I have the ability to take out any customer’s information from our system and that stops any mailings that are sent directly from our dealership. I promptly do this for any customer when they request it. The advertising flyers for sales events are done by an outside company and the names and address...
are pulled from public record, usually by zip code. Unfortunately there is nothing that I can do to have a customer’s information removed because they are pulled from public record. The only solution that I can offer is to let the customer know that there are websites for consumers to sign up to opt out of unsolicited mail.
The customer was contacted by Brandon M[redacted], Sales Manager and the customer's key has been taken care of. Brandon apologized for any inconvenience.
We told the customer at the time of purchase that we would take care of the safety issues with the vehicle and we have done so. The customer did have to wait longer than expected to have these items taken care of however they were given a rental vehicle to drive while the repairs were...
being made. We did apologize for the delay. We will offer an interior and exterior cleaning detail on the vehicle since there was fingerprints left by the technician. The customer can contact Jeremy B[redacted], Service Manager, to schedule the cleaning detail. His direct line is 765-935-8040.
