Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I still want my refund. 750 covet cash don't work when I spent almost $35 to manage to achieve the goals and we missed them because of the technical issues. No explanation was given, 30 people were affected and 30 people lost a rally because of this. It's the second time this happens. The first time I tried, I really did. But Covet's customers support kept insisting that we won the 35 pieces for the rally, when we clearly didn't. So I'm sorry, but no. I'm not happy with this.Sincerely,[redacted]

With regards to Tapjoy, we apologize that they cannot give you the same offers as the other US players. As we have stated prior, this is out of our control as Tapjoy has exclusive control over which offers they are able to provide through our app. 
In addition, Tapjoy provides offers based on the user’s demographic, play style, location, device information and variety of other factors. This is probably the reason why you may see different offers from your daughter. Again, we have reached out to Tapjoy with your concerns and we hope that they can better serve you in the future.

We have tracked down the tickets that you have submitted through our own help desk system.  The case number you have provided previously came back as an invalid case number when we reached out to Tapjoy.  We have not received any new case numbers since.  Without the valid Tapjoy case numbers, we are not able to check on the status of the case or the reason why the rewards may have been rejected. 
 
Please provide to us the relevant Tapjoy case #s at your earliest convenience.  We are sorry that you have encountered a more than fair share of issues in our app and we want to make sure we resolve your case to the best of our ability.
