Please see attached documentsWhen [redacted] and arrived at the move out inspection, Mr [redacted] had the keys to the unit on the kitchen counterWe went through the unit checking drawers and found it to be vacantThere were some cleaning supplies and a bottle of wine left on the kitchen counter, as well as a plastic chair left in the living roomA [redacted] ***, a broom and a garden hose were left in the garage [redacted] was going to get started on the repairs, however, Mr [redacted] told us he had the unit until midnight and we were not to do any repairs or go in until that timeI left the unit.Mr [redacted] became verbal abusive towards me when suggested that the carpets showed signs of a pet being in the unitAt that time, [redacted] walked in and heard his foul language and told him not to talk to me or any Woman using such foul languageMr [redacted] recorded this conversation on his phone.Mr [redacted] stated that he never did receive a garage door openerPlease see the attached, showing the garage door opener that he signed for upon taking possession of the propertyMr [redacted] , told me he was a real estate agent and he was going to call my broker and file complaints

I will rank them star

February 2, 2017During the Move out inspection, I asked [redacted] for his forwarding address and he said that he would e-mail it to meWanting to be in Compliance with the law, I mailed their security deposit on January 20, to their recently vacated property, this is the standard when no forwarding address is givenThis was days after their Move out walkthrough was completedThey sent me their forwarding address on January 23, Please see the attachments[redacted] ***

[redacted] and [redacted] rented a condominium from Crestmont between 1/04/and 01/03/The owner received a notice from the [redacted] regarding excessive water usage in September (Please see attachment 1)We contacted Mr [redacted] and said we would like to schedule a walkthrough in order to check for running toilets or dripping faucetsHe stated that we could not enter his unitWe tried to explain it was to correct an issue with the ***did not feel comfortable entering his unit with his hostile attitudeMr [redacted] called back and informed me that the toilet was running in the guest bathroom and he had turned it offHe also stated that he would pay the extra water charges.The owner called and said he would like to sell the unitI suggested that we not renew the fease and notified the tenant immediately that we would not be renewing the lease and this was giving them extra notice so they would have more time to look for a new placePlease see attachment 2.He became verbally abusive when he received the notice, informing me that he knew the law and would not move out or pay rent until he leftHe said he would move out in MarchAt this point we felt our hands were tiedThe owner was concerned about damage to the property if we forced the tenants to move out on January So we agreed to the March move out date.On December 30, Mr [redacted] called and said he had moved out and he wanted his move out inspection, and final walk through of the unitHe again became verbally abusive when f asked why he had not let us know he was not moving in March, as we agreed toHe requested the move out inspection be scheduled for January 3, 2017, and at that time they would be returning the keys [redacted] was told that ***, our project manager would attend the move out inspection in order to assess the water issue, as was concerned about the unit.The first thing noticed when entering the condominium was the stains on the carpet and the "pet" smell [redacted] insisted that the stains were like that when he moved inalso pointed out that lightbulbs were burnt out, again, he stated that they were out when he moved inPlease See attachment 4, the move in check list that he signed stating that light bulbs were in working order and no stains on the stairs were noted.During the walkthrough [redacted] verbaily attached me twice while he was videotaping the entire inspection, [redacted] told him to stop using foul language towards me or we would leaveThey left items in the unit and asked that we stay out of the unit of the unit until 12:AM January 3, We Complied, and the items were not removed and they kept a garage door openerThe items left were a plastic chair, two overflowing trash bins, cleaning products and a bottle of wineWhen asked him for his forwarding address he refused to give it to meWe took the keys when [redacted] left and put them into a lockbox on the front door.Regards, [redacted] ***

Carolyn and the rest of the Crestmont Property team have managed my property for over years and done an excellent jobThey are always responsive, attentive, and friendly to my tenants and meI live out of state and rely heavily on Carolyn and her team to manage my propertyI’m always met with diligence and follow throughIf you’re looking for professional service with appreciation, I highly recommend Carolyn C and the Crestmont team!

This business is a scamThey bully their customers to get what they wantI was locked out of my apartment and was not able to get my personal items before my contract expired

February 15, We have re-issued the security deposit check, as well as included the security disposition from January 20, Included in the security disposition are all receipts detailing any charges that were deducted from the security depositWe have re-sent the check via certified mail today, February 15, We have included the tracking number in the attachmentUnfortunately, we sent the original security deposit refund and disposition to the only address that we had on file, which was their last residenceWanting to be in compliance with the law, we sent their refund within the days of their move out, on January 20, We were only given their updated address after we had sent the check, on January 23, *** ***

I had a contract for a year lease at *** *** *** *** ** *** I had the unit professionally cleaned at the end of the leaseThe owner of the business, *** ***, stated that she wanted to give me the deposit back in a timely fashiondays have passed since I ended the lease and no refund was issuedShe never asked for a forwarding addressBasically, she stole the money
