Crestview RV Georgetown is working with the owner of the RV and the manufacture to resolve the issues

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] From: [redacted] [mailto: [redacted] ] Sent: Monday, September 01, 8:AM To: info Subject: # [redacted] I wanted to include a message on my response but it would not let me I would like to add that Crestview gave us several options to resolve the matter and we choose to buy another rig [redacted] made sure that everything went smoothOur sales person [redacted] once again helped very much and so did [redacted] and the whole crew This time around everyone seemed to be more helpful than the first time When we pulled the rig home, we had no issues at all with the truck or the rig The other rig was just not compatible with our truck and it was not safe to pull plus there were other problems I do believe that we made the correct choice this time and I know that if there are any issues we would be able to trust Crestview to do the repairs correctly I cannot say enough about the way we were treated this time around, everyone listened and made sure all of our concerns were addressed I would highly recommend Crestview to anyone that is looking to purchase a new or used rig Thank you very much for all the help [redacted]

Last Friday able to contact the manufacturer of Mr [redacted] NSFW slide room mechanism They were able to expedite full assembly to us Called Mr [redacted] and passed on the info that day Received parts Wed 8/call was made to Mr [redacted] parts received Voice mail was left for himAs of late Wednesday afternoon His motorhome came in the bay have a team of three technicians working on the motorhome I did tell Mr [redacted] I would like to have his coach done Friday afternoon

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The problems still have not been fixed. They have installed a second ac unit on the rig in addition to the original... one when we did not ask them to do. Having a second unit will add extra weight to the rig and we are at the limit as to what our truck will be able to pull and we would have to buy an up grade generator because the one we have will not handle running two ac's at the same time and have anything else on in the rig. The unit that came with the rig will not cool it down. The issues with the refrigerator have not been fixed. They have the rig for over a week now. We are trying to get an appointment set up with the [redacted] so we can get to an understanding on this matter. I have a feeling that this issue will take a while to resolve. Regards, [redacted]

Bought a Travel Trailer from Crestview, after years the decals are almost goneThe glue is still thereTalked with Crestview, they said they do not make the trailer so they have no blameThey said call Keystone Them also said it would be labor intensive for them to fix the decalsThey want your money when you buy the Travel Trailer, but want nothing else to do with the Trailer after you drive away

The service department here is totally clueless I go Crestview for service without an appointment, was told I needed one so we made an appointment for two weeks later I brought the RV in on a Tuesday, was told by the service advisor, Shawn Wilhoite, that the coach would be looked at on Thursday and that he would call me on Friday Friday came, no call The next Friday came, no call The following Monday I called shawn and was told that my motorhome, a National Seaview, was too old for them to work on Why couldn't they have told me that the first time I was there instead of four weeks later? Because they are clueless, that's why

Checked on parts this morning our overnighted parts finally made it in will see if we cant have unit completed by wennesday morning 6/11/for pickup

Bought a used motor home with stipulation they would repair de lamination problem on overhang above truck cabThey fixed it improperlyDid not replace rotted woodGlued lamination onto rotted woodIt came loose the first time I drove it
Also did not properly service A/C unitWas seated improperly, leaking air, and thermostat was placed at point of leak, causing unit to shut off compressor even though coach wasn't cooled
Improper repair of lamination caused further damage and rot
Sold us a supposedly comprehensive extended warranty, but it doesn't cover any body work

Thank you for expressing your concerns regarding the Summerland by Keystone travel trailer you purchased at Crestview RV Georgetown. Your primary concern was that the trailer you purchased was not cooling sufficiently. Our service department has checked the
cooling system and has found it to be working as designed, however the extreme heat combined with the size of the trailer do not allow the item to cool to a comfortable level.Crestview RV Georgetown is taking your concerns seriously. As mentioned in our recent phone conversation, because there is nothing we can do to the your trailer to make it cool more,, we have found a travel trailer that will meet your needs. Crestview RV Georgetown has agreed to exchange your Summerland 3030BH for an upgraded Springdale 303BH. The Springdale model is the same layout, but will have upgraded features, most importantly 50amp service to accommodate a second AC (optional) for extra cooling capacity. Mr*** and Crestview RV Georgetown have worked out the details of the exchange and the item will be arriving late AugustAs of the date of this response Crestview has provided the *** family with what we feel is the best resolution to accommodate their concernsWe have provided a buyer's order that meets with their satisfaction and so we will wait for the item to arrive to make the exchange

still not 100%I am tired of sending it back and making payments on a vehicle I could not use The dealership had my RV for weeks which was way too long for the repairs I had authorized.
