Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us with the concerns of this player We have looked into several Tapjoy Case numbers for Mrs [redacted] and conformed with Tapjoy and our records that the Diamonds were placed into Player's account We have reviewed the account for tickets borrowed and have found no anomalies in the number of ticket that have been grantedWe have as a courtesy added Tickets to the ticket balance During one of our events there was a delay in placing prizes to accounts however this has been corrected at this time.Kind Regards,
