I have the ability to take out any customer’s information from our system and that stops any mailings that are sent directly from our dealership. I promptly do this for any customer when they request it. The advertising flyers for sales events are done by an outside company and the names and address... are pulled from public record, usually by zip code. Unfortunately there is nothing that I can do to have a customer’s information removed because they are pulled from public record. The only solution that I can offer is to let the customer know that there are websites for consumers to sign up to opt out of unsolicited mail.

The customer purchased a vehicle on July 4,His loan was approved through Capital One Auto Finance with StipulationsThe customer was made aware of the stipulations by our Finance ManagerMr *** was not the original Finance
Manager, however he took over the process of getting the required stipulations from this customer, so the loan could be finalizedHe made numerous attempts to have the customer bring in the paperwork needed for the bank, to no availThis went on from July to SeptemberHe explained to the customer that without the required stipulations that the bank would not approve the loanAll of the required paperwork was never brought in and the bank would not approve the loanWe had no other alternative than to reposses the vehicle
As a good faith gesture on our part, we are willing to settle this dispute for the amount desired by the Customer $1190.00, provided the customer does not purse any additional recourse

There was an error with our online pricing due to computer program issuesWe are in the process of changing the program for this and we do have a disclaimer on the websiteThe Customer was made aware that the internet price was incorrect and was informed of the correct selling price, before

The customer, Mr *** was contacted by Holly H***, Finance ManagerShe informed the customer that we will allow him to return the vehicleThe customer is returning the vehicle today

When we bought the vehicle we was told the only thing that was wrong with it was the rear hatch trim piece was messed up. They fixed that. Before we signed the papers to buy the vehicle we asked 3 different people if we found anything else wrong with the vehicle if they would fix it and all three said yes they would. So we agreed to buy the vehicle then. There was nothing said about safety issues until we came back the next day to have the vehicles sunroof fixed when the sales manager told us that they would not fix anything else. Saying we was out of luck because we already signed the papers.l The check engine light was scanned when it came on and said that it was cleared about 250 miles before and we had drove the vehicle about 200 miles since we bought it so the check engine light was cleared right before we bought it. They cleared the code just to sell it. This is very shady for a "major" dealership. But if they claim safety, I had to install rear brakes on the vehicle after about 300 miles because they were squealing and about gone. The battery also went bad after about 300 miles also.  I want the items listed in the last complaint fixed and now also reimbursed for the rear brakes that had to be replaced that passed there "safety" issue concerns.

The customer was overnighted in a vehicle that he was interested in purchasing. It is our policy to check a customer's credit before we allow them to take it overnight. The customer was aware  that his credit was being ran. He provided us with all of the necessary personal information, in order...

to check his credit.
