I am rejecting this response because: I was diligently asking questions, asking about the vehicle's problems, and was not told everything!!! and I will not purchase anything without asking questions... Nevermind the 45.00 that they would be charging me to fix something that should have been remedied in the first place! I will spread the word about this company, and will not recommend anyone to purchase a car from here. They cheat and obciously lie to you... Im done with it!!! I will blast this on social media, the news and my blogs! BAD BUSINESS!

I would like to respond to the issues but am concerned about a complaint filled with abbreviations for curse words. We sold the vehicle as is without a warranty expressed or implied all work performed was at a labor rate that is half of any shop in the area and was completed to customers...

satisfaction at the time the car was picked up. However our customers can take their cars anywhere they would like to have repairs done.Audi,s are high performace automobiles and driving habits can be factors with issues related to some of the issues addressed.

If the consumer does not give us the opportunity to respond to the issue by looking at the vehicle to diagnose the issue at no charge their isn't much we can do to help,
It could possibly be related to the original issue or completly different but all is speculation until we can see the car. If the consumer changes their mind and would like our help at any time please have them call.

I am rejecting this response because:
When I dropped off the car I did tell [redacted] that I thought it needed a fuel pump, but that I thought that it had other issues and wanted him to diagnose the car. [redacted] called me back a few days later and told me that it was the fuel pump and that the total cost for repairing it was going to be $450.00. [redacted] also told me that the car needed a tune up. I told him that my daughter only bought the car from them a year ago and she hadn’t put enough miles on it for it to be time for a tune up. He never, not once, told me the car had other issues other then needing a tune-up, fuel pump and injectors.  In fact, on the 23rd of December [redacted] told me that the car would be in great shape when they were finished with it. When I spoke to [redacted] on the 18th or 19th of December he told me he changed the spark plugs but not to worry they wouldn’t charge me for them. I assumed this was because of the fact that we bought the car from them and the car should not have required a tune up yet. On the 23rd of Dec. he told me that the fuel pump didn’t fix the problem and said it was the injectors, which they purchased rebuilt, and that it would only increase the original quote by $200.00. I did tell [redacted] that my daughter needed her car because it was taking them such a long time to do the repairs. On Dec. 23rd I starting keeping a journal and I wrote down every conversation on and since that date. I did not hear from [redacted] again until I called on the 6th of Jan. He never called me to let me know that he had installed an additional $349.78 in parts. I never complained about the price because, the fact is, that the highest quote I received was for $700.00. I never said anything about not having the money because of the holidays. I made it clear before he even started repairs that I had a limited amount of money and if he had quoted me anything over $900.00 I would have never gotten it repaired. I would have taken the money and the car and traded it in on something more reliable. Since the car is no longer running after only two weeks of having it back in my possession I expect them to pay to have it repaired by another shop or return the full amount of $1100. [redacted] promised me I would have a good working vehicle and now all I have is a dead car that won’t even start.

I am...

rejecting this response because: I am aware that they would look at it for free, that is what they did in the beginning and unfortunately lied to me staying that they fixed the issue and it was not properly fixed which has cause the part that they didn't even look at worsen. At this time I am not comfortable with having their mechanic look at my vehicle considering he was told of the issues at hand and didn't fix them or even diagnosed properly, I have been told by a few mechanics that the issues I described prior to the purchase would have been a red flag to any professional mechanic. I am sorry but I am not willing to pay a mechanic my hard earned money for a issue that should have been fixed prior to the purchase and the agreement that was made that it wpuld fixed prior to my purchase.

We again offer to have the customer bring in the vehicle to our facility to have any issues looked at our shop rate is $45 per hour which is less than half of market price anywhere else. The car was purchased as is with no warranties expressed or implied. The Revdex.com has reopened the case after the customer failed to respond in a timely manner but we always try to respond to any customer concerns as quickly as possible.

The vehicle was sold as is without warranty all of the customers issues were not mentioned since he purchased 2 months ago so if he is having these issues its his responsibilty to repair them, nothing was brought to our attention until recently we still stand by our offer to repair the vehicle for him the labor rate of $45.00 per hour is less than half of what most repair shops charge and parts cost will have no mark up as well.

Mr [redacted] purchased the VW Passat on March 10, 2014, It was sold AS IS with no warranties and signed buyers guide, We offer all customers a reduced labor rate for our shop and would be more happy to help Mr. [redacted] get the repairs done on his vehicle.

We have cancelled the contract and demanded a return of the vehicle as we can per the Colorado state disclosure signed by Mr [redacted]. We have stated we would only charge 10 days usage charge instead of the over 2 months we can legally charge. Since the vehicle has yet to be returned we have hired a...

repossession agent to obtain our vehicle back. Mr [redacted] seems to believe that he can keep a vehicle for over months and not pay for it, not very reasonable. We did have financing approved at 3 different banks but due to his inability to provide the proof that the banks asked for they all rescinded their approvals. I do not need to refund ANY money to the [redacted]'s but have offered a refund if the vehicle is returned. They simply will not return the vehicle. The [redacted]'s seem to believe that they were unaware that financing had been approved but even admitted we told them so in this email. They were told to resign due to the fact that we had to use a different back as the first bank turned the loan down after their verifications didn't work out.

We have repaired vehicle to with in factory specs to customers satisfaction
