on. We have no record of the phone call mentioned in the complaint.  Typically, when a client calls about an issue after delivery of any new or used vehicle, we would invite them in so we can look over the car and the problem before determining the next course of action.  We were never given the opportunity to look at the car, from what our records show, since it has not been back into the Crest Service Department. For the record, the amount of the sale was $7,225, not $8,300.  As it has been almost 15 months since delivery, clearly any warranty has expired.   However, we would be more than happy to look at the car to provide a 2nd opinion as to whether a new engine is in fact necessary.  If the Jeep could be brought here for that inspection, we will look at it at no charge. Respectfully submitted,[redacted] VP/GMCrest Acura
