not obligated to repair the vehicle for free as he purchased vehicle without a warranty, but offered to do so anyways. Customer became angry and belligerent and proceeded to act like a child when we told him the car couldn't be repaired at that exact moment in time while he waited, after showing up with no appointment or so much as a phone call. We were currently in the middle of another repair and had no idea of the nature of repair needed to his vehicle without being able to diagnose his issue . After customer's threatening and curse filled hissy fit was over he agreed to an appointment for Wednesday 3/4 to drop the vehicle off for the day in order for us to make any necessary repairs. Customer again arrived without a ride home and demanded he wait in our small sales office while vehicle was worked on. We clearly explained to him for a second time that the car needed to be left with us to allow us to have time to diagnose the vehicle, order parts, make repairs, and road test the vehicle and it wouldn't be a quick exchange. He once again went off on a tirade like a toddler at nap time yelling, screaming, swearing, threatening, and so forth before leaving. As of writing this response on 3/14, we have tried repeatedly to contact the customer by phone but he does not answer or return phone calls. We have offered repeatedly to fix the car for absolutely no charge to the customer out of no obligation other than kindness. There is not much more than that we can offer.

Customer and business have reached a mutual agreement. Replacement vehicle provided. Both parties satisfied.

As you acknowledged in your letter, we have repeatedly asked to see the vehicle but you will not produce it. You instead went out on your own to fix it and want something done after the fact. As you have never been to our dealership once, and we have never met, nor have we seen the vehicle or any documentation since it was delivered to you free of charge,  we are at a loss as to how you would like to proceed.

I purchased a [redacted] 2003 in Feburuary 2015. its May 2015 and my starter is going and my car is leaking gas.
