The local branch has already made contact with this customer and have coordinated a pick up date for sometime this weekUnfortunately the process is longer when there is a contract in placeThe last commission check was sent out in June and they have not received a July commission due to not meeting requirements, the revenue for the machines has been decliningThe last collection will be performed at the time of pick up and if the revenue collected meets requirements, the customer will receive a commission check in the mail

Per a contractual obligation with the management company of this building there are times that an increase to vend rates for washers and dryers are needed. After recent review we determined that such an increase was needed.

There was a service call placed 3/ [redacted] for a dryer, technician responded 3/ [redacted] and replaced a beltAll calls are responded to timely and any needed repairs are made

I was unable to locate that address in our data baseI would need a property name to researchPerhaps there is another laundry provider for her property

We were able to get this customer working machines and we have also applied credit to the customers account for invoices he was being billed for however didn't have working machinesThe replacement process is rather lengthy and we as a company are working to improve this process for this very reasonCSC appreciates the customers patience and business
