Paying more than when I started. CSG contact is no longer valid! They told me I had to pay their fee regardless if I used them or not.. I'm stuck paying more than before their help.
THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND SCAM! Angry!!

Want a refund of $2999.00 because they did not follow through with aggreement
I spoke with sales rep Gerry *** in feb, 2018. Agreed to pay $2999.00 for 0% until balances paid in full. When 18 months passed & was time to move to new card with balance transfer, the phone number I have is no longer in service. I don't know name of town or state but had to choose in order to move forward.

very bad customer service does not take your credit seriously they only want you to pay and they individual that is suppose to help you says all well we did not follow through so sorry you will have to pay the interest that has been applied because of them not doing what they promised I have even reached out to Allen suppose to be supervisor but not sure about that and Natasha is suppose to be my financial advisor hahahahaha

Was told by Alan M that my credit cards they got for me would remain at zero percent interest until they were paid.
I paid them over 1000.00 to get me credit cards with zero interest until the debt was paid. Even got a welcome letter stating that fact.*** has raised my rate and I expect the others to follow. Have sent 4 emails to Alan and no response. Called the number given and goes somewhere else. Web site given is not valid anymore.

Scam. They wont stop harassing us. We refused the services yet they keep calling and threaten collection agencies and wage attachment.

At first I was a bit skeptical about the company but as my financial coach Daniel worked with me, he reassured me and provided exceptional service and was able to help me with my financial security and I am beyond happy with my end result and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of help! Be very wary. I had only talked to them but they had already applied for a credit card in my name and trying to apply for another, I received one card however terms were different than I had been told.

after not providing services they are calling harassing me for money threatening to damage my credit (John manager and erik o***) threatening me
Erik O has threatened to take my credit card information, is threatening me with collections while I am working with another company. He has continued to call and threatened me. Now he has his manager calling me non stop saying they will damage my credit and will send me to collections. They never provided services for me I have requested them to stop contacting me and they are continuing to harass me.

I am putting in this complaint in behalf of my aunt***, my aunt has a lot of health problems. She has Rheumatoid arthritis which she takes heavy pain medications for and she is also a diabetic. John (salesman) from CSG Solutions contacted my aunt in May 2018 about consolidating her credit cards to a zero interest card. John(salesman)claimed that she would be able to pay off her old credit cards much sooner, he never gave her a price that she would have to pay him until much later after many phone calls pressuring her to consolidate. John, also never gave my aunt the company name until she refused to go any further with him until he sent a letter with the company name on it. When she decided she didn't want the services he sent her an invoice for the amount of $1,999.00 that is due and John (salesman) is calling leaving voice messages trying to frighten her with saying he will send her to an collection agency. My concern is this, this company had my aunts social security number, which she says that she never gave to him and I am worried about them giving this information to other companies. I would like for CSG Solutions to stop harassing my aunt and calling her home, this home is on a do not call list.

Robo Called me when great idea for helping my credit. To send me a credit card with 0% interest to put my credit cards on to save me a lot of money. Credit card received with the interest rate of 24.9% I cancel the card because it was not what the person at the company said. Try to cancel this program phone number that they gave me rang once then went to busy. The web site was infested with virus.
Then the calls began stating that we owned $1,999. for the service

I did not understand the services that they were going to provide me. I asked them to cancel after I received credit cards in the mail.
When I was contacted by the number they stated they would help lower my credit card debit. I did not understand they would sign me up for new cards. I have never open the cards or used them and had to have them closed by capital one and chase. CSG continues to call me saying I owe them money I did want more credit cards. On 6/1/18 they told me they were sending me to collections, I have not received any service and do not want them to open cards for me.

This company continues to call and harass my intellectually challenged brother.
This company called my intellectually challenged brother wanting to give him a credit card that he can pay off other credit cards with. They want to charge him $999. They have not paid off his existing debt nor have they done anything to settle his debt. They initially contacted him stating Chase refered them and is trying to get personal information about him. He has told them that he is not interested in their services. Now they are calling from multiple phone numbers threatening collections and attorneys. We called and explained that he is intellectually challenged and he didn't understand what they were doing. They demanded $999 to be paid immediately or they were going to sue him. They have done nothing for the $999 fee yet they refuse to stop calling him.

I was told by Alan M and Edward R that they could get me a loan with not interest when combining my credit cards. I only had $200.00 on my credit card, then I was told my loan at LendMark could be used as a Syncrincy store card. Alan M told me to call when I received my paperwork. On April 6 I received a credit card from Bank of America for $2500.00 I did not approve. I was to tell Alan M the money amount when I received my paperwork because he didn't know what the amount of LendMark was. I was not told I would get a credit card.

I asked for a contract from the company and they wouldn't send one. No contract, means to me they're a scam. Don't trust this company.
They hooked me with interest rates reduction. They took a 0 interest credit card and balance transferred it to a new 0 interest balance transfer card. Instead of paying the credit card balance, they over paid it by more then $7400.00 that put me an extra $656 in debt. How did that lower my interest rates on existing credit cards. The company fooled me into believing that they could lower my credit cards interest rates. All they did was the same things I've been doing for years. They double talked their sales but didn't deliver. They only increased my debt. Then they threaten me when I realized what was going on. The business manager says he'll bury me. No contract, not satisfied with what they were doing, and I'm not trusting a business that won't use and send contracts to sign.

This is a scam. You pay them to perform a service that you could do for yourself for free. I received a call offering me a single loan at 0% interest for the life of the loan with a $150 monthly payment that would take all the debt off of my credit cards without having to cancel the credit cards (which damages your credit). They said that I would need to pay them a fee to have such a loan, but it would be a fraction of the cost that I would pay for interest over the years it would take me to pay off the cards. They told me that the only reason I could get this offer is because there's a special law in Colorado that covers high interest credit card loans. They then proceeded to call the people I already had cards with to ask for 0% balance transfers. They did find some 0% balance transfer credit cards (with lenders I didn't already have debt with) and got them for me on my behalf . I had actively avoided getting more credit cards because of the damage to my credit in both the long term and the short term. They didn't tell me up front that is what they'd be doing. They were careful to word the offer so as to avoid the understanding that they would be brokering 0% balance transfer offers on credit cards. If you are looking to get a 0% balance transfer credit card, you can use a Google search or Credit Karma (a free service) to get the same value (or better). Their service is entirely not worth the money.

Strong arm tactics directed against elderly.
CSG Solutions contacted my elderly mother in her 80s, on medication and ill health. They used tag team tactics and managed to get her full SSN and proceeded to talk her into an itic scam of 0% interest free debt consolidation. Which carried a huge fee that was added to the total debt consolidation. When she explained this to me (her son) I instructed her to cancel all actions and do not accept the deal they were setting her up in. She informed Mr. Gerry M she no longer wanted the debt consolidation, however he never cancelled the action and continued to harass her, said he was sending her two credit cards to pay off her debt, even though she told him no. This is despicable, and any elderly sick person should not have to deal with this type of harassment.

Called acting as a Representative of* wanting to do a Balance Transfer to ***... They would handle the transaction for $2999 dollars. What a scam.

After my husband died, Annmarie G, from CSG Solutions, kept calling, insisting that she could help me get a zero percent card, transfer most of my cards to it, and I'd pay her company CSG Solutions $1,299.00! Sadly, I fell for it. I did have the balances transferred. Is it zero per-cent? I'm not sure. I have had problems logging in. At this moment I do not know how this will play out. She promises that she'll keep transferring my balance to a new zero per-cent card. Until reading all the other comments, I was not that concerned. Now I'm quite concerned. I've no children to guide me and am still dealing with three deaths in nine months! A friend, my mother, and my husband of 25 years. The mailing address she gave me was

Company failed to keep the contract they offered via telephone. I requested a written copy, was promised 3X that they would send contract in mail. No hard copy sent. I was told that the company could help me get to zero balance on all my credit cards in 3 to 5 years. They guaranteed me they would work with me up to 10 years. I was transferred to Second person who told me the cost for services was $2,999.00. I got the money off my*** card. After the first 15 months, I was told that I was not eligible for another offer. I was stucked with 2 balances over $11,000.00 on two cards. I am requesting a refund of $1,500.00 of my payment so I can pay back to***. My balance was $13,000.00 before I did a transaction, now it is $17,590.00.

I feel duped.
