Very pleased with CRI Naturals and their products. I trust CRI because of their natural approach to health and wellness, and because they back up their claims with rigorous scientific research. I use CRI Naturals for their high-quality Fish Oil supplements. My wife loves their new Golden Milk turmeric drink supplement. Whenever my friends comment on my improved mood and energy levels, I tell them it's all because of CRI Naturals!

Over charged, want to return products but company disconnected their phone, can not speak to anyone to resolve this. Many complaints on internet.

Charged 149.36, plus 95.98. I tried to call them, but phone disconnected. Sent 4 requests for a reply, so I can return these items for my guaranteed satisfaction refund. No response to date.

I ordered estro-vive, besides the fact that I felt no different after 60 days, it elevated my blood pressure I didn't get the full refund as promised.
I too am dissatisfied with this company and their . I ordered estro-vive besides the fact that I felt no different after 60 days, it elevated my blood pressure and my doctor prescribed meds to bring it down and then we realized this was the only change in my routine! I stopped taking the supplement and sent back the one unfinished bottle and only received a partial refund as well. The only reason I tried this was because of the Money back guarantee! Supposedly get money back within 90 days. Waste of money and time!

My card was charged 3 times for a product
I made a purchase online on 12/29 for detox tea. I paid with paypal, which charged my card 3 times. I received 2 confirmation emails - Order ID: *** ($58.47) & Order ID: *** ($58.47). I did not receive a confirmation email for the charge of $55.35. I have tried contacting the customer service number, but do not get anyone that can help.

I would like my card refunded for all 3 charges.

I ordered two bottles of supplement totaling $49.00 on 11/29/19. Ten days later I had not received them and when clicking on "tracking information" it said no tracking information found. I called the CRI customer support number and was told my product was left in my mailbox on 12/5/19 and was given a 21 digit number to take to my local post office. When I gave the number to my post office they said CRI generated a shipping label but never delivered it to any post office. I contacted them again and was told to file a complaint with the post office. I asked for a $49.00 refund and they refused. Needless to say I will not buy from them again.

I saw their ad on the internet and entered by credit card number, then changed my mind and did not use the order button. My credit card was charged within 10 seconds. They have refused to refund my credit card. This is a fraudulent business and must be closed to protect the consumer.

Order XXXXXXXXX, 1/19/19. CRI refuses to refund $58.49 for return of the 2 Arthroactive bottles under their 90 day guarantee. Proofs available.
Online Order XXXXXXXXX, 1/19/19, $58.49 for 2 bottles of Arthroactive supplement received 2/4/19. Used without benefit. Under CRI's 90 day money back guarantee, after talking with CRI rep for return instructions without receiving the promised email, returned the bottles to CRI's Refunds Department, Salt Lake City, by USPS, with request for refund to credit card. Bottles delivered to SLC warehouse 4/13/19. No refund issued to date, 5/3/19. Sent emails, made phone calls to their multiple numbers, and left messages. No response. CRI refuses to refund $58.49 for return of the 2 Arthroactive bottles under their 90 day guarantee. Documentation of the above statements is available.

A check of my credit card account shows that CRI provided the proper refund. I thank Revdex.com for its help to encourage a quick response from this vendor.

On 12-Apr-2019, I purchased three bottles of Vitality Colostrum from CRI Naturals. The cost was $76.03.

Their website states orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours. I never received an order confirmation and I have yet to receive an e-mail to confirm shipping. When I call the telephone number listed on their website, it instructs the customer to press 1 for customer service or 2 for sales. When the numbers are pushed, it transfers you to a message saying the extension is not valid.

I have also tried to contact them through their website on two occasions. I have yet to hear back from them. I told them I would give them until the 19th to contact me with a shipping number or I would need to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I am starting to believe the website is a scam and that they have billed my credit card fraudulently. I am filing a Revdex.com report and an attorney general report due to their lack of communication and because I have yet to receive the product. I also plan on disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I received a recent e-mail from them stating they had communicated the purchase to me through e-mail on the 13th of April. This supposed e-mail was never received. I have checked my junk mail and deleted e-mail folders. I keep all e-mails for a minimum of six months. They also stated the colostrum is on back order by 2-3 weeks. This was also never communicated. Finally, they state the have had problems with their phone system and have fixed the problem. None of these issues were addressed in the Revdex.com response other than refunding my card. I will look for the refund and do not plan on ordering from the company again. I will continue to patronize Sovereign laboratories instead.

Ordered product with money back guarantee. Have called company many times and told they refunded. I have not received refund.
Order # XXXXXXXXX was place on 2/14/19, with CRI Naturals, total $93.86. On 3/12, product was returned as per their instructions and confirmed received by USPS tracking on 3/14. My first call was 3/15 to confirm refund being processed. On 3/25, I called again to get status of return and was told "in process". On 4/2, I called again and was told that they would process refund "asap". On 4/12, I spoke to the same person again, who told me the refund was processed, in the amount of $93.86, but he had no confirmation number. He told me they sent an email confirmation, which I never received, in spam, junk or otherwise. He told me he would "look into it" and call me back in an hour. I never received another call.

I want a full refund as promised in there refund policy.

I asked for the last four digits of the MC and the company will not tell me. I had a MC that was stolen and had to replace it. I attempted to communicate this to the company and never got a response to my communication. I can provide my bank records if necessary. I can assure you, it was not refunded to my account.

I want to register a complaint against CRI Naturals. On Feb 2 I started to order their supplements but stopped before I gave final approval to place the order. But they went ahead and processed the order. I sent 2 emails as soon as I found their confirmation on my email page. I told them to cancel the order in 2 emails. They said they had contacted the shipping department. But two weeks later I checked my credit card and discovered they had charged me for the supplements. I have been in contact with them and on Feb 14 one of the reps said he had issued a refund to my order. I did talk to a service rep in person rather than just another email.

However, as of Feb 17 the refund still was not shown on my account. Can you help?

I do want to place a complaint against this company. They have not handled this well. I hope other people can be spared this kind of experience.

I thought I had done my due diligence investigating this co.. Apparently I neglected Revdex.com. 20 COMPLAINTS? Seriously? This is a sham company. Period.
I ordered my product and was charged the full amount on that very same day. After three weeks and I still hadn't received the product I called the company and was told they didn't have any in stock which is why it has taken so long. No one bothered to call or email to say there might be a delay. All right then I told them I wanted to cancel my order and get a complete refund. Oh no no no I was told you can't cancel now, your package was just sent out today. I told them I would refuse delivery and was convinced to take delivery of the product and try it first and if I wasn't completely satisfied I would get a 100% refund after the fact. It still took two more weeks for the product to come. When I did I called to return it and again I was convinced by someone on the phone that I should try it and even if I returned all six bottles empty I would get a complete 100% refund. He told me use the product himself and I would be happy with it. I tried it, I having used three bottles between my husband and myself. We weren't happy with it and I emailed the company to tell them I wanted to return it for a refund. I was told where to send it, at my own expense, and I did, in the original packaging. Four weeks passed *** I still haven't gotten a refund on my credit card. I contacted the company via email and was told they were having trouble crediting back my credit card and would have to send a check. It was check my only option. Two more weeks passed *** I still hadn't received my check. I could go on like this ...because it went on like this. Suffice to say they didn't honor then100% money back guarantee. They lied in every email and on every phone call. I went nose to nose with them and I'm convinced they're not in CA., but in the Philippines and I believe they are selling their product here illegally. The worst part, for me? God knows what's even in it. I finally got a check for exactly half of what I paid. I am not cashing the check but saving it, the account info and the envelope for my lawyers - and maybe even DHS. this company is a sham and must be stopped.

Would I like my money back? Sure. Would I like to see these con artists get their due? More than I want the money. But heck, if you get me a refund at least the hours - literally hours - I spent calling, on hold, and emailing will not have been for nothing.

First of all I would like to confirm that my name and home address which was supplied by the company, will not be available for public viewing. After I filed my Revdex.com complaint, I did receive a call from someone at the company who agreed a little reluctantly to refund the remainder of the money do me. The reason I say I don't accept it is because it took months of argumentative phone calls and lying emails back-and-forth between me and the company just to get them to enforce their own 100% refund guarantee. I don't wish any other customer to have to go through what I went through. And also continually involved their billing team, as above, or their finance department in our phone calls and emails so I looked up the addresses on the envelopes and checks sent to me, one being a dilapidated falling down one room SRO in Venice and the other being one of those virtual offices that you can rent by the hour. I still believe this is a fly-by-night company and don't encourage anyone to do business with them.

I have had an excellent experience with CRI Naturals and their customer service department. I am completely satisfied.

I love the actbiotics! they are the best kind I have ever tried. I have tried several different brands. These are the best.

The ABSORB BIOTICS did something I did not expect, it relieved joint pain in my shoulders! I COULD REACH AROUND TO MY BACK WITHOUT PAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME IN SEVERAL YEARS. I know this may sound crazy but it happened. I suggest that a person should give it a try you never know what it may do for you.

I know I will try this product again to make sure I am getting the full benefit for my body. I selected Met Expectation, because you really can not be sure how the product is working if you've only used it for one month. I am looking forward to making another purchase. However, the one thing I was upset about, you did not include any pamphlet to let me know what the product should be doing for me to help me. I know I read the information on the internets but I needed to have something to hold onto to check back with.

My mood has improved tremendously.
