First we checked our call records and only five calls were made to Mrs. [redacted] in the last two weeks, three were no answer and no message was left, one another person answered and said she was not in, no message was left, and one on 09/13/16 where we spoke to Mrs. [redacted]. included in her bankruptcy and would have her attorney call, they never did. We checked with the bankruptcy court and the account was not included in her bankruptcy. She filed in 2013 and was discharged in January of 2014, this account was opened 04/12/14 after her bankruptcy discharge, the debt is valid and owing. She has indicated she does not want to be called regarding this account and we will not call, it will however remain on her credit for the legal reporting time. Mrs. [redacted] was called at her place of employment in the pursuit of trying to collect a debt she owes to [redacted]. Our representative did not ask for any confidential information only tried to determine if we had the correct place of employment, we already have that...

information and would not need it from her company. We did speak to Mrs. [redacted] and she informed us she does not want calls to her place of employment and there have not been any more and there will not be any. Again we did not ask for her SSN, we already have it, our representative did try and verify the last four to ensure we have the right place of work for the right person. We have reviewed the call records and recordings. Second we have stated that Mrs. [redacted] does not wish any more calls regarding her debt to [redacted] and there will be none, but if she decides to resolve one or both of her accounts, she may contact us and we will be glad to assist her, otherwise she will have no contact from us and I don't know what more we can do beyond that.
