In August 2019 I had ordered a bracelet for my granddaughter for her birthday on 09-11-2000 . She was very excited about it and so was I. Until I discovered that you have been charging my credit card $25.00 from August 18,2019. for a grand total of $500.00. I did not agree to this activity. I am requesting a refund of $475.00. as soon as possible. I was taken advantage of by Cultured Quotes. Kindly refund this amount to my credit card. I do not want to go to my Bank, my Credit Card Company (Master Card ) and the BBB. I am not threatening you just want you to know how your actions are not ethical and fraudulent May be you should read some of your jewelry quotes about how to treat people. Upset widow!!
Read reviews! A recent young widow with no income! Had to take out retirement funds to support kids and not lose our home! Got bracelet for dgt in hopes to cheer her up with sudden death of young dad! So much debt and cards, didn’t notice for awhile! They double charged me and yes, I too noticed a $25 fee for months now! Had been trying to order little things for Christmas for kids! How do I go about getting refund? Need oil and food for holidays!Should have never used my bank debit card! A big hassle to get new one,(have bills auto deducted)! Now gotta figure it all out! 😫😫😫😫😫

Scammed me Also for $225
Same issue all of the above customers had. They got me for 9 months @ $25 per for a whopping $225 for buying a $2 bracelet that I never received. Never knew any strings were attached and their lousy customer service refuses to refund a dime of their ill gotten gains at my expense. I am on disability and they caused an absolute disaster in my account bouncing various bills by taking unauthorized monthly payments!

You can call your bank and try to put a stop on the charge, if that doesn't work, ask for a new card but make sure to withdraw enough money to get by on till you receive your new card!

Very dishonest. Misleading advertising is against the law isn’t it? Maybe a class action lawsuit is needed? Offer a bracelet for 2.99. Then they start charging your credit card $25 a month until you cancel your membership. I asked for proof of my membership and customer service said if you purchased you signed up. Refused to refund my money and hung up on me. B BB complaint will be filed.

Yes class action lawsuit they cant keep getting away with stealing iv tried to get them to give my money back but they wont.

Same exact thing happened to me and even after my "membership" was supposedly canceled, I'm still being charged every month! Extremely scandalous company, only concern is money, NOT customer service! Complaint with BBB is already filed! This month and all the following they won't be getting any more of my money, canceled my card!

CULTURED QUOTES LLC has been charging my credit card 25.00 a month without my consent or knowledge. I do not know what this is for or how to contact them to refund and stop charges, I am disabled and live on disability . I cannot afford to pay these charges. Did not notice until credit card bill kept getting bigger and I knew I wasn't charging that much. Please help me.

I had seen an ad on facebook for a bracelet that was free just pay shipping and handling. I received my monthly statement and had noticed I was charged 4 times for this bracelet. One of the charges was 25.00. I was not aware of no 25.00 charge for this otherwise I would not have purchased it.I don't know how they are getting away with this. I will be reporting this to the Better Bussiness Bureau. This is not fair it resulted in me owing more money to my credit card company cause I went over my credit. Do not order from this company.

I would like a refund.This is uncalled for. As a result I went over my on my account and it is costing me more money. I don't see how this place is getting away with taking our money.
