*** *** is a member of our online research panelWe have a number of security system scans in place that monitor unauthorized use of our site as outlined in our terms and conditions (www.oneopinion.com/terms-conditions)Through a security scan, *** *** account failed and was flagged as a
robot threat and suspended. We contacted *** *** on 11/16/through e-mail and phone (left voicemails with a call back number) to resolve the matter. *** *** returned our call on 11/17/and received an explanation of the bot security scan fail and measures she could take when accessing our site to ensure her account would not be flagged in the futureShe indicated that she is still interested in our program. A $61.00USD *** payment was made to *** *** on 11/17/at 6:45:PST - transaction ** *** and she accepted the payment. We are dedicated to stringent data quality standards, and as such, have rigorous standards that we have to upholdWe are confident that we have explained and resolved this matter with *** *** and look forward to her continued participation in our program

Our goal is to respond to our members' emails in a timely fashion and sometimes we do fall behind, but all support requests do get answeredOn our website we do also publish a toll free phone number *** *** so all members can call and speak to a live person if there is an emergency or
questions they feel are not being addressedWe work hard to keep each visitor to our site happy Participation on our website is always voluntary and no one is forced to use our website We will continue to try to help this member and hopefully be able to resolve their issue in a more timely manner to meet expectations

Our member care team has attempted to reach this person through multiple channels; via phone call and e-mail requesting their response in order to take care of this matterOur efforts have been unsuccessful in speaking with them. Our website offers multiple ways to get in touch with our team
by calling our 24/number ###-###-#### to speak with a human, submitting a support request, or messaging our Facebook pageWe also have a thorough FAQ section for Members to reference In regard to this account, we have an archive of messages from our Member Care team, but would like to address this one specifically. After investigating this person’s account history, we’ve come to the conclusion that one of the answers below describes their problem: Matching Members with SurveysWe do not guarantee there will be available surveys every day for our members. We try our best to match our members with surveys that apply to themThat being said, when our customers approach us to collect research, they request specific types of people with certain lifestyles, demographics, etcFor example, if our client is looking to survey females that live in Nebraska, and a person is a male who lives in *** *** they will not be matched to that survey. We have surveys starting and stopping all the timeThat’s why we encourage our members who don’t have surveys available to check back at a later time We also have members that allow us to email them when surveys become available that match their profile. When speaking to this person, we will gladly mention that if surveys aren’t available on OneOpinion, a Google search for “online surveys” will provide many other websites that may have a survey for their profile Quality of ResearchOur Terms and Conditions, which are listed publicly on our website, state that we limit the number of surveys our members can take in a 24-hour period. This policy is based on several factors, but its main goal is to protect the integrity of the research being conducted. Our clients want full attention from the members taking their surveysA person that is taking their fourth, twenty-minute survey in a row may have a different answer than someone that is taking their first survey of the day. We also have limitations for members on the frequency of survey categories. If a member took a survey on cars today, there will be a waiting period before they can take another car survey Taking Surveys is Not a Full-Time JobSome people feel that taking surveys is a job, it is notWe offer compensation as a thank-you for their opinion and promptly reward them. We do not set any expectations that taking surveys with us can replace an income/provide a living, because that is not the caseWe take pride in offering members a fun way to have their opinions heard and earn extra money Fraud ProtectionWe have technology in place to track and protect fraudulent behavior, which is stated in our Terms and ConditionsIndividuals have tried to beat our “system” in order to take more surveys by creating fake accounts or changing answers to their account informationIf our technology detects fraudulent behavior like the example above, that member’s account is suspended from our websiteWe are not suggesting that is the case for this member, but want to be clear that we take precautions to ensure our business is fair There have been very few instances when our technology had glitches, and good-standing accounts were blockedThis issue can always be resolved by a quick conversation with our member care teamThis information is outlined on our website in the Terms and Conditions, *** * We clearly explain that it is your choice to participate or not participate in surveys at OneOpinion, however the Company is not obligated to provide surveys at any time. participating in our surveysUnfortunately, this individual had registered as invalid by one of our many security checksWhen the issue that he felt he was given this status incorrectly was escalated, we conducted a manual check into the problemWe uncovered a small inconsistency with one of our 3rd party providers which is now resolved. We regret this manual check took longer than what we deem acceptable. While this issue is fixed, allowing the individual to be back in our system, our clients dictate to us certain demographics for each study that we hostThis means that our company does not always have surveys available for everyone, and sometimes does not have surveys available for a significant amount of time There is not a survey available for all users at all times

We have looked in to this complaint and recognized there was confusion on our part where we could have been clearer on the user name required for participation in this market research studyWe will do everything possible to ensure our instructions are clear and will make the necessary changes
to avoid this from happening again We have communicated with this person and paid the honorarium as if they had participated

We have contacted this person and apologized for all the frustration related to his payment for participation in an online survey. We have reviewed our internal process to make sure issues like the one this person experienced are escalated sooner as they should not have had to experience this...

Thank you for your response. Our clients outline the exact demographics that they are looking for in their market research studies. As a result, we do not always have surveys available for every individual and sometimes we do not have surveys for individuals for a longer period of time. As this member experienced an inconsistency with a third party identity verification service that we use, we have compensated this member, and believe we have resolved the issue.

Both cards were mailed to the address we have on file for this member.  We use a third party service for the fulfillment of cards and successfully send payments to our members with very few issues.  I am not sure why these two cards did not make it.   We have credited the member...
