Curadebt referred me to Advocate Tax Solutions (ATS) I saw no value in the recommendations ATS presented regarding the State and IRS In summary, the recommendation I received was to maintain the existing $payment with the state (currently arranged) pay $3,per month to the IRS (That was unrealisticI only have $remaining after bills are paid How did they expect me to live?) Nothing has been negotiated away I still would owe interest and penalties and the same balance for the state and federal and Curadebt/ATS proposed that my IRS payment increase from $to $3,482? That does not compute in my mind when I have only $1,remaining after all of my expenses How that providing value to the client? The sales pitch from Mr [redacted] (**) at CuraDebt: [redacted] (**) - Will I obtain a full or significant reduction in my balances with the IRS and State? [redacted] -Quite possible, if no reduction and you are unable to pay then it's most likely Currently Non Collectible status - we say to IRS yes he owes it, cannot be collected, here are our client's financials to back this (No evidence of balance reduction) [redacted] - Will get tax liens removed [redacted] - No problem (No evidence of tax lien removal) [redacted] - Will I get a fresh start? [redacted] - Most definitely! The Analysis includes advice on how to keep the problem from coming back - this is a personalized tax and financial strategy we will carry out for you (No evidence of any fresh startBased on the recommendation, I would be better served getting my $IRS arrangement reinstated and keeping my same $payment arrangement with the State.) [redacted] - Should I expect full or significant reduction in my balances for the IRS and State? [redacted] - A strong possibility, however I think the point is more how much you have to pay back - we make sure you only pay back what you absolutely have to, and that in a comfortable payment planIf yours needs to be $per month because that is what you can afford, after a Tax Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant, plus MrLittle himself, the former IRS Prosecutor I mentioned have looked your numbers over, then that is what it will be or your money back (No evidence of balance reduction and yes I want my money back) [redacted] - How long will this process take? [redacted] - I remain your primary point of contact, and the Attorney's assistants will also be available Even though we make this look easy because it is just another business day to us, we know that to people this looks like rocket science, and people are concerned and want updates and know what's going on with their case, so you stay posted when working with us (I received no evidence of engagement from the IRS or State to date) I requested a full refund from Curadebt and ATS but my request was declined
I had a great experienceI needed too find a solution to my debt problems and I was able to not only find a solution that fit in my budget, but was responsive and would allow me to settle my debt in only three years
