reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This is incorrect the business does not have a technician out every time there is a service request, it takes weeks for someone to come out and most of the time the problem is not fixedThe technician checks if the power is on and then it is deemed as resolved and the issue with the machine is not fixed, for example a dryer not drying clothes (the heat mechanism not working)It has been stated resolved and it is not after several service requests.

Each time we receive a service call we have a technician out to the location to make necessary repairs as reportedThis is a public laundry room used by many residents (and in some cases abused)We will continue to make any necessary repairs when advised

On 12/**/16, I submitted a refund request for the water not draining in the washer, thereby causing me to be out $for the washing and drying of that load of clothes. I received and cashed this check in December 2016. On 12/**/16, the machine ate quarters. I have NOT received and have NOT cashed a check for this.In January, I submitted another issue, the refund of which the company stated in its last reply to the Revdex.com that it will send out In closing, the company still owes me 0.50, which will have to be sent before I can close out this complaint

Coalition for the Homeless requested that evidence of the credit be sent in writing At this time, evidence of the credit in writing has not been received As soon as the credit referenced on the phone this afternoon with the CSC ServiceWorks representative has been received in writing, the complaint will have been resolved to the customers satisfaction

We do apologize that the customer has been experiencing issues with the machinesAnytime they have been called in for service, we have come out within the contracted turnaround timeThe current customer resides at a location where the property rents machines from us and therefore the property
would need to request replacement on the machines if they are experiencing the same on going issueI hope the information finds the property owner as well as we can not make a move with out them requesting it

The technician has been on location several timesWe have rooms listed with washers in each, if resident could provide specific washer ID I could investigate further

All machines have been recently repaired on 8/**/There was machine that needed to be replaced due to the inability to repair and that was completed last weekBuilding has been notified that the vents need to be cleaned

The answer given is a complete lie. I have called and discussed this matter with my building's manager. There was never a contract agreement between the company and the building stating acceptance of the price hike for the dryers. I want a refund for the 3 moths it took this company to get its act together and reprogram the dryers. It will amount up to 20 dollars. I was not allowed to add time to the dryer and it was 10 cents over the original price. After reprogramming it went from 1.60 back down to 1.50. I will not accept this lie as an answer and trust I will take any necessary next steps to remedy this.  Thank you,[redacted]

CSC will send [redacted] the requested refund of $20 as a courtesy. If [redacted] chooses to use the dryers going forward it will be at the programmed cost.

There was a service call placed 3/* for a dryer, technician responded 3/* and replaced a belt. All calls are responded to timely and any needed repairs are made.

We were able to get this customer working machines and we have also applied credit to the customers account for invoices he was being billed for however didn't have working machines. The replacement process is rather lengthy and we as a company are working to improve this process for this very reason. CSC appreciates the customers patience and business.

I have placed a service call for the technician to check all machines and make repairs as needed.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by CSC ServiceWorks regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 I received an email from three different representatives of CSC ServiceWorks the day after I made the complaint.  On May [redacted], a...

washing machine was installed at [redacted] and the old one was taken away.At this time, CSC ServiceWorks and Coalition for the Homeless are working together on the amount of the credit that will be issued. When the credit is issued in writing by CSC ServiceWorks the complaint will be considered resolved by Coalition for the Homeless.
