Review: On Tuesday March 30th I called Crystal Springs Customer Service line at (800) 201-6218 to close my account as we disliked the taste of the water. I was advised by the rep that the account was terminated and that the 2 empty 5 gallon water jugs would be collected March 31st so to leave them outside. On March 31st at 3.30pm, I again rang the same number as the jugs had not been collected and the account was still showing as active online. They confirmed it was closed and that they would be there by 6pm to collect. Now, today, April 1st we get home and I have 2 NEW full water jugs on the front porch that have been delivered. Despite my account being closed 2 days ago. I called again and was met with an unhelpful woman that said supervisors were unable to be accessed and all she could do was send an email for the route manager, Christopher C[redacted] to contact me.Desired Settlement: I need these 2 full water jugs picked up, they are on my front porch. My account was closed on March 30th. I need a refund of my $12 bottle deposit and NO FURTHER CHARGES.

Review: My husband and I have been loyal Crystal Springs customers for the past year and a half since we moved to the Newport News area from California. When we started with Crystal Springs the service was great. But over the past couple of months the delivery issues have gotten worse and worse to the point where Crystal Springs was missing three deliveries at a time and rescheduling themselves without our knowledge or even a phone call apologizing for the mis-deliveries. It got to the week before Thanksgiving and we were scheduled to receive a delivery of water the day before Thanksgiving. Nothing came. Then our delivery got switched to the Monday after Thanksgiving. Still nothing came. Not even a reminder phone call. Then the delivery got pushed back to the Monday of the following week. So now we are two weeks over due without any water delivery or any phone call from the branch manager. So I called Crystal Springs and asked why we were automatically rescheduled three times over the last two weeks without any notification and the answer was just a "sorry. Let me contact the branch manager and see what is going on." Three days later I still had not received a follow up phone call from customer service, the branch manager or even a water delivery. I promptly cancelled our water service with Crystal Springs and am now with another water delivery service serving my area. Then comes the issue of picking up our empty bottles. Our empty water bottle pick up was scheduled for one day. Of course that did not happen. So I had to call customer service and they said that it would be rescheduled for the next week. Well of course that came and went without any pick up. Just this past Friday I called customer service and they said that they would schedule our empty bottle pick up for December 23rd, a whole month after cancelling our water service and that the branch manager should be in contact with me if there are any days sooner that the bottles can be picked up.Desired Settlement: I would like Crystal Springs to pick up my empty bottles ASAP and have the branch manager call me directly and explain their lack of customer service. their mis-deliveries, no explanation to the customer, etc.

Review: Crystal Springs Standard water services was a dependable water service providing 5 gallon water bottles on a monthly basis. Once we no longer needed the service, after several years, we have found it near impossible to cancel the service. You must call [redacted] to cancel. To activate service the wait time is less than 1 minute. To turn services off the wait time is over one hour! After patiently waiting with the call on speaker I was able to speak with [redacted] who confirmed my account was cancelled and no further action was required, a week later we received a bill with rental fees and deposit fees. After waiting another 75 minutes on hold (not being transferred around, just on hold) I spoke with [redacted] who said she needed to speak with a manager and would call back within 24 hours. She also gave me the route managers name and phone number. 10 days later I am still put on infinite hold trying to resolve this issue. The route manger rejects the call before answering. There is no way to leave a message. At this point, Crystal Springs makes it so inconvenient to cancel their service that months go by and they continue billing you. Even the employees have apologized for the service, some have cried because the customers are so angry by the time they answer the phone. While speaking to one associate she mentioned having 31 customers on hold just on her line.Desired Settlement: I would like Crystal Springs to schedule a pick-up of the empty water bottles they are trying to charge me for after closing the account and telling me that they did not need to be returned.

Review: Missed several water deliveries, was told I would be refunded, but that never occurred. My account was put on a lock, so I called to explain that the delivery service stopped and I never got my refund. They continue to bill and invoice me for water I have never received. I call and wait for 30 minutes, once I reach someone they transfer me then hang up. I call back and they do the same thing. Every number I can call available on my log in site for them is just a busy dial tone. This is the worse business I have ever dealt with.Desired Settlement: I would like to just cancel their services and have the outstanding balance taken away since I do not owe anything for any services received. I would also like a refund for the services for 2 months paid in full without service.

Review: In [redacted], the crystal springs booth asked me to accept for the service for water delivery and I did. Since then every few days I get a bill to my name and I never get the service of water delivery and after few days they started sending me the bill for the service and for the equipment they never serviced me and today I have received a letter that my account has been forwarded to collections. I have been calling crystal springs every time that I get the bills with out service and they always says the local manager will validate it .. But they never seem to be doing it. Iam worried that it's now with collections despite of number of calls explaining them that I have never been serviced.Not sure ,..where this is gonna end up. Iam worried that this will ruin my credit.Desired Settlement: Would appreciate if this is looked at it in detail and close my account and do not have any strings attached.

Review: I have been trying for a few months to cancel this service. They will not cancel my service until they pick up the water bottles and the water dispenser. I have been told on multiple occasions that they would be out to pick up these items. The service delivery man has either not come or called to say he was too busy to come pick the equipment up, for a month. It was written in their notes that he stated that I was not at home, the same day he called me to say he was too busy to pick these items up. They even came out and delivered more water instead of picking up the equipment. They continue to bill me, even though they have made credits back to my account. I am moving. I have sat home waiting for them to pick up this equipment. I have sat the equipment outside my door, after taking to a supervisor about them picking these things up for last friday. The supervisor called again on friday to say they would for sure pick them up on Monday Sept. 22. The equipment is still on my front door. Talking to customer service they refuse to close my account and they refuse or are dishonest about picking up the equipment. They will not tell me where to drop the items off myself. I am at a total loss as to what to doDesired Settlement: I want my account closed with this company

Review: Two months ago I started trying to call Crystal Springs to discontinue my service. I tried the number on the bill, the number on the web site and the number that came up when they called me in the past. I was on hold for extended periods of time (more than 30 minutes) or unable to get through every time I called. I am now moving and must have the extra water I have (14 of the LARGE water jugs) and the water stand out of my apartment by 9/30/15 at 5:00 p.m. I have had two people helping me for the last week and they were able to wait on long hold times (over 45 minutes) and were able to schedule three different pick ups but no one came and no one called (although the company said they had cancelled them due to driver needs). They are scheduled to come out again tomorrow (9/30/15) by 830 a.m. This has taken hours of my time and time of my family and is still not resolved. Contacting this company is near impossible.Desired Settlement: They must pick up their supplies by 5:00 p.m. and have no further charges or contact with me. They will need to pay any rent or fees charged by my former apartment if they are not able to meet this deadline. I am aware this gives them very little time but I am also aware that they have had over a week to get this accomplished.

They should have their approval rating reflect their lack of customer service and lack of availability for addressing customer needs.

Review: I have been trying to return 7 containers to Crystal Springs and they have made appointments to pick up the containers on three different occasions ( since November2015) and have not showed up any of the times. Instead,they continue to bill me for the containers. I have cancelled my account and service with this company because of their constant delivery issues. Upon many phone calls to this company , all which require a wait time of no less than 25 minutes on hold, they do not seem to honor their word/schedule. I am very frustrated with trying to resolve this issue. At this time they are billing me for 41.99 ( deposit fee) for 7 containers of water they will not come back to pick up! Please help.Desired Settlement: I wish for them to pick up their containers and zero out my bill as they stated they would do. They are charging me for containers that they will not come and pick up!
