Critter Control has been in the community conducting business for years; an Accredited Business of the Revdex.com, Incsince I pride myself on running a company with integrity and honestyIt is never our intent to have a dis-satisfied customerUpon receipt of the complaint I reached out to Mr [redacted] to clear up any confusion To provide some background on my customer Critter Control rendered mole removal services for Mr [redacted] ’s residence in February Two applications were put down days apartThe first application is to wipe out the moles; the 2nd application is make sure we get the remaining molesServices were successfully completed and paid in full at the time of service If mole activity occurred at Mr [redacted] ’s residence shortly thereafter the 2nd application it is the sole responsibility of the homeowner to contact my company for my company to come out and retreat, fee is waivedHowever, to receive a request for mole removal months after the initial treatment there is a charge of $to remove new mole activity Best regards, [redacted]

We are on track to finish this job with the customer Issue has been resolved Our phone lines and voicemail were inactive for a period of time due to a Comcast issue Complaint also forwarded to Comcast

Phone response - we went back out, reset traps and then were asked to do something totally unrelated, we said we would for an extra costThe consumer didn't want to pay anymore, so we did the extra anyway, and he paid the original bill

Naturally, I was very disappointed with the generic reply provided by Critter Control CompanyThe reply did not address any of the facts in my original complaint, such as the fact that the day after the first APPLICATION it snowed 6" and the ground stayed covered for over a week and did not dry out for weeks, at which time the second APPLICATION was appliedThe snow came again or days later as the ground remained saturated for some timeThese APPLICATIONS were totally ineffective and April had arrived with no resultsAs instructed by CCC in mid April I tamped down the numerous mole mounds and tracksCritter Control service representive told me during THE THIRD VISIT that they would continue to service my yard until they got satisfactory resultsBy mid May I continued to see numerous mole tracks and mounds in all of the original areasI called Critter control representive I had dealt with each visit, and he told me that he couldn't help me , that I needed to call the officeNo one answered, but shortly later the OWNER call me back and I explained I was experiencing multiple mole tracts and I would like to schedule a follvisitHe asked if 10:A M the next day was okay and I agreedThe regular service rep showed up and asked me if the office had informed me that I need to pay $For the service todayI told him there must be some mistake, that NONE of the original moles had been killedHe insisted and I paid $to get additional serviceThere was no discussion that all future visits were not coveredI have come to the conclusion by the tone OF CCC reply they are not interested in satisfying me as a customerI had been encouraged by a 9:PM phone call on a Sunday that CCC was interested in resolving my concernsI no longer find that to be the case, but simply attempting to defend there business practicesI want to now explain how I got into this situation The sales pitch the Critter Control Company used when I inquired about their serviceI was told that CCC service consisted of AN APPLICATION to my yard up to acreThis APPLICATION turned out to be an inspection of my yard for mole activity and inserting poison worms in the mole mounds and tracksSo the APPLICATION UP TO acre was inserting 8-poison worms at a cost of $each to an area less than square feet My purpose is to alert the public of this misleading explanation of service at $for two visitsIn conclusion I would like to note, I will be ** years old next month and in my entire life I have NEVER filed a complaint against any business or contractor In this case the company service was misrepresented to me versus what was deliveredI feel concerned and obligated to pass this information along to others

We heard noises in our attic and checked google for pest control companysCritter Control came up with excellant reviews so we contacted themMicah was very prompt in showing up and identifying the entry point where roof rats were entering our atticTom was very efficient in setting traps, removing the pests, and sealing any possible openingsEdgar , Ivan & crew preformed the attic remediation,insect treatment, & new treated insulation (excellant work and clean up).Superb Team to work with!!

To whom it may concern We have investigated this matter regarding bottle deposit / customer complaint letterThis customer usually arrives at the store around 9:30PM and this happened very often and every time this customer comes in to the store with the bottle deposits it was always after
9:30PMIt was mentioned to the customer many times he came to make the bottle deposit that under the state law the bottle deposit machine must be closed and shut off hour before closingWhich can be found at: *** (Dealers must accept containers and pay refunds during all business hoursA dealer open less than hours does not have to accept returns during the first and last hour of business.) We understand that due to customer's personal life he or she can't arrive before 9:30PM but regarding this matter this isn't something customer should complaint when the situation was explained to the customer many times, we can not make one exception to break the ruleAs for the situation that took place with this matter, the customer came in at 9:30PM asking to have the bottle machine back on so he can make the bottle depositAs stated above we explained to the customer that under the state law we had to have the bottle machine shut down before an hour before closingAs we were explaining this matter to the customer the customer got very upset at Michael and his voice became extremely louder and the security guard explained to us when we investigated this matterMichael was not being rude to the customer by saying "* *** ***"As this matter escaladed the security guard felt the need to protect Michael from being harassed by the customer, so security guard was doing his job to protect our employee's safety with this case as the customer left

[redacted] Good Afternoon, We received this complaint by [redacted] and had our Store manager Mimi L** respond to it. As she stated in her response, “it was mentioned to the customer many times when he came to make the bottle deposit that under the state law the bottle deposit machine must be closed and shut off an hour before closing. This information can be found at:  [redacted] (Dealers must accept containers and pay refunds during all normal business hours. A dealer open less than 24 hours does not have to accept returns during the first and last hour of business.)”As per our past emails to [redacted], we gave him the option of dropping off his bottles after 9:30pm and we will have one of our guys from the service department cash out his bottles. He will be able to pick up his receipt and cash refund as soon as the next day. We are not allowed to pay him for the bottles without first having them inputted in our bottle machines. We also have another location at [redacted] which is about thr** blocks away from [redacted]. He did say "[redacted]."   and I never raised my voice.  The security guard came outside as I was leaving the parking lot and was not near us when Michael said he didn't care. The store's camera surveillance will prove that what I'm saying is true. If they can charge me after 930 pm for the deposits,  they should refund me then. They can count up the bottles and credit my in store purchase and they can enter the bottles into the machine the next day. Michael did this for me once before. I accumulate about $3.00 every 3 months. I think what I'm  asking for is just and fair. Otherwise they shouldn't charge the deposits after 930 pm. ]

[redacted]This is a follow up on my complaint of May 30, 2015 I am happy to report that  Critter Control Company owner Mr. [redacted] has treated the  moles in my yard twice in the last week and is making a concerted effort  to rid my yard of moles. This determined effort along with Mr.[redacted] willingness to personally oversee the work is very satisfying.  Based on the above I am withdrawing my complaint.  I am hopeful the efforts extended to me by Mr. [redacted] and the Critter  Control Company to Resolve my concerns, are sufficient to restore this  business to your top rating, for they have proven to me they are a highly  respectable company.[redacted]

To provide some background on my customer Critter Control rendered mole removal services for Mr. [redacted]’s residence in February 2015. Two applications were put down 7 days apart. The first application is to wipe out the moles; the 2nd application is make sure we get the remaining moles. Services were successfully completed and paid in full at the time of service.
If mole activity occurred at Mr. [redacted]’s residence shortly thereafter the 2nd application it is the sole responsibility of the homeowner to contact my company for my company to come out and retreat, fee is waived. However, to receive a request for mole removal 4 months after the initial treatment there is a charge of $110.00 to remove new mole activity.

Steve and his team come over my house about 9am and completed the job by about 4:30pm. They explained everything what was necessary to do. They were very helpful, did a walk thru at the end of the job, sent me pictures of before and after of the work they performed. I would recommend this company.
