Our office sent verification of debt THREE times since June. In fact, the most recent was resent at Ms. [redacted] request by me to her email address on 9/1/16. We sent the required VOD via First Class Mail once and via email TWICE. But according to Ms. [redacted], she never received any of our letters....

It would appear that Ms. [redacted] is simply has no interest in addressing the matter. We have ceased all communication in connection to the account in question. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

the offer I reviewed appear below.The business has given different names and phone numbers all listed on ripoff report.  My local police department stated that number was known for scams.  There is nothing on my credit report from a business or collection of that name.  Without written verification of supposed debt I will not make arrangements.  Regards,[redacted]

Also, the company never acknowledged the fact that my wife has also asked them more than once to not contact me (or her) on my cell phone (or hers) prior to me calling them back on 11/3/16. They also failed to address the fact that they are contacting us in reference to debt not owed by either of us and sharing information with my wife regarding her ex-husband's delinquent pay day loan. They also failed to address the fact that the last Rep my wife spoke to said they "would not remove her" from the list. This debt is not owed by us and if they feel it is, we request confirmation in writing. If either of us receive another call to our cell phones, we will be contacting the FCC and FTC in reference to violations of the TCPA and FDCPA.However, I do appreciate them confirming my cell phone number has been removed from their systems.  Regards,[redacted]

For some reason the end of my complaint did not show. I tried to re-send it with the information and got a confirmation that the information was being shared indisclosure. In that information was:The person they...

I want them to cease all contact with me or any other phone number they have linked to me, including family and employment.

We have nothing additional to add or comment on since this appears to be the wrong party. We believe that the crux of the matter was resolved by removing the phone number of Timothy Smith and notating the account accordingly. Any further "back and forth" would, in our opinion, be fruitless. Thank you.
