Have just finished the first month of taking Absorb Biotics. Have another month's supply on hand, and started on it this morning.

Have also cut out eating anything sweet, which is not to say that there is no sugar being consumed, but what little there is, is in the normal foods that I eat such as bread, fruit, and milk.

I don't consume soft drinks, ice cream, pastries, and etc. Nor do I consume alcohol, or smoke anything.

Have noticed that there is no craving for sweet stuff. Also, have not been feeling the need to snack between my mid-morning meal, and the bedtime Banana w/ Milk.

A word about HOW Absorb Biotic is being taken: Am up between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. (am a writer and the quiet morning hours are best for writing). An 8 ounce glass of Spring Water (to dilute stomach acids) is consumed, with the last swallow washing down the Absorb capsule. About half an hour later, I have a morning cup of coffee.

At 5:00 a.m. I fix breakfast for my pride of felines, and take the medications for an autoimmune Liver issue. I then go till 6:30 a.m. when I clean up the cat's mess, and take Psyllium Husk with 16 ounces of Spring Water. I then go till 9:00 a.m. and have my one meal for the day.

Have noticed that I seem to have a little more energy, and a little less pain from injuries suffered when I was younger.

Am going to give Absorb Biotics another month to see how it goes. Will decide then whether to continue.

An excellent company. Their products are effective and they always ship quickly. They also like to follow up on their products to make sure you're satisfied. I would recommend their products any female having menopausal symptoms.

I ordered $90 worth of probiotics from this company and have yet to receive it. They keep saying it is in transit. They will not issue refund.
on 7/11 I ordered 3 bottles of ABSORB BIOTICs online from CRI NATURALS. I have not received any communication from them until today...a junk email from *** asking if I received the order #***. I call their customer service number ***-***-***. The man answered (at 7am in Venice, CA) and said it was in transit. Looked at where my address was and said it is with the USPS in DeSoto, where I live. I asked for a refund as I had done some research and saw all the complaints from this company. They won't refund until I send the product back on my own dime. That's a problem as the product was never delivered.

I would just like my money back.

The business responded and delivered the product.

The 90-day money back guarantee is not being honored by CRI Naturals after return. The product did not work and caused one of us severe side effects.
I ordered probiotics from CRI Naturals hoping it would improve everyone in my households digestive health but instead we either developed severe digestive side effects or had no positive effects at all. We initiated the 90-day money back guarantee (copied below) and returned the remaining product but only received a partial return. I contacted the company and had multiple conversations via e-mail and phone over 2 months to get the remaining refund but they refuse and many times do not call me back. They claim that I must return the empty bottles that we used, but this is and was not at purchase indicated in the 90-day money back guarantee so I recycled all the used bottles as we used them. The return instructions did not even make this clear, so the first I heard of this was weeks after I returned the product when I complained about only receiving a partial refund. I have spent too much time explaining this to multiple people in their customer service, waiting on hold and not being contacted when they say I will be. I am completely being give the run around and still have not received a refund. The company systematically does not honor their promises and their dubious product claims have proven to be very incorrect and uncomfortable in our case. May 29 - Remaining product sent back.
Jun 19 - Partial refund of $58.48 received.
Jun 23 - I emailed CRI Naturals asking for the full refund as promised. ***/*** replied to the email saying that the refund would be processed within 72 hours.
Jun 25 - *** called and said they can not refund the remaining amount anymore. I told her that they need to honor their 90-day money back guarantee and after quite awhile of discussing she agreed to work on getting the refund and would let me know in a few days max. I never heard back from her.
Jul 1 - Compliant about remaining refund submitted through online feedback portal on website (approx. date)
July 5 - *** from CRI Naturals called and said that my refund would be escalated and should be processed within 72 hours.
July 9 - *** called and said that the refund could not be given again. I waited on the phone for 15 minutes then was told that the manager would have to call me back and an appointment time was set later that day. I never received a call from a manager.

Desired Outcome

I would like the business to refund the full amount that I paid for the product under their 90-day money back guarantee posted on their website.

I ordered 3 items, received 2. They're denying that the 3rd item wasn't sent.
On 6/12 I ordered 3 items. On 6/13 my card was charged. On 6/14 I received a package, with 2 items, and a packing slip indicating that there should have been all 3 items. I contacted customer service right away, and asked them to send the 3rd item or refund to my card. They got back to me 6/16 and said that they sent 3, and to file a claim with USPS. The package was not damaged, not opened, clearly the item was just not sent. They are at fault not USPS, and not me.

Desired Outcome

Either send the item I ordered, or refund to my card. At this point I would prefer a refund, since they don't seem like a trust worthy company and I don't want to give them my business.

They sent the missing item to me. But it's MR. not MS.

Still doing the bait and switch. I will say I find the product to be a great product. The ordering process if you just order what you want will go fine but then they do bait and switch you at the end. If you add that extra bottle, its going directly to order, no final total page where you verify that is what you want. Order will be completed and you will have two separate orders. I told them this was a very misleading practice. The orders shipped anyway. Lesson learned.

Never received the product I paid for.
On 3/7/18 I ordered 28 Day SlimmingLeaf Package, Slimming + Detox Tea and paid $58.49. On 3/27/18 I was notified that my order shipped. On 4/16/18 I was contacted by *** asking if I had not received my order in which I replied no. I've since sent seven emails to be told that I need to file a complaint with the USPS before I can get a refund. This is ridiculous.

Payment in full for the product I did not receive.

WARNING! This company uses shady fraudulent tactics on its web site. This company used a "bait and switch" tactic with my order, but didn't switch, instead charged me for two orders, the customer service agent on the phone was unable to assist, emails communications also result in unsatisfactory results. Phone agent said to "refuse shipment" " when it is returned they will refund" CRInaturals or Cellular Research Institute claim it hasn't been returned. Bad customer service! Bad business!

Re-Online order. On March 10th 2018 I ordered a recommended product called Actbiotics from a web site, which I'm not sure what their name is, Cellular Research Institute or crinaturals. While carefully reading their web I started to order their three bottle set, then a screen popped open offering a six bottle set for a better price, I opted to take the better deal INSTEAD of the three bottle set. I few days later I discovered they charged me for two orders, $87.72 three bottle and $142.70 for a six bottle set. I called the company, the agent told me it had already shipped, and there was nothing they could do; the agent said to "refuse the shipment" and when it was returned they would refund me, Now they have no record of it being returned, I have spent a considerable amount of time dealing with this and still they have refused to refund my account. None of this would be happening if they didn't run a shady and fraudulent web site, I did not place and order for both sets, I did not agree to pay for two sets. My first email to them: ID #'s $87.72 and $142.70. Very upset to see you placed and order for both the 3 bottle and 6 bottle set. Rotten tactic of sales! Really angry at this issue, as I was placing and order for a three bottle supply your web site pops and says "save more with a six bottle set", it Did NOT or DOES NOT say after you buy the 3 bottle set. I decided to take the 6 bottle set instead of the 3, HOWEVER, when I checked me email I see you ordered and charged me for BOTH orders; NOT COOL! I am upset that this may, for one over draw my bank account, two that I have to take the time to call a customer service rep who clearly was not equipped to handle my request to cancel the order or at least the 3 bottle order and who's English comprehension/ skill is not up to the ability to be a phone customer service contact, as well as, the time to right this email.

This company is a consumer rip off and needs to be held accountable. Note: I do have more communications to support my claim, however, unable to "upload" as I am not the technical.

I placed an order for products during a "sale" period. After selecting my products and attempting to finalize the order, I was offered 2 or 3 more consecutive "one time offers" that were slightly confusing to be honest. I took advantage of one to only find out shortly after that I was only getting half of what I thought I purchased. I contacted customer service via email to cancel the payment and I received a refund right away.

I was told that my original order would ship within 24 hours. After a week I checked my order status and no tracking information was available. I contacted customer service via email and was told that they were actually sold out and was given the excuse that sometimes orders are placed before they can update their site.... It sounded like a bogus story that seems in line with other Revdex.com reviews I read. Other customers complained that they did not receive their product at all after getting that story, which worried me, so I immediately requested a refund via email. Contrary to other customer stories, the refund was back in my account within 24 hours.

This company had many good reviews for their Slimming Leaf tea but man was that wrong, or they paid for them. Worst customer service ever!! Basically the company is a SCAM. Place your order and you never get any shipping info or a way to cancel the order. I gave them 15 days with multiple emails and phone calls to either ship the products or to refund my money. Nothing but being left on hold and ignored. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Worst Custer service ever!!! Very sneaky and misleading advertisement. I was purchasing 3 bottles of turmeric when a window came up and offered if you buy 6 you will save 50% so I chose the offer. Then I was billed for the 6 bottles and the 3 original. I wasn't even given an option to review the order so right after I received my email transaction I called to cancel the 3 bottles I called also thinking it could easily be resolved after leaving four messages and never a call back the next day I called and was promised it would be resolved within 24 hours as I told them if both orders go through it will send my account into overdraft and I would be charged insufficient funds however that evening my two orders were shipped and billed ! customer service did nothing to try to resolve. Just said oh you can send it back when you get it so now I have to wait to get my hundred plus dollars back till I receive and send back packages I will gladly find another turmeric I heard *** is a great company and great customer service

I wish I'd checked here before ordering from the CRI website. They dupe you with special offers that you can't take off your order, never show you an order to review before purchase, and charge your credit card in a hot second. Then, you spend hours trying to cancel the orders you never intended to place. DO NOT order from this company!

This company sent me double the product I ordered. I have spent hours being put off on the phone, denied access to the billing department and finally after 2 months they reversed charges to my account minus $50. This is now three months later with no resolution. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Did not receive my order. Called the company could not understand the operator. This company is a scam.

I had the same thing happen to me except they did answer the phone only to tell me time and time again that the product was back ordered and should arrive in a week or two. Bought it on 25 of Aug 2017 and never did get it. The only difference is that I purchased it with Pay Pal and they got my money back on the 5 of Oct 2017. Not very good business ethics!!!

This company advertises a product, takes your money, them does not send it. You can't get in touch with them. You can leave them dozens of messages and they do not call you back. They promise to send your order that you paid foe, then don't. THIS IS FRAUD. Don't deal with this company, they are not honest. I have lost $200.00 and after 6 weeks of broken promises, I still don't have the product.
