Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company has called me more than twiceAlso, the company never acknowledged the fact that my wife has also asked them more than once to not contact me (or her) on my cell phone (or hers) prior to me calling them back on 11/3/They also failed to address the fact that they are contacting us in reference to debt not owed by either of us and sharing information with my wife regarding her ex-husband's delinquent pay day loanThey also failed to address the fact that the last Rep my wife spoke to said they "would not remove her" from the listThis debt is not owed by us and if they feel it is, we request confirmation in writingIf either of us receive another call to our cell phones, we will be contacting the FCC and FTC in reference to violations of the TCPA and FDCPA.However, I do appreciate them confirming my cell phone number has been removed from their systems Regards, [redacted] ***

Our records indicate that we called Mr [redacted] number ( [redacted] ), twiceOur records also indicate that on 11/3/16, Mr [redacted] called our office and requested no further callsOur representative, in accordance with our policy, immediately removed said phone number and we have not called said number sinceThank you

I don’t appreciate my mother or I being called a liar, as a matter of fact I myself received a message from your company just yesterdayThis company is very unprofessionalI have been called ignorant by one of your employees as well as a liar after I called to explain my father passed away and I needed additional time to payThe only saving grace of this company is ShanaAfter I received yet another message about this yesterday I called and spoke with Shana whom probably correctly informed me that it would take about thirty days for the automatic calls to stopShe reassured me that she sent a request on 12/13/to immediately stop the callsCDR needs training in customer serviceIt doesn’t matter if someone is delinquent, there is still a matter of decency and respectAs an aside, my mother only called back after she received a voicemail with CDR’s number on itShe didn’t just pull CDR’s phone number and name out of a hat and decided to tell me that this company called about a complaintI’m hoping CDR stops using illegal tactics to collect debts.

They not only called me but they called my husband and my mothers phoneMy husband doesOr even know this person and my mom has nothing to do with this woman eitherI do not appreciate them contacting me nor my family about someone else's business

I cannot believe this companyThe Revdex.com needs to look back at all the complaints on this company and realize who is lyingI am contacting New York FTC alsoIt is my understanding they are starting investigation because of all the complaintsI am adding to the list

On 12/21/15, Mr*** called our office and requested no further callsThe employee advised Mr*** to put the request in writingAlthough under the FDCPA the employee's request is permissible, this employee knows that our company policy is to honor any verbal cease and desist requests
and simply to remove the phone number(s) from the account and to place the account in a 'C&D' (Cease & Desist) status to prevent the customer from receiving any further callsBecause I find that our employee was in violation of our policy I have reprimanded and issued this employee a warningAfter the initial call in which it appears that Mr*** huon that initial employee, Mr*** proceeded to call our office back four additional times, back-to-back, speaking to a different employee each timeThe audio-recordings (all calls to and from our office are recorded for compliance and training purposes) revealed that Mr*** was screaming and using vulgaraties because he was dissatisfied with the initial employee's handling of the situationThe employee that made the statement regarding "playing that card" was also reprimanded and issued a warningOn a personal note, I would like to say that I have the utmost respect and honor for Mr*** for his service to our nation via his military service during which he was woundedI apologize that for the knuckle-headed remark that our employee madeThe employee admitted that he was wrong but he let his emotions get the best of him according to him, because of the abusive names Mr*** was calling himI reminded the employee that pursuant to our policy and as he was trained at the time of hire, he should have transferred the call to the officer manager or myself if he felt that he lost control of the callHe did not do the right thing and I have corrected this situation.Pursuant to Mr***'s request, I telephoned him today to discuss his complaint but I was unable to reach him so I left a voicemail for him to call me to discuss this matter if he still desires to do soI can be reached at *** *** ***Lastly, although we have returned his account to our client, *** *** ***, Mr***'s request for debt forgiveness cannot be granted because of an unsatisfactory experience with our officeOnce again, I am very sorry for Mr***'s unpleasant customer experience and I want him and the Revdex.com to know that I have corrected the employee's involved through our internal disciplinary processThank you

Our office was accommodating to this customerAfter we contacted her about her delinquent account in collections, at her request, we placed her on a partial payment arrangement in which she spre-authorized debitsAfter that, again at her request, we changed the dates of the debits because
she stated she had to pay her mortgageAfter that, the debit was declined by this customer's financial institutionWhen we made numerous calls in an effort to reach the customer back to find out what was going on, she avoided our calls and would not return messages leftOur office did leave some phone messages with relatives but at no time did our office disclose the existence of a debt nor did we otherwise violate applicable lawAs a result of this complaint, we have ceased all communication and collection efforts in connection to the account in questionThank you

Our records indicate that we did in fact email Ms*** the letter that she requested (validation notice) on 11/14/and the few additional follcalls to her were caused by Ms*** stall tactics which included "I didn't receive the email" and "I forgot my email password", etcIn any
event, we have ceased all communication as a result of this complaintThank you
