I returned your product a couple of weeks agoI did not open it and I did not want it after I read about your companyPlease refund $that was taken out of my account I should have known when I read the reviews that your company is not honest and are tricking people into getting a sample of your product and then charging them full priceThis company is not reliable and they will charge you full price for the product if you do not cancel within daysThe company said that you would get a free trail sample and all you had to pay was $That's all I wanted

The Facebook-displayed ad, subscribing to receive products, *** and *** *** ***, did not tell the subscribers that they had to deal with separate companies, that the cost was $87/month for EACH product, not the products described, that cancelling with the named company, ***, did not also cancel subscription to *** *** ***
When contacted, *** *** *** was hostile, quoted obligations incurred in online literature NOT displayed to the customer during signupRepresentative also threateningly described the extra charges I would incur if I took an action through my credit card (inaccurate)

*** *** I understand their response, but again they referred back to their terms and conditions and they didn't truly address my concernsI read through the terms and conditions before I filed the complaintThe problem with the terms and conditions is that they don't state anything about the automatic monthly shipping until several paragraphs into the terms and conditionsSo them referring me back to the terms and conditions isn't helpfulThey aren't addressing the fact that how they are doing business is being deceitfulThey know as a business there are very few people who are going to read that far into the terms and conditions to see they they will be sent auto shipmentsWhen I found out what was going on I canceled my orderThe lady I spoke with told me no refundsThe next day I attempted to call to ask about a refund again, and I sat on the phone twice waiting to talk with someone and was disconnected both timesIn addition I was charged more than the $they are saying, it was only about $more, but I'm not sure why the difference in the cost, unless they aren't including taxIn general I just don't feel like they are using honest business ethicsIf they truly have meant no deceit, then I hope they will take measures to change thingsIt would have been a lot less of a hassle for them if they would have just been more up front in the first placeI am not the only person who has had complaints about how they are doing business, so they really need to take a good look at what they're doing and make some changes if they want to continue to stay in businessI would be happy if they even just refunded my money for one cream, or at the very least, offered an apologyI'm positive if they were a consumer in my position, they wouldn't be very happy with the service they have received
