Crib & Teen City

Review: We purchased a crib and bed conversion kit from this store on 8/24/13. We paid for delivery and assembly which was to take place by 12/19/13. At the time of delivery we were informed the conversion kit was on back order and would delivered at a later date. As of 6/5/14 (6 months later) the conversion kit has not been delivered. We called and spoke to the store manager 4 times and each time we were given the run around.

The last time we spoke the store manager also mentioned they haven't been delivering the conversion kits for about six months. At this point the store manager hangs up on us when we ask when we will receive the item.Desired Settlement: We would prefer delivery of the items we paid for or a full refund and removal of the items.
