I, too, was very quietly charged a $25 membership fee I was not aware of when I bought the $2 promotional bracelet. I have gone back and forth with customer service via email several time to no avail. I have merely gotten several short, scripted responses that membership fees are non-refundable. Very disappointing and deceptive. Cultured Quotes seems to be getting away with advertising bracelets for $2 but actuating selling them for $25.

I ordered a $2 was not informed of any membership feeling and was charged 25 twice, which has caused great hardship and totaling over $160 and bills to bounce. Was spoken to very Rudely by customer service placed on hold and hung up on. I WILL be filling a complaint with BBB as well.

Clicked on an ad for a braclet just pay $2 shipping and handling. They don't tell you that they're signing up for a $25 a month membership. They took $50 from me and refused to refund my money. Beware! Research the company! BBB, Ripoff Report. Complaint after complaint of the same thing!

Ordered a braclet from cultured quotes advertised for $2. They don't tell you that you're signing up for a $25 month membership. They withdrew $50 from my acct and say I can't have a refund because I already canceled my membership. Bad business!

I ordered a bracelet from Cultured Quotes. Although the bracelet I received was nice, it was definitely not worth the additional $125.00 I have been charged for their monthly membership. I did not see the apparently"fine print"that states that since I got the bracelet below cost I had now entered into a membership agreement with them of $25.00 per month.I never ordered another thing from the company. I want a refund of the $125.00.

The customer purchased the bracelet at a promotional price for giving the membership club a try. Attached are screenshots of the membership agreement that they sign up for. We have bracelets in different languages because we are the culture club. Here is a link to our membership...

I would like the refund but I cancelled my debit card that I used when purchasing this item. I would like for them to acknowledge that they removed more than $25 for this membership. It was $26.75! And they should also learn to respond to mail sent from their "contact us" option on their webpage. I DID contact them to make sure I wasn't enrolled in any membership before this so called trial was over. The way this company runs their business is despicable and they should be ashamed.

We have done everything possible on our end to help the customer. We are not responsible for the banking fees that you have aquired. We have issued you a full refund and that is the most we can do. We can offer you $25 store credit if that helps. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

After reviewing the customers account it appears they signed up for our culture club https://culturedquotes.com/pages/how-to-join. They took advantage of our promotional $1.00 bracelet deal that gave them a $25 bracelet for $1.00 for giving the culture club a try. We issued the customer a $25...

refund for their last months membership to help resolve the issue.
