[redacted] So today isfridy 09-26-@ 130pm I had called down to cross country motors and talked to [redacted] and I aasked him so whts going on you guys gonna finally get my car in to the body shop and he did say today to go ahead and bring it in on monday and will send it to or body shop guy and will go from there and I said well you guys told Revdex.com it will take to days to fix it and he said will see cause its a 3rd party thats doing it And I also told him I couldnt wait no longer for them to get me tires so I finally went down and paid for some cause its been over 2weeks and they still havent got me any as it was planeed for them to do and I said well do u want your tires back that nobody would put on cause its all wheel drive and [redacted] had said yeah that would be nice so yeah now that im working through Revdex.com to get stuff done im getting treated like crap and getting more run arounds by them again I have saved all my paper work for tires and getting the car looked at where they had sent me to witch is [redacted] tire there address is n lincoln ave lovelan co and they had told me its not fixable its basically totaled and should have a salvage title so when I get my car back after there body guy tries to fix it its going right back to [redacted] tire and there gonna put it on there machine again and I garanty its gonna be the same or worse and im gonna have the frame looked at by a frame specialist cause im not gonna take chances with me and my kids driven in a LEMON car Thanks Revdex.com I appreciate the help and hopefully everything gos good for me and my family Sent on the new [redacted]

The vehicle was sold as is without warranty all of the customers issues were not mentioned since he purchased months ago so if he is having these issues its his responsibilty to repair them, nothing was brought to our attention until recently we still stand by our offer to repair the vehicle for him the labor rate of $per hour is less than half of what most repair shops charge and parts cost will have no mark up as well

We again offer to have the customer bring in the vehicle to our facility to have any issues looked at our shop rate is $per hour which is less than half of market price anywhere elseThe car was purchased as is with no warranties expressed or impliedThe Revdex.com has reopened the case after the customer failed to respond in a timely manner but we always try to respond to any customer concerns as quickly as possible

[redacted] So cross country motors called me on the 18th of september and said I have tires for you and [redacted] tires have another one and there waiting for you to put them one free of nit charge so on the 19th of september me and of my kids went down picked the tires up and went down to [redacted] tires and of course it was a run around they didnt have no tire waiting for me so I went back to the car lot and told them about and they had said well ill try my hardest to find some more and he did mention so in job a letter from Revdex.com and were hear to help u out and I said wellmit just seems like you guys are giving me the run around and its 'BS' like really whats these tires gonna do anyways with a bent rear end thats not fixable and that was said by the place u guys told me to take it to to get checked out and the responce was we use them for numbers not what they say and right before I had left there I was told well if I tell my boss you turned us in to Revdex.com hes gonna say well the hell with you guys and fix the car your self and once again the car is not fixable so how can you guys shouldnt have sold the lemon POS in the first place .......but yeah still nothing yet and I just my want money back or put in a different car thats safw for my wife and kids

If the consumer does not give us the opportunity to respond to the issue by looking at the vehicle to diagnose the issue at no charge their isn't much we can do to help, It could possibly be related to the original issue or completly different but all is speculation until we can see the carIf the consumer changes their mind and would like our help at any time please have them call

This is in addition to my original
complaint (ID ***)On Tuesday January 27, 2015, weeks after we got the car back, my daughter took her car to *** *** *** *** in Longmont, CO., where she goes to school, and it over heated (this is the first time this has ever happened)When she went to put coolant in she found that Cross County Motors (CCM) had removed the coolant reservoir and didn’t put it backShe had to wait till the radiator was completely cooled and put the coolant directly into itShe checked the radiator before she left to come home and added more coolantOn her way home from school the engine just died while the car was in motion going down the highwayLuckily, a police officer was close by and helped her get the car off the highwayThe car then had to be towedThe car is having the same problem as it was when we took it in to CCM the first time on December 5th Not only did they forget to replace the coolant reservoir, but the horn has been disconnected and the battery cable came loose on her way home from class the week before.I expect Cross Country Motors to pay to have another shop, of our choice, fix the car or return the $that we paid in repair cost

As the consumer stated vehicle was fixed bef* she took delivery and if she has additional issues we would be m*** than happy to diagnose he car for freeI have not been contacted by her to date but would be happy to help in any way possible

I am rejecting this response because:they have not told Me once to lave the car or tell me to drop it off on a Monday I even asked *** if he herd anything on me bringing in my car so there body shop can fix it and I was told from him nope nothing yet and no one here told about fixing it for u so yeah I was never told anything from anybody about dropping it off or anything its all a run around but my next thing would be is getting a lawyer the car lay is doing nothing but lieing through here teeth and lieing to Revdex.com cause ya they haven't called me for the car getting fixed or for my tires

We have asked *** to leave the vehicle with us for to days so that the body shop can adjust the rear end on a frame machine to bring it to specs correctly but he has told us numerous times that he can't be without his car for that longIf *** actually wants the car repaired ( which we have told him we would be happy to do ) he HAS to be willing to leave the car with us on a Monday and not get it back till Wednesday at the earliestAs much as I wish cars could be repaired immediately it is not realisticWe have tried to accommodate *** by having shops do bits of work at a time on his schedule but it just is too difficult to get the right people to do the work with ***s scheduleThe repair that needs to be done is a degree adjustment, unfortunately *** are not adjustable and a bodyshop has to do the work Professional body shop repairs are safeWe would love to have *** drop off the vehicle with an appointment to resolve this issue

am rejecting this response because: I do not believe I should be charged for labor, when I clearly asked what was wrong with the car in the first place, and Cross Country Motors will charge an hour, and I will be without a car for a while...

The customer bought a used car on an basis to begin withhad the car for several days and then contacted us that the vehicle had over heated and he wanted it fixedAlthough not obligated to we agreed to look at the vehicle and helpHe brought the vehicle in an it was diagnosed as a stuck
thermostatWe replaced the part and covered the labor at no chargehe picked it up and left. A couple of days later he called yelling and swearing,saying that the radiator cap popped offI tol him I would get him a new cap, as caps can go badAgain at no cost to him we cot a cap ad some coolantCame back that afternoon cap wouldnt seal determined that the resevoire was badagain at no cost to the customer we got another resevoir and the cap sealed fineA couple days later on a Saturday he called the store saying the car was broken down again and demanded that we come get itThe owner informed him that our service dept is closed n saturday, and that we dont provide towing, but if he could get it to us we would again take a look at itThis was not good enough and so he continued to swear and threaten the owner over the phoneso we told him he could have someone else fix it, we were doneWe tried to do all we could but unfortunately some people cannot be satisfiedAgain the vehicle was purchased as-is and when you purchase any used vehicle you have to expect some things to be repaired, in our business attitude is everythingMister *** was lousy to say the least

DO NOT buy a car from Cross Country Motors!!! The owner, *** *** *** is a LIAR and a THIEFOn separate occasions he has put us in extreme danger The 1gave us a loaner car (while he was supposed to be fixing things on the car we just bought from him as a condition of the sale), the next day the loaner was making noises so we took it back, they looked at it and discovered the lug nuts were falling off one of the tires They repaired it and gave it back saying it was safe to drive The next day the tire blew off the car while traveling on the freeway during rush hour! That tire bounced all over the freeway putting many lives in danger The 2nd-The engine fell out of our car! We have a contract and warranty that *** agreed to and signed, however, when we went to see him he kicked us off his lot, saying he would have us physically removedIf you value your life Stay away and Spread the word!

I am rejecting this response because:keeping my down payment is illegalThere is nothing in my paperwork that says anything about you keeping my down paymentIn fact it that the down payment is for tax purposesYou have done this to several people not just myselfYou take advantage of people that have bad credit and are struggling and it's wrongI would I would like like my $back to avoid further actions. I am aware of the time frame I have to take further action and time is running outFurthermore I gave you down and you waited those three weeks because I was giving you another $I I al I am also aware that the bank would not do financing because of the amount of money you wanted for the vehicle regardless you keeping my down payment is illegal

Unfortunately *** filed a fraudulent credit applicationThe bank found out that *** had lied about her rent paymentsWhen confronted about this she lied again to the bankBecause of this ***'s actions where actually considered fraudDue to this the bank rescinded their offer for financeI
told *** that I would be willing to retry financing through another bank but that it would take to days to get the approvalShe was unwilling to wait and said if she couldn't get her car back that same day she wasn't interestedDue to her being unable to find financing or to pay the remainder of the balance owed she forfeited her down payment paidAfter being in the car over weeks, legally I can come after her for a lot more than her down payment and can also file charges for trying to obtain financing through fraudulent meansAll I wanted to do was sell a car and get paid for it by the bank but due to Jodi lying to the bank that could not happenI did nothing wrong , *** did

[redacted] dropped off the car and said it needed a fuel pump, we determined it was bad and replaced it. The car still didn't start, so we continued to diagnose and repair. Talking with [redacted], I told her that the vehicle needed many more repairs. She said her daughter needed the car, it was the only one she had. After many hours, we were finally able to get it running. I made [redacted] aware several times of the estimate increase. She didn't complain about the price until it was time to pay. She explained she didn't have the money because of the holllidays. We discounted the price of labor over $1000. She still wasn't happy.I informed her that her car still had many other issues, she said she didn't have the money to fix it.The vehicles maintenance has been ignored for some time. It was in very poor condition.

I did get the car back and they fixed the issue but we just went on hwy today and after 55mph it pulls really hard to the right and its never done that before so I'm not sure what's going with it now but ya its never done that before so I'll be contacting them about that issue today or tomorrow but yes there helping me out with the issues thanks Revdex.com
