N*** was a real pro excellent work

Last spring I purchased a Corian countertop, stainless steel sink, faucet, soap dispenser and disposal from *** *** I also prepaid for the plumbing disconnect prior to the installation I was required to have the sink ready before Crewmeasured On the day of the install, Crewremoved the old counter and began to install the new No plumber arrived The crew left and moved to another work site Finally the plumbers came and some hours later the counter was completed I requested that the new sink be put in place It almost fell through the opening! Both the Crewreps and my saleswoman tried to convince me to let them remake the opening using the "cut out" I refused After another stressful week without "kitchen privileges" the new counter was installed

The Home Depot of Cn Rapids,MN.did a great job putting in my back splash, they were on time and did a great job of cleaning up when done.We were very satisfy....Thanks Scott & Nancy Z***.....Morris,MN

very nice work

While I feel that the installation cost for the time of the project was more than warranted, I have to say that Tanner of *** *** - referred by Crew- was fabulous Amiable, efficient, obviously proficient, and wonderful at explaining everything I needed to know about my new water heater I wish every contractor I've dealt with was so great to have in my home [star deducted for high cost of labor - over $for hrs.]

Taken from Crew web page: “From the very beginning, Crewand The *** *** have shared a common goal – exceed customers’ expectations by providing world-class design and installation services along with second-to-none customer serviceWe strive to earn a ‘Perfect 10’ in everything we doFrom our Customer Service Representatives to our installation teams, each member of our team is focused on providing customers with the very best possible experience.”
Ludicrous statementHow can you even say this?
Upon scheduling my carpet installation at the beginning of OctI was told the first available install appointment would not be until TuesNov Really, three weeks! On this date I was given a window for the install of 10:00a-1:00p After the crew had not arrived by 1:I called customer service and was told the crew was still at an earlier scheduled appointment and would not be to my house until 3:– 4: The crew failed to arrive by this time and several more phone calls were placed to customer service, who indicated they could be to my house by 5:00p The crew did not arrive until after 5:30p which would mean they would be at my home until after 9:00p doing this jobTHIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! After the crew looked at the job I was told they could not do the tear-out/install of the carpet until all of my baseboards were removed and at this point they left and I had to rescheduleThe following day, after several unanswered calls to *** *** I stopped at the store to explain the situation and they place a call to Crew to speak with a customer service repto get my appointment rescheduled as soon as possibleI was told by *** *** to expect a call from a Crew representative between 9:30a-10:00a the following morning to discuss my new install date, well guess what that never happened! I made another call to Crew by noon and was told a manager would call me back Well several hours later someone did call me back At this time I was told they could schedule my install for the following MonNovand I was given a window of 8:00a-10:00a and I would be the first scheduled appointment of the day Friday I received a confirmation call indicting the crew would be at my house at this timeMonday morning, considering the horrible experience I’ve had, I called Crew at 9:00a to verify the crew’s arrival time and as you might expect, I was told my install window was not until 11:00a-2:00p Furious at this point I asked to speak with a manager at Crew who could only assure me the crew would be to my house sometime before 2:00p Again I called *** *** to explain the situation and to inquire about cancelling this order and seeking a full refundBy 11:50a the crew finally showed up but guess what, THEY DIDN’T BRING MY CARPET!! They told me that Crew had told them the carpet was at my house So for the next minthey’re trying to verify where the carpet is After they were told it was back at the “store” two of the crew began the tear out while the other left to get the carpetAlmost hrslater I placed another call to Crew asking where my carpet was and when this crew member was returning with itI was told he had to go back twice because he didn’t have all the rolls on the first trip he made Needless to say, the install took several hours longer than I was told and the crew did not leave my house until 5:30p Upon leaving my house the crew told me they were now on their way to another install where the scheduled crew had not shown up Not surprised to hear thisSo let’s recap:
Horrible communication on behalf of Crew and *** *** Why was I not told about the baseboard removal prior the crews arrival? Why was I not told of the appointment changes? Why didn’t I receive the promised calls/communication when indicated? *** *** you are no help at all and I find it inexcusable that you are using Crew considering their horrible practicesHorrible communication between Crew and their installers: Why are appointments scheduled as such to make it impossible for these crews to meet and stay on schedule throughout the day? Why was the crew told the carpet was at my house when it was with Crew 2?
Lesson learned, NEVER USE *** *** OR CREW FOR ANY HOME IMPROVEMENTS!!

An absolute nightmare!!!

I have been contacted by Lesley of the inspection department of Crew2. They will be making an inspection of our carpet installation on Monday, November 27. I have agreed to that date because they are booked up already this week and we cannot have inspection the week of Thanksgiving due
to the arrival of family. I wish to withdraw my complaint at this time. Thanks for all your help *** *** Inver Grove Hts, MN

We had Ben from Champio/CREWput in a water heater that had gone outHe did a quick, efficient jobHe was very friendly and courteousI would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done

I hate this companyWe saved up a lot of money to have hardwood floor installed in our kitchenThese guys did a terrible jobThe installer did not put any leveler/flattener down as instructed by the measuring teamOur floor had spots were the flooring sank by 1/4"The first time he came back to look at it, he told us our refrigerator was too heavyEventually, we got a supervisor to come out and look at itHe noticed the problem right awayThey scheduled a repair weeks laterOn the day of the repair, the guy never showed upWe got a bunch of excusesWe got the repair scheduled for the following weekThe guy never showed upI can't believe this serviceWhen the guy finally showed up, he fixed the worst spot and never looked at any of the other spots needing repairI will NEVER use this company for anything EVER again
I submitted comments to this before, maybe now you'll actually take actionHistory shows your company is not capable of quality customer service or satisfaction

They installed a water heater the day after we purchased it from Home Depot They set up a hour window as to when they would come out to install the water heater They did call minutes before the plumber came to install the water heater which is nice A minute window is nice to know incase I am not home The plumber was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing He explained things thouroughly and in plain terms (for someone who really doesn't know things about water heaters)

We purchased carpet for our house from Home Depot (HD). HD uses Crew2 for their installs, which is something we learned after the fact. After the carpet was ordered and in the HD warehouse I was contacted by an associate of Crew2 to schedule the install. There were multiple dates available. I pushed it out to accommodate work schedules etc. We scheduled for Monday, May 23, 2016 for the date of the install. On Friday, May 20, 2016, I received confirmation of the installers coming on Monday morning between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. We spent the weekend emptying our rooms of all furniture since everything had to be removed. We have a small one floor house. We purchased carpet for the Master bed room, living area and hallway. The only other rooms in the house are the kitchen bathrooms and spare bedrooms. By Sunday night, we had moved everything. Monday a.m., 15 minutes prior to 8 a.m. Crew2 called and said that our installer was sick. They indicated that they would see about finding someone else right away. I was also told that a manager would call me back in 10 minutes when he arrived since he was not yet a work. Two hours later, no call from Crew2, I called them. I spoke to an associate who indicated that maybe on Friday they could do the install. I asked for speak to a manger, I was told one would call me back. I did get a call back. I was told that they have no one to install my carpet. I was told that they are scheduling out 3 to 4 weeks now but that they did have an opening on Friday, May 27th. I said that was a problem because we have an empty house with no where to even sleep and that we did could not take that day off of work. They let me know that it would be after June 13, 2016 then if I did not take that day. Understand that we had purchased for carpet, paid for the installation, scheduled it weeks before, moved all of our furniture, have no bed to sleep in, took a day off of work etc. I was told when I tried to explain my situation that I need to understand that it is not their fault someone called in sick and I need to understand that it is their busy season. What they fail to understand is that I could have purchased my carpet elsewhere, that I purchased my Carpet and paid for an install and made the appropriate plans for that for May 23rd, weeks in advance.

It is a bad situation to be held in limbo after we paid for both the carpet and the service until such time that is now convenient for them.

Rustam came out with his crew and did an exceptional job! They installed
hickory hardwood flooring in my kitchen and hallway. They worked so hard and
paid attention to every detail going above and beyond to do a high quality
job! I would highly recommend them and have already done so. :) Thumbs up!

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/04/06) */
We replaced the entire water heater unit on 4/1/15 and we spoke with Mr. [redacted] on 4/2/15 and he is satisfied with the new unit and install.

Ben from Crew2 was extremely courteous and friendly. After seeing the expertise and care Ben put into the install when the frame area wasn't level, and he re-framed the area securely, I was very appreciate of the quality of work.

I purchased cabinets, counter tops through Home Depot. The installation crew was Crew 2. The installers did a good job, but as far as the schedulers, customer service, and the project managers, noone knows what the other is doing . They can't get the scheduals straight. They give you a day for install you sign up to take off work and at the last minute they say they cant come that day. VERY POOR management and staff.
I WILL NEVER HAVE A INSTALL THROUGH HOME DEPOT OR THIS COMPANY - EVER AGAIN.......

Jim did an outstanding job in know time at all putting in floor

Just had wood floors installed in the dining room our home in Golden Valley, MN by Crew 2. Only positive things to say. The installer, D[redacted] was great. Efficient yet careful. Explained the process clearly to us. Very timely and honest. There were some very small gaps between some of the boards (purely due to the wood manufacturer, not the installer). We called this is Crew 2's attention and D[redacted] came right back out and filled the spaces. Would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future for our living room.

[redacted] was extremely nice and very efficient! Also, got here early which made my day! He also explained how my new water heater works. Thank you [redacted]!

I recently thought I was purchasing a great offer to have laminate flooring installed in my home from The Home Depot Store located in Monticello, MN. Home Depot offered up to 1,000 square feet of laminate flooring installed for $497.00. I ordered this for the lower level of my home on Sept 30, 2014.

Even though I was promised a quick install, 2 Crew Corp..( The official installer for laminate flooring at Home Depot) did not get to my order until Oct. 20, 2014. 20 days later. I fought with Manager [redacted] on the phone to get him out to my home. He actually wanted to come Oct. 27, 2014.

2 Crew Corp. sent 2 men of Russian descent as installers. They spoke very little English. They arrived at my home Oct. 20 at 9:15am. They went to the lower level of my home and removed all my flooring ( as requested by work order), came upstairs and told me my home was not suitable to have the flooring I purchased. They said my home had 70% humidity. The next day another team member of 2 Crew measured our humidity at 5%.

While in my home the Russian workers left a mess on my lower level. I had to clean up nail strips and debris. My existing flooring was cut up in small pieces in their van.
I asked why they had not told me before destroying all of my flooring, that they would not install the product I purchased and had had a Home Depot sales person to the house to measure for? They shook heads like they could not understand me.

Next they installed flooring in my living room. They did not know how to install, and ended up creating a mold piece that does not meet up to the transition piece. They also smoked a lot. They smoked outside, but because they had opened my windows the smell wafted into my home. I asked them to stop smoking. They kept smoking and told me they had a e cigarette and not to worry about it. . They continued to smoke. I tried calling Home Depot all during this time, and the manager would not get back to me. They were not smoking an E Cigarette and were just being hostile.

I would never--- not ever- let 2 crew into my home again.

Also- Since they did not complete the job- we had to get a refund. When I examined my invoice.... the promised installation price of $497.00 that I thought I was supposed to be charged had grown to a total of $1826.00 This increase was all for charges to install the transition pieces and molding -- ( Over $500.) and the rest was for tear out and removal of existing floor. That is not anywhere close to the advertised installation fee of $497.

To resolve this issue 2 Crew returned the money they would have made if they had done the work they were contracted to do. That was all. There was nothing offered to make amends.
