Creme Skin Reviews (%countItem)

I ordered their promotional skin crime items advertised on ***. My credit card was charged on Jan 3 2018 and I received the items. On Jan 21 2018 my credit card was again charged at a much higher amount $109.79 and $99.79. I have contacted them twice with no reply. The first time asking them why I was charged that amount and the second time asking for a refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund in the amount of $209.58.

Customer Response • Feb 06, 2018

Thank you so much. I did get reimbursed.

I was scrolling through my phone and seen some info on diabetes and that I wanted a booklet but had to pay for shipping but after I gave my info I got a message saying an amount would be ccount from my account but it was a different amount that was specified at first, I seen a number on the site but it directed me to a company that had no idea what I was talking about because I was trying to cancel what I did because I am a new cell phone owner and am new to all of this and have heavy fingers that are stubby, well I didn't receive a booklet in the mail and then today on the 30th of Jamuary I had two amounts come out of my account that I didn't authorize and that it was from crème skin I was in total disbelief what the hell happened - I looked up the company and called the number and they said I signed up for a free trial and a subscription for some skin cream that I didn't receive and I am worried they will take more money out but they were rude and don't want to give me a full refund and my bank cant reverse the charges. Thr order numbers are #*** and #

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund and I don't want their cream sent to me cause I have sensitive skin and I have to watch what I use on my skin, and I don't want anymore money taken out of my account and they can lose my information

Thank you so much for helping me with my complaint about skin cream .I was refunded all my money tkanks to you

I signed up for a trial offer. Immediately after the trial offer I sent an email cancelling my order and any future orders. I received a response advising me to call a number to cancel my order. Desired Outcome

I want charges from the company refunded to my credit card.

Total Refund = $109.79

Thank you.

An ad for a 14 day trial on *** said it would only be $4.95 for shipping. Then prompted me to try another product as well. I fell for that too. The 14 day s was up on Jan. 23. On January 24th my credit card was charged $109.79 and $99.79. If there was mention of having to send the samples back or of agreeing to receive more at full price in the ads I viewed it was very small and obscure. Since I can't see the ad any longer I can't tell you if in fact there was any mention of it at all. When I called them they said I was 1 day past the deadline and they couldn't refund my money, but did offer me a 30% discount for calling. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told none were available. Apparently they have cancelled my "subscription" but I am responsible for this payment.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund as i only wanted the trial and i was not aware that I would be billed for a ridiculous amount of money

Very happy to have gotten a refund! Thank you

This product was advertised as a "FREE" trial - this advertising said the product was FREE that you just had to pay for shipping. Once we received the FREE product - a few weeks later we received an email stating our next order would be shipped totaling for two products over $200 CAD. We immediately replied to the email and called - we were NOT interested in any future orders. They said they cancelled that order and any future orders. Our credit card was charged for two items -99.79 & 109.79! We wrote an email off the first order and asked them to reverse the charges. We received another email stating they had tried to call. We then called them back were told that the original FREE order was only a TRIAL that had to be returned within 18 days - had we NOT read their TERMS & CONDITIONS? At the time we didn't remember those so we complained and said they would refund as a onetime good gesture 35%. We complained some more and then thanked the CS rep as we knew it was not her fault but said we would be reporting this as false advertising - there was NO FREE product. Then we went back to their OFFER for a FREE - filled out the form again - NO mention of terms and conditions or an 18 day trial period - BEFORE you had to give them your credit card number for the 4.95 shipping fee. As we did not want to process this order - we did not see if the other info they talked about trials and terms & conditions comes after you pay. That info should happen before you place the order.

Desired Outcome

We want their ad to include that this product is on an 18 day trial and let their customers see the TERMS & CONDITIONS before they have to give their credit card number for the shipping. I think this is illegal but is totally immoral.

I accept the refund for the amount that was charged to my credit card. The original complaint was the false advertising of the FREE product with NO TERMS & AGREEMENT attached as stated by the company or that there was an 18 day time limit to return the product. I assume that I am not the only person that has been mislead. Thank you.

The company states that for the cost of shipping ($4.95), you will receive a jar of their Skin Now Moisture Cream. What they don't tell you is that if you don't cancel your order within 18 days, they will bill you for the full purchase price of the product (an additional $109.79) which is automatically charged to your credit card.

This is misleading advertising and somehow, I have been over-charged for the product. I do not have any documentation from the company which states that I need to cancel the order within 18 days. It has somehow been secretly hidden from me.

I have contacted the company and told that there is no recourse for me to get a refund for the $109.79 which was an additional charge on my credit card.
Product_Or_Service: 1 Jar Creme Moisturizer

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I am a senior on a pension and feel that I should be given a credit for the second charge on my card or given the chance to return the product for a full refund.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I am satisfied that I have been refunded the disputed amount of $109.79.

I saw an advertisement about two free trial bottles of which you have to pay only the shipping costs. I received both bottles which are unused to date. On December 4/17 I received an e-mail that stipulates my *** card was debited with costs of $99.79 and $109.79, products I have not received. I contacted the the company, Creme Skin Care on the same day and I was told my order was rescinded and I would not be billed. I contacted my bank *** to remove those charges and to my greatest astonishment was told they can not do that. It appears they have billed me for the free trial bottles that are unused to date. I contacted Creme Skin Care on 15/12/17 and have spoken to one of their representative, namely *** and explained my concern to her. She explained to me that Upper Level Management will contact me within 24 hours to resolve the problem. No one did to date. I sent another e-mail on 17/12/17 explaining my concern to another representative that I am willing to send back the unused free trial bottles and have my charges reversed, but no response to date.

Desired Outcome

Refund It appears this company is using a *** and conducting business in,"Bad Faith" and using this *** under the guise of free trial bottles and subsequent billing customers for them. This company should not be allowed to conduct business in Canada. Their phone number is ***. Your professional help is needed in this matter. Thanks. My phone # is ***. My name is ***.

Mid Dec 2017 responded to an ad for trial of anti age cream for $4.95. Jan 1 2018 at midnight received 2emails confirming 2 products face and eye creams for $99 and $109. I did not order these. They used my *** without my permission! I called *** and put a hold on it so nothing else can be added. I will connect with *** dispute office during their working hours on Jan 2/18.

Desired Outcome

Return my $200 from the company. Penilize company for using my credit card without my authorization!

Thank you for processing my request! The company in dispute, Creme, has returned the total cost to my ***. account.

I was foolish enough to order what I thought was a FREE SAMPLE from Creme Skin online. I saw the ad on ***, and followed the ad to a website that allowed me to request a FREE SAMPLE of the product, FOR ONLY THE PRICE OF SHIPPING, $4.95 CANADIAN. I believe this was on or around Dec. 4/17. I received an "ORDER CONFIRMATION" email on Dec 4/17, referencing "ORDER # 114058" for "Crème Moisturizer (CA) Trial - 1 Bottle. Order total $4.95" NO WHERE ON THE SITE WHEN I WAS ORDERING DID THE ADVERTISING/INFORMATION STATE THAT I WOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR THE SAMPLE BOTTLE IF I DID NOT RESPOND TO THE COMPANY ONCE I RECEIVED THE "SAMPLE"!! The advertising stated that the sample sent out was a "FREE SAMPLE - FOR ONLY THE COST OF SHIPPING". I just looked at my email today, Dec 23, to see an email from Creme Skin dated Dec 22/17, CONFIRMING an order of one bottle of the skin cream, and that a CHARGE OF $109.79. had been made to my credit card!! There was no indication whatsoever on the "order confirmation" sent Dec 4/17 of a trial period, of the need to return the product, or that REVERSE-MARKETING WAS IN EFFECT, CHARGING MY CARD IN FULL FOR THE "FREE SAMPLE" IF I DID NOT RESPOND TO THE COMPANY!!! There was not even any indication of anywhere to which to respond!!!!

Upon looking up a company website today to find a number to which to complain, I first dialed the contact number on the site, only to be told that "this number is not assigned". I tried to search the site for a "contact" page, and found one with a slightly different number, which actually worked 1 289 279-1919 DID NOT work, but in MUCH SMALLER PRINT at the bottom of the contact page, the number *** was indicated, and when I called it, it worked. ***, the customer service rep, answered after about 4 minutes on hold, and I immediately gave him my name, and asked him what city and country he was in. He told me, "you've been rerouted to California, 'Mam. I told *** my complaint, told him that NO WHERE THAT I HAD SEEN ANYWHERE ON THE ORDERING WEBSITE did it indicate that the customer was signing up for a FULL PRICE PRODUCT, IF THE ORDER (!?) WAS NOT CANCELLED, AND THAT I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND FOR MY CHARGE OF $109.79. I was, of course, willing to pay for the $4.95 to which I had agreed. *** informed me that "What I had agreed to" was that I needed to CANCEL my order if I did not like the product, and as the company had not received any contact from me, the order for the full amount had been charged to my credit card. THERE WAS NO INDICATION ON ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THEM OF WHAT A "FULL PRICE" EVEN WAS. He told me that the company "DOES GIVE REFUNDS FOR OPENED PRODUCTS" and that I would not be able to receive a refund. The order confirmation sent Dec 22/17 has a reference number of ***.

When I very clearly stated that I would be contacting the Revdex.com with my complaint immediately after getting off the phone with him, *** suggested that he could offer me a %50 percent refund, for the amount of $54.89, for the "opened" product, and that my "MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT" (!!!???) would be cancelled effective immediately. I wondered how a product could be sampled, especially "risk-free", without being opened?? I indicated many times my complete dissatisfaction with the company, with the product, and with the misleading advertising, website and communication. *** was surprisingly polite throughout the entire process, truth be told, but did not provide me with the satisfaction I had asked for. I informed him I would accept the %50 refund for now, and take up the matter of the 2nd 50% with the Revdex.com immediately upon completing my call with him. I very quickly received an email from the cremeskin.com "support" team, attempting to explain the "agreement" that I had entered into. I informed them that I had already started my complaint with the Revdex.com, and that I fully expected a full refund immediately.

Desired Outcome

I would like a FULL REFUND of $109.79 credited to my credit card, my "account" (which I did not know had been set up) permanently erased from their files, and no further contact from the company once my refund has been received in full.

Creme Skin Response • Jan 03, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
The second half of my refund was deposited to my credit card on Jan. 5/18. Thank you very much to the Revdex.com for such a swift reconciliation of this complaint. I would not have received satisfaction without the help of the Revdex.com. I am pleased that the company complied with the request, and I am now satisfied. Buyer beware of this company. Thank you.
