I was unable to locate that address in our data base. I would need a property name to research. Perhaps there is another laundry provider for her property.

The company has been contacted numerous times daily, for a month now. Each time, the phone rep has taken down the machine number. The tech has not been in this laundry room. Not ever. There are two buildings in this complex, but machine number is clearly recorded as being in this building. Not rocket science. As recently as last night, I saw that the machine remains untouched and unplugged with notes taped to it documenting several, but not all calls.

Revdex.com:While this machine appears to be fixed (satisfactory) it has been a whole month since initial complaints were made. (Unsatisfactory) This was not acceptable by any standards, and it better not happen again. Several phone reps had promised results, they had even documented that tech was out and had fixed the machine, and that was untrue. This is no way to run a business if one wants that company to keep clients.

The local branch has already made contact with this customer and have coordinated a pick up date for sometime this week. Unfortunately the process is longer when there is a contract in place. The last commission check was sent out in June and they have not received a July commission due to not...

meeting requirements, the revenue for the machines has been declining. The last collection will be performed at the time of pick up and if the revenue collected meets requirements, the customer will receive a commission check in the mail.

Per a contractual obligation with the management company of this building there are times that an increase to vend rates for washers and dryers are needed. After recent review we determined that such an increase was needed.
