I requested multiple times for them not to pull my credit by any means and they did it anyway!

We have spoken to the customer.   The products were cancelled, the issue is with the check.   We are confirming with our bank that the check was not cashed and will reissue Monday.

Cody knew I was looking at other dealerships. That is who told me it would be easier to get in a new car than used. I told Cody that and he tried a new car and said it wouldn't' work. That is when he went on to the used cars. He knew from the get go how much I wanted to put down and what I wanted my payments. He LIED to me saying he could get it done with where I needed to be to get me to come in there to give me a different story. This is unacceptable. You do not lie to people to get them to come in there in hopes they will cave into what you have available. My parents bought a truck from you within the last year and they have already said they will never be back. I will be putting reviews on any and all websites available. I did try to reach out to Cody and Eric C[redacted] via email on 02/28/18 with no response. So by saying if I have any questions to contact you directly is ridiculous because you do not reply and or accept where you were wrong. Other than running my credit on cars that you knew wouldn't work you wont accept responsibility and that is sad. I know word of mouth can help and or hurt a business.

The offer made said that it included the trade pay off and it is written on the paper. The amount offered was out the door price including trade pay off. We made sure this was clear before we drove 14 hours for the car.

Thanks for reaching out.  We looked into the area in question and have a signed credit for the customer.  The only pulling of credit was from the dealership and no banks.  There may have been a misunderstanding from the customer to sales rep.  We are sorry for the trouble. ...

Cronin Ford did a full inspection on the 2004 [redacted] before sale.  The brakes were above spec. along with other safety items.  The vehicle is a 2004 [redacted] noted as luxury convertible car.  The unit is 11 years old and higher than normal ownership cost.   Vehicle repairs...

The vehicle was sold at a very reasonable price and noting that Mrs. [redacted] drove from [redacted] to purchase at Cronin had a very good price listed online.  At no time did Cronin make a promise that was not kept.  The correct paperwork was signed and no further work was promised after the sale

Talked to [redacted]bout the issue regarding the 2011 expedition. [redacted] request we refunded his 100 dollars deposit . We have sent the check out to [redacted] and resolved the issue. We now consider the case closed.

After speaking with the customer, Cronin Ford would like to pay for half the repairs as the customer asked.  We would just need a copy of a paid [redacted] for the repairs and we can mail the customer a check.  Any question please reach out to [redacted]

Hi [redacted],Read the response and want to know what to do from here.  I still reject their response and feel that what they did was wrong.  They knew the car needed work and didn't want to pay for it, selling it as they did.  It would be one thing if I didn't have someone look at it the next day but 2 repair shops have said it was below specs.  It has been expensive getting it fixed.What do I need to do from here?Thanks, [redacted]

They have not addressed the issues honestly!   How can (2) repair shop inspections  find “UNDER SPEC” and Cronin not find it??  Was the inspection even done in the first place?  At Cronin Ford request, I had TWO (2) REPUTABLE INDEPENDENT repair shop  INSPECTIONS.  Both indicated BRAKES  (made a LOUD GRINDING NOISE)  not a squeak;  BOTH FRONT AND REAR ROTORS were WARPED,  FRONT PADS WERE GRABBING and definitely ALL  “ UNDER SPEC”! The Two (2) rear TRUNK SHOCKS WERE WORN OUT and LEFT SIDE MIRROR does NOT WORK.   The warranty was discussed with sales saying the car would be covered if anything goes wrong.  I did not get a copy of the warranty to review and a witness who has backed me up on everything.  We didn’t hear anything about a powertrain warranty.  [redacted] had said if anything was wrong and I needed any work done on the car, since I lived out of town, they worked with other repair shops.  I wouldn’t have to bring it to Ohio. It saddens me to think they were all so friendly and nice, talking for weeks before I bought the car and this happen.  I believe in trust and honesty, obviously Cronin Ford doesn’t know the meaning.  Cronin had made a $[redacted] mistake on my payment.  I immediately called and told them . I didn’t have to do that I could have kept the money.   They boast of a good price for the car, but add the additional $[redacted]+ for repairs I have had to pay to just drive the car.  I don’t call that a good price, I could have bought a new car for what I initially paid for the car!  If the car I purchased was inspected by the Cronin Ford team, definitely don’t buy or have your car repaired or serviced  there

authorization to run a credit check on him. I hope he knows as one of our loyal customers we would never access his credit information without his signed permission. This incident took place on a on 06-28-15 a Sunday afternoon. My Ford Sales Manager [redacted] was presenting the numbers to [redacted]. With having limited bank access on a Sunday he told [redacted] we might not be able to get a answer today from the bank. He also provided [redacted] with a copy of the risk based pricing notification. That is where the credit score was noticed. The is getting very frustrating.  The point Cronin Ford is not owning up to:  Their ONE tech checked out the car I had TWO (2) separate REPUTABLE, HONEST Repair Shops who have said the car is UNDER SPECS and need BRAKES 
(made a LOUD GRINDING NOISE);  BOTH FRONT AND REAR ROTORS were WARPED,  FRONT PADS WERE GRABBING and
definitely ALL  “ UNDER SPEC”! The
Two (2) rear TRUNK SHOCKS WERE WORN OUT and LEFT SIDE MIRROR does NOT WORK.  At least $[redacted] worth of work.  The least they could do to show some good will is offer a dollar amount to assist with the costs.
