They removed rats from my attic and sealed any openings. There is a one year warranted in case anymore get it. Techs were on time, pleasant to work with, and trustworthy about entering my garage and attic when I wasn’t home. One tech had a small ladder accident that delayed the plan 2 days but they quickly got back on schedule. My rep was very good about keeping me informed. I am pleased with their performance.
