-###-####They are claiming I verbally agreed to be charged
$1,for services of lowering interest rates and payment amount(s) on my Credit Cards even though they are not able to do so at allI did not agreeUpon researching this company online there are other complaints about their tactics to illicit and acquire money without fully providing the services they offerI was advised that they can and will place collections and obtain a Judgment for the fee regardless of the outcome

This company called and said they were given my file from chase to lower my interest rate with a fee they could transfer my pennys bill to lower it also I asked if this hurt my credit they kept telling me no no no the first person had to reset the recorder I was so hesitant When we got to the point for the guy to call chase I ask the girl that answered if this hurt my credit she said yes I said just stop dont do anything she must have hung up because she never said another word he just kept trying to perswade me I was doing the right thing I told him I wanted to talk to a manager the manager said I already got a confirmation number it was to late I hung up and called chase they said they never call with lowering rate offers I called these people back and asked to talk to the manager again he said he just talked to me and he would be sending me to collections so they lied they never got a file from chase it was a 3rd party and I also reported them for the no call list

I recently agreed to a help from Credit Card Services and or Educare to lower the interest rate on my credit cards in October of this yearThey initiated contact on that first call with an automated message, and it sounded legitimate, but then when I actually spoke with someone, they asked for a lot of my personal information, and I fell for itThey called one of my credit card financers, with my permission to get me a lower rate and were successfulThey then applied for a credit card, without my permission, and I did not know until after they had already done it, and told me I was approved for a new credit card with 0% introductory APR I did receive the card at my home
I e-signed for their financial fee and received an email confirmation of it, but I recently noticed that they didn't get all of my account information correct and they are threatening to send me to collections for the total amount, instead of the installments that I agreed to, because the first two payments did

My review is very similar to other people who wrote YOU. This is definitely a scam and somehow they need to be shut down. They argue with you and threaten you have a contract with them when you have answered them with a plain yes. No signatures from either sides. The man I spoke with is foreign and goes by the name of John C[redacted] I feel very foolish and will notify all 3 credit companies. Please help me! I don't want my credit ruined.

Review: Nuisance phone calls. I am on the NO CALL list... I get them monthly and had 2 today. I did (*69) and got this phone # . ###-###-####. Hempstead, N.Y. Last year it was in Sarasota, Fl. We pay our c.c. bills monthly, no balances, they need to stop calling. They off #3 to stop calls but it does not. #1 for a representative, they hang up when you start to complain. These calls have been for 2-3 yrs. and need to be stopped.Desired Settlement: NO more calls from a recording named [redacted]

Review: We are on the do not call list but this company refuses to take us off their list . When I speak to a human representatives they hang up on me. It a neusence calls and some are even verbally abusive. Would like them to respect my privacy and request to have them NOT call.Desired Settlement: No more ROBO calls

Review: number called and told me it woluld only take 30 mins to talk to them about lowering my interest on my credit card, after talking on the phone with the company the supervisor advised me that if I were to hang up he would sue me and take hundreds of dollars from my account, this company was very rude and unproffesional, iwant my account deleted with them or I will take this a step further than the Revdex.com.
