This company advertised delivery of a popular item (JoJo Siwa Box) by Christmas and the inclusion of an exclusive JoJo Siwa bow in each box at time of purchase They were unresponsive to inquiries on status of delivery and then we received an rma on December [redacted] ( four days before) claiming the item was being held by border patrol for inspectionThe language was then changed on their website to no longer mention a bow being included each box All follow up emails have been met with no response Payment was made in November and we have not received product nor any update when/if we will receive said product It is now days past the day they guaranteed the product by

I am a subscriber to the JoJo Siwa Quarterly Box and have been since it originated. They took my money on 618. They shipped the box on 718 when I was notified of the damage. The box never made it to me. Culture Fly advised me they cannot send out a new box until the damaged box gets back to them. The box made it back to them within a week but I still have not received my box. I have been assured my box will be on the way soon. I have been receiving those emails for the last several weeks however, they have not replied to any of my emails for the last week and I have yet to receive a shipping notice letting me know the order is on the way. Today is 9/*/18 and I have not received the box or shipping notification.

I made an order on November *, 2018 of two shirts at $20 plus $5 shipping. On November *, 2018 the money was taken out of my account. On my account through the retailer the order status says paid, but and unfulfilled. I contacted their customer service through email on November **, 2018 explaining my situation, I got no reply. I contacted them again on November **, 2018 and yet I had still have not received a reply. it is November **, 2018 and I still have not received a package, a tracking email, refund, or even a reply from their customer service.

Purchased a JoJo Siwa box subscription. Based on website, would ship Mid-July. Complained on FB page on 718 that I have not received a shipment notification. Shortly after, received notification of label created. Check on 718 and package had yet to be shipped. Noticed they are telling consumers that the boxes would be shipped mid-late July on FB.

I did a prepay purchase for the pusheen box from culture fly In June I had recently moved to a new address and I alerted culture fly about this before the shipping label for my box had even been complete The lady told me there was nothing they could do and said I should submit an address change to the post office I had already done that and had been having problems with that post office already The CS rep Cathy was not very helpful and when I contacted Fedex they told me the company that was shipping the box had to put in the address change so I emailed Cathy at Culture Fly back requesting for that to happen and she flat out denied that request On the pusheen box website it very explicitly states that if you are moving/moved to just contact Culture Fly and they will make sure your box gets sent to the right address I did also drive to my old house which was about miles out of my way I would also like to note that Culture Fly's customer service department is the worst c

I was charged for one quarterly "Pusheen Box" on 10/*/I made the decision to purchase this subscription based on this merchant's advertisement that the fall Pusheen Box "ships in mid-October!"Despite numerous promises on social media that this subscription box would ship in mid-October, my box remained as "paid" but "unfulfilled" on the Pusheen Box website until yesterday, 10/**/After sending two messages to customer service, I was eventually provided with a tracking numberIt is now 10/**/2018, late October, and this merchant has still failed to ship my itemMy item remains as "awaiting pickup" from *** and I likely will not receive the box until early NovemberThis was my first time purchasing this subscription box and I do not intend to renew

I initially ordered items with this company as a subscription type service The first boxes came fine, the 4th never showed up After months of emailing, they finally admitted the box was lost, and issued a refund I then mistakenly ordered one more box They charged my credit card times and when I messaged them to ask for a refund, their response was "Oh no We've already prepared your box for shipment, and therefore cannot issue a refund We apologize for the inconvenience."
Absolutely unacceptable!
So now they have charged me twice for something I have yet to receive, and are refusing any refund

If I had to rate this company and they way they conduct business I’d give them -stars I placed my order back in February, received an email that my order was being shipped out on April 25, come to find out it just shipped yesterday May 7, even though they claimed to be updating my tracking info after I reached out come to find out that was a LIE as wellAnd we will not be getting the box until May Do not waste your time ordering this product, if I could cancel the order and just get my money back I would, and I also suggest reporting this business to the Revdex.com because they are a whole JO JO JOKE

I ordered a QUARTERLY subscription box The advertising clearly stated that it was a quarterly charge I was charged two months in a row It's been over a month now and I still have not gotten what I originally purchased I have reached out to the company already but they do not have a customer service number to speak with a representative I had to fill out an "online" email form thing on their website
