Julien was great to work with and very detailed. We would highly recommend anyone to work with him in the future

Thanks for the great review!

CJ came out today. He was on time, friendly, and got right to his work. Critter Control is helping us treat for moles. The moles have been taking over our yard. They put out a treatment for the moles to eat. CJ will return in 2-3weeks to see where how we’re doing. I recommend giving Critter Control a call for your pest problems.

Phillip M was very helpful in determining the best actions to treat my critter issues.

great company and great service. Phillip is a very professional thorough tech.

Phillip was very professional and did a thorough job. He explained the process very well. He also explained the services offered and how I could save money. Very pleased with his service.

Julian P. was an excellent representative. He explained everything in detail.

Thank you for the great review!

I hire Critter Control to perform their "The Critter Control Whole Home Service", which is an all inclusive package for rodent removal, attic sanitizing, home sealing, attic insulation replacement, general damage repair and/or reporting of damage caused by rodent, and a pest control treatment. Before finishing the service, Critter Control requested/demanded payment authorization, from ***, for the full amount. Electronic signatures were required by myself and Critter Control, indicating that all services had been completed, but that wasn't the case. In order to receive the funds, Critter Control had to submit its electronic signature as well, but only after it finished the job. That wasn't the case, Critter Control submitted its signature and has not finished the job. After receiving the funds, Critter Control is stating that 1 or more tasks, are no longer offered and it will have to consider performing it. It has also stated that 1/2 or 1/4 of the attic space that it is suppose to sanitize and replace the insulation is unreachable. Lastly, Critter Control removed a dryer vent/damper and replaced it w/ a plastic bird prevention cage - leaving an open duct in the side of the house, which is exposed to the elements and rodents. I was force to cover it up, to keep rain water out of it (it has been raining since June 19th).

*** asked me to contact Critter Control and as them to return the funds to them and they would resubmit payment, after it has finished the job - Critter Control refused, pointed out it was aware of *** complaint process, and that the process was a lengthy process.

I feel I am getting the run-around from Critter Control and am getting a different story or reason why the job is done, excuse after excuse. At this point, I am questioning the work that they've done.

We are currently working with *** To resolve these issues... the technician that quoted the work missed some areas that were not apart of the original bid. we have two appointments with this client this week.

Customer Response • Jun 30, 2020

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: The agreed upon work is under review, as to whether Critter Control will do or not do what was agreed upon. One of two of the appointments was already scheduled, prior to me filing my BBR complaint, as part of the working agreement. That July 1st appointment, is suppose to be the final day of the work order, minus the 10 Year Warrant. Once again, Critter Control should have neither authorization receipt of the funds, until they had completed the job, that is schedule to be finished on July 1, 2020.

In the short of it - there appears to be a simple mis-understanding between what the work crew(s) are willing to perform and what the office personnel and salesman believe they are doing.

Critter Control did send a different crew, out to my house, on June 25th, to correct issue, done by the original crew. Accessing a section of the attic space, is an important part of the work. Critter Control explained that the removal of pheromones, from the attic, would be most important, in ensuring the attraction to my attic, no longer occurs. That issue hasn't been resolved, because Critter Control CAN NOT determine how to access that section of the attic. In addition to the pheromones, Critter Control explained that if feces and/or urine were not removed from the attic, that those elements could cause residents in the house to become sick, so its presents in the attic, also creates a health issue. The appliance of WH Decon Treatment (Application of Enzyme eliminating product) was suppose to be applied to that section of the attic, as well. Purchasing their "Critter Control Whole Home Service" was advised and purchased - that service is to treat the entire home.

On June 29th, I received a call from Critter Control, inquiring on June 25th re-work. I was advised that that section of attic, was included in the bid for my service ($4,295.03). I replied that wasn't the cause and related the conversation about the pheromones, feces, and urine, mentioned in the paragraph above, as well as the "Critter Control Whole Home Service". She said she would go talk to her boss and get back with me. I ask if it would be possible for me to come to the office and have a conversation with her boss, so that the back and forth phone conversation, could be minimized. As of June 30th, 2:22 pm CST, I am waiting on a call-back and/or response.

The ridge vent cage/guard issue was resolved on June 25th.

Regards

The Bulk of the work was completed on date of service- other items such as trap checks, one way removals, or pest services do have different service dates- I apologize if there was any misunderstanding. Secondly, we only service the areas of the home that are accessible- if there is no entry to those areas, that area wasn't included on the bid.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: The bulk of the work was not done and statement of complete, signed by Critter Control - (1) crew leader check off list (highlighted of what wasn't done) and (2) payment authorization. See attachments.

There has been attempts, by Critter Control to finish the work, but as 7/20/2020, the work has not been completed. Critter Control has schedule two appt(s) July 24th and July 27th. Since filing this complaint, there have been 2 missed/no-show appointments. When worker(s) arrives, their understanding of what work needs to be done, isn't what was schedule - most cases, they don't have the necessary materials and another appointment has to be scheduled.

Also included a copy of the contract.

Currently seeking out another company to do the job, while continuing to give Critter Control an opportunity to fulfill their responsibilities. I don't think Critter Control can fulfill the requirements of the contract or can provide a clear explanation of components of the contract. I can not get a clear understanding of what I purchase and the details of the services, when on site workers tell me they were not instructed to do that task or another crew would be performing that work - smh!

Regards

The majority of the work has been completed.

The home has been sealed, the insulation has been removed and replaced- the “labor” Portion of this job is complete. The only thing that remains is trapping and removal of a one-way.

This is the Critter Control process-

Because of “no contact” customer interactions we are not allowing our service reps to hand the iPads to our customers for signatures- however the photos on the workorder and inside the customers account prove the work to be completed.

The company came and eliminated the rat issue, I have a life time warranty so when I called to resolve the newest rat
infestation I expected more response from critter control. I called and the appointments were set over 2 week in advance. When I called back again the appointments were set far out again. The rats continued to take control over different areas of my home.
When they did come the rats always returned. I tried to contact the *** of the ft. worth office she has refused to talk with me.I also asked for a corporate number but this was refused also. I get angry when service cannot be preformed in a timely manner or the service is performed with poor results I payed a great deal of money for this service but feel they took the money and ignore the life time service that comes with it.
I have contacted the company on these dates 12/02/19, 01/06/2020,01/16/20,01/20/20,01/21/2020,01/27/20,02/13/2020,03/06/20,0604/20

We've been dout to this clients home 3 times this year. She does have a warranty and we are still working to make sure her issue is resolved-

Julian was very professional, took his time to explain all my options, and was very thorough. He did not pressure me at all just to “make a sale” and was very sweet to my dogs, which is very important to me!

On the first visit, Samuel S. (tech) was very professional and polite. He inspected my attic thoroughly and advised me of the best service for my situation.

I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. He took his time with our family.

Phillip is an excellent representative of Critter Control. Although I have tremendous respect for Critter Control the numerous times I have used them for both home and office, Phillip is by far the most outstanding professional. He is both detailed and thorough but also thoughtful and very respectful.

Daniel D was the representative that came to my home, and we discussed the problem
he took pictures of the problem that had to be rectified, and the cost involved. He was very through and professional. My work is scheduled for Thursday, May 07,2020. The owner of the company is military. That was another reason I chose this company. I can only hope they will stand
behind their warranty.

First time ever using a pest control company. Had a squirrel in the attic that needed to be removed and barred from reentering the area. Critter Control came in, did a thorough inspection and told us what needed to be done. Their crew showed up promptly and spent 2-3 hours repairing entry holes and sealing every other potential entry/exit; sprayed the attic to cover the pheromones that attract the critters, sprayed the exterior foundation to discourage/deter the cute little monsters from returning, plugged the brick weep holes and applied screens to shield the rooftop vents from entry. A very thorough job done efficiently and effectively. Somewhat pricey, but worth every penny for what was accomplished. Very pleased with *** and his crew for the great job they did for us. Scheduled to return for followup.

Amazing Service and Friendly employees. I would definitely recommend and have!
