This company is a complete FRAUD! Their customer service is non-existent and when you actually get to someone who won't hang up on you they tell you they don't know where your carpet is and they won't know about any updates. This place scheduled an appointment with me and gave me an arrival window. After 90 minutes after the latest time they said they would be there I HAVE TO CALL THEM FOR AN UPDATE. They lost my carpet. Now, they are refusing to work around my schedule to get this installed, refuse to replace any lost wages and are complete [redacted] to work with. I would never recommend working with these incompetent fools.

I purchased carpet that they installed on Monday 04/04/2016. The questions is what did they not damage??? The whole house has been renovated with new paint before the carpet install "silly me" and new doors and trim, flooring etc. I thought I was getting a good value with the whole house install. Be aware these are low skilled workers. The saying you get what you pay for is completely true. They did more damage to my home in banister, doors, trim work, dents in wall then the carpet cost. Started off rude to my wife because one couch has sitting on the area and said they were going to leave. I don't think I have ever had such a bad experience with a company. My wedding is in 3 weeks and now instead of focusing on the more important things I need to go back and repair all of the same things I just purchased and fixed prior to the install new. Tack strips dented, installed wrong carpet in a area that was discussed with the measurer, the in store person, the customer service line and the scheduler. Pay a little extra and go with [redacted] in [redacted]. They did our master bedroom and the installers are experts and great customer service.

Had Hardwood floors installed in my Livingroom & hallway; I can truly say I am very satsified & Pleased with his work. He took the time to explain & show me the problems with my existing floor after removing the carpet. Mr. V[redacted] was very professional, Knowledgeable, & people friendly person. I could see that he took pride in his profession & every little detail that someone else might have overlook. Work was finished in a timely manner, He even cleaned up after he was done (inside & Out). also on time everyday. I would highly recommend Mr. V[redacted] to anyone that are interested in hardwood floors. If I had to rate him, I would give him a 10. Thanks to a job well done

Crew2 installed our carpet for Home Depot and they did an excellent job. We give them a 10 out of 10 rating. The carpet pattern we picked was complex and they matched every seam perfectly. We recommend Crew2 and Home Depot for anyone wanting new carpet.

Crew2 installer was very professional and thorough to make my water heater was correctly and safely. Passed inspection was perfect!

The Crew2 team arrived within their designated 2 hour window frame. I later learned they had traveled over 3 hours that morning to arrive at my home for my installation of flooring. This was a special request from [redacted] due to some shipping delays and extended wait time for product to arrive. I really appreciated their willingness to drive that extra distance so that my wait time for installation would not be longer.
The men were all professional, polite, and worked hard the entire day from 11-8 pm. (Plus their time driving to and back). Their work was impeccable and my neighbors looked at our finished floor and commented on the quality of craftsmanship too. I was very pleased and have no complaints to offer. Thanks so much!

We had laminate flooring and carpet installed by Crew2. Everything from the scheduling to the installation was a breeze. They coordinated our install to make life as easy as possible on my family. We thank you for that! Way to go Crew2!

We purchased our carpet from Home Depot and they scheduled Crew 2 to install it. We had nothing but trouble from the start. They were supposed to be there at 10:00. They called and said it woul be between 2:00 and 4:00. They showed up closer to 4:00. They would not tear out the carpet because they said it was too dirty. I admit it had soda pop stains but there was no reason to not pull it up. Then we rescheduled after we pulled it up ourselves and when they came they said they couldn't do it because the furniture was still in the rooms. After talking with Home Depot. They couldn't believe that they wouldn't move the furniture. The manager of Crew 2 called and appolgized and said he would get someone out as soon as possible. When he called back with a day and time it was way out in the future by 2 weeks. I said that was unacceptable and cancelled our order with Home Depot.
