The work done at [redacted] for [redacted] was going smoothly. There was plenty of prep work going on there. It was a dark stained house that was very thirsty, she wanted all the little pin nail holes filled on the entire house. Jason and I were going around prepping...
with ready patch, and caulking around all the windows. I feel that its unacceptable that she wants $2500.00 back considering I sprayed the back and the side of the house, the left side of the front of the house was two coated by myself. I had Jason going around all the windows so it would be easier for me to spray and back brush. I did have a young college kid helping me because he needed a little extra money and I like helping out people. The issues [redacted] was talking about could have been fixed and resolved in a timely manner. The price of the material was $1200-$1400.00. The college kid wasn't on any big ladders, because I didn't want there to be a problem. I paid Jason $1750.00, he has his own company as well. We work together on bigger jobs. I paid the college kid $400.00 and myself $2000.00. I paid $2150 to my help and after my materials and my pay, we would be over the $5000.00 on an $8500.00 job. Suzanne is saying that $2500.00 is more than reasonable to be reimbursed. To me that is unacceptable for the amount of work and labor that went on there. I offered to take a loss on this job and give her $1000.00 back, and she said $2500.00 and then went down to $2000.00, which is still unacceptable. There was minor over spray that would have come off with no problem. I would like to, however, work out something with her because I would like to make things right. I do apologize for leaving the trash behind. I was upset how the job ended. I treat everyone with respect. I hope we can work something out. I wish you all the best on future contractors. I feel that the work performed at Sue [redacted]ome was going good. I had another professional painter working with me on the job and we got a lot done. As far as [redacted] being upset, I feel that it's totally unacceptable. For her to want 2000 dollars back is totally wrong. She really tried to burn a...
successful professional painter with an established company and a outstanding reputation. I do my best to go above and beyond for all of my customers. For her to slander my name to other contractors, is unacceptable and completely unnessasary. I'm sorry that she was dissatisfied about the work done on her home but there is two sides to everything. I wish her the best. Cubeta Painting L.L.C.
I agreed to give him back $400 as soon as money starts rolling in for me.
Sorry that things didn't work out.

It is not listed on the page for Cubeta Painting so I cannot update the status. I tried the telephone number listed for the Revdex.com and no one answered, it just rings and rings. After 3 months of agony Jeff C[redacted] came over this morning, Tuesday, July 20, 2016 and we resolved the matter for what I requested for settlement. Thank you for your intervention. [redacted]
