[redacted] (). We have reviewed this issue internally and believe we have resolved his concern. This has been communicated Mr. [redacted]. The issues were related to timing and his expectations for an incentive payment for participating in a survey. Mr. [redacted] did participate in the diary as he indicated on 10/16/2015 and was a expecting payment immediately. We pay all diary participants once the entire survey is complete. In this case, he was informed all payments will occur in early November. The last correspondence was on 10/22, and we let him know that the incentive will be paid around 11/8 and his response on 10/23 was “I will look for it then”. I believe the issue occurred where he emailed our support group three times on Saturday 10/17. We do our best to answer all emails over the weekend, but that is not always possible and is something we aspire to improve. Regardless, we thank Mr. [redacted] for raising this issue as it reminds us there is always room for improvement in clarity with our members on exactly when they can expect payments. levels of data quality to verify the identity of people participating in our surveys. Unfortunately, this individual had registered as invalid by one of our many security checks. When the issue that he felt he was given this status incorrectly was escalated, we conducted a manual check into the problem. We uncovered a small inconsistency with one of our 3rd party providers which is now resolved. We regret this manual check took longer than what we deem acceptable. While this issue is fixed, allowing the individual to be back in our system, our clients dictate to us certain demographics for each study that we host. This means that our company does not always have surveys available for everyone, and sometimes does not have surveys available for a significant amount of time. There is not a survey available for all users at all times.
We have contacted this person and apologized for all the frustration related to his payment for participation in an online survey. We have reviewed our internal process to make sure issues like the one this person experienced...
are escalated sooner as they should not have had to experience this frustration to receive payment.
We have received confirmation from this person that on 7/18/2105 they have received the payment in full. My apologies again for this not going like it should. Our goal is to create a great experience for all members and in this case we fell short.
