CSC ServiceWorks

This company has machines in our apartment complex. About a year ago they raised the prices on the machines by $0.25 per load per machine yet these machines fail to dry even the smallest load of laundry in one run. They issue refunds in the form a check (Yes they will write a check for $1.50). After multiple service requests and multiple refunds, the machines still do not do their job properly. I would not recommend their machines to anyone looking for a company to provide laundry machines.

This company provides coin operated machines as a self service but the machines are brake down too often and to have them fixed you gave to either spend time emailing, calling the company or download an app on your phone. Customers are already spending money on the machines they should not waste their time contacting them to fix the machines. The money that is lost on on broken washers or dryers is not returned to customers. It is a waste of time and money. Horrible customer service.

CSC Service Works has recently replaced our coin operated machines with new re-loadable cards. Since then, it has been a total mess. The first time I had to call was because they installed a new washers and dryers to run on the new card system rather than quarters and when they did that they failed to run electricity to one of the two dryers. I called and they eventually fixed the issue. The second time I called the company was to inform them that the machines either washer or dryer would sometimes take the funds of the card and nothing would happen. When I called them they said they don't give out refunds and to call *** whom owns the complex. Well, That didn't work because the *** said its not their equipment and CSC is responsible. So, I really just go the run around about the refund issue. When you call for service issues the company has no respect on the line. The Representatives are very rude and I have always remained calm hoping they would resolve the issues. When the company does come out to service the machine it seems like they just run in and out and still the same problem was never fixed at all. On December 21, 2017 I put my clothes into the dryer and inserted my card and it gladly took my $1.89 and said it was running and it wasn't. I again called and CSC and they said they would send out a tech as soon as possible. I can't believe that they don't give refunds (mail) especially when they have had call after call after call. The worst part about it is the customer service and the service of the machines. I have lost now a total of 8.89 due to this company's negligence and now am going to return to my old laundry mat until this matter is resolved completely. It is nice not to have to leave to do laundry in the city but there if I had a issue they gave a refund back on my card right on the spot as the have a similar system as well.

Mac ***/CSC Service Works is atrocious. You call and call and call and the machines still don't get fixed. Called for 3 weeks, Tech came out, and units still don't work. Throwing money away on their washers and dryers
