I spoke to *** *** in reference to his Nissan Altima, who came in with a hood latch recall, which we performed*** *** stated that his hood still does not open and we informed him that it isn't due to the hood latch recall, but it is due to damage due to an accident, which the hood
does not align properly.? I instructed one of ? my service advisors to call *** *** and schedule an appointment to have it looked at again, and he would heve to wait for it.? I assured him that it wouldn't take more than an hour.? Bill T***

On 11/17/*** *** purchased a Kia Forte and a temp tag was issuedOn 12/29/she received ezpass violations and as you can see from the attached picture they were issued from a different make car with the same temp tag numberI have no idea why temp tags were issued by the
State of New Jersey with the same number.? I also attached the payment we made for the violations that were issuedHopefully this will close the matterIf by chance there are any more violations in the future the Dealership will take care of them as a good will gesture.? I wanted to wait to respond until the issue was resolved.. As of today the bank accepted the loan, and the [redacted] should be completely satisfied.  Bill T[redacted]

My contact with [redacted], started with when my Reputation Manager informed me that he had posted disparaging remarks on many sites including Facebook, about his experience at our EZ buying Center in keyport, in May and June.  I contacted [redacted] in response to his posts, and he explained...

to me that when he purchase a van a year and a half ago in Keyport, he was told that if he made the payments on time, he would be eligible to trade the van for a better car at a lower rate of interest.  I called the manager up at Keyport, and he informed that based on the condition of the Van, and the lack of down payment [redacted] had, he was not able to trade him out of his current car. I called [redacted] and informed him that I would look at cars here at our Neptune location, and would call him in a few days.  On     6/20/2017 I called [redacted] and informed him that I took the liberty of getting him approved on a new Sentra, and asked him when he wanted to come down to look at the car.  He came down with two other people I had a Salesperson show him the car, and he loved it.  I explained that I got him approved on a lease, trading in his car, and all I needed was his first payment down.  He told me he needed a week to give me his first payment, and I said fine.  A week later he called me to say that he was getting calls from the bank that he owed money to on his trade an I informed him that we paid the van off and that he shouldn't be getting any further call from the old bank.  I never got a call from him saying that they continued to call so that part was satisfied.  I had the salesman call a couple of days later to remind him that he still owed us the first payment, and [redacted] said he gave me the credit card number to take the payment off his credit card.  I informed he I never spoke to him about that, and then he proceeded to tell me that he gave the information to some else, but couldn't tell me who.  I can say that The dealerships policy is that we don't take credit cards over the phone. He proceeded to tell me he was going to bash us on Facebook and every other site , including the Revdex.com. Why I don't know... Yesterday out of the blue I got a call from his son who wanted to give me his credit card over the phone to make the payment. I sent him a credit card authorization slip by fax and he faxed it back to me and we receipted the money.  He asked me why his father owed money, and why didn't we collect it that day. I told him that his father didn't have it and he would give it to me in a week, I took him at his word, and due to the problem he had at Keyport, I was trying to accommodate him. I called [redacted] today to let him know     that his plates where in and to review his complaint.  I was advised he was not feeling well, and I should try again tomorrow . Meanwhile today again he has been busy on the internet. I have called our attorney to draft a letter to cease the public bashing that has been unwarranted.  I tried, and did everything for [redacted] and I'm at my whets end Bill T[redacted]

In response to this complaint, there we several issues why there was a delay and still is a delay in [redacted] out of state plates. We sent the motor vehicle work to be processed in [redacted]. and since she had an outstanding tax bill the state refused to issue her pates until the tax...

bill was paid.  we collect the money from [redacted] and sent it to ** to satisfy their requirement, but she was also informed she need a vin inspection on her new car which is another requirement in order to register her car, which we haven't received. Once we receive the inspection we can send it to our plate service and get her her plates.  Bill T[redacted]

Our curbing comes with a 2 year materials and workmanship warranty.  We want to personally check out any warranty issue because in the majority of cases any damage is not the direct result of a faulty product.  In this case it was difficult to determine what caused a crack in one corner...

area by the driveway when 385 feet of curbing looks fantastic.  In this case, the homeowner was never accussed of causing the crack but was told that there have been times where we repaired curbing under warranty, where the damage was caused by the homeowner, landscapers, cablc company, etc.  Curb Creations always stands behind our work so we told the homeowner that the crack would be fixed.  A repair order was written up but the repair was not taken care of untill later in the season.  Curb Creations is extremely busy, but any repair order does get taken care of whether we think it was our fault or not.  The homeowners job of 385 feet of curbing was also resealed, free of charge, a $106 value, because he had to wait a little longer than normal.

On 11/19/2016 [redacted] and [redacted] purchased a certified 2014 Armada with 43,164 miles on it.  The purchase price was 37,574. At the time of sale, 2 new tires, 3 years of free oil changes and a remote start was negotiated into the transaction. I might add, that when a Nissan...

is certified there is a 160 point check and the requirement is that the tires have at least 5/32 of tread. On 11/28/2016 we installed 2 front tires ,and the remote which fulfilled our obligation on the 2 of the three items  On 1/16/2017 The first oil change was done, with 48121 miles on it and the tires were checked for tread depth upon the customers request. I was documented that the tire in the rear had about 60 Percent remaining after the 5000 miles were put on them after purchase, which would indicate that at time of purchase  the tires had at least 70 percent left on them, which at we would not be required to change them during the certification process. Recently the Armada was brought in for service with 63,874 and it was noted that the tires have to be replaced. After 20,710 miles were put on hem, it is unreasonable to expect the dealer to replace the tires free of charge.  I offered to pay for the labor , if they would buy the tires. At first it was acceptable to [redacted] but not with [redacted].  If [redacted] wants to email me the bill for the tires, I am still willing to pay for the labor, even though she got them done elsewhere.  Bill T[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: nissan sansone Jr did not call me for days and days and as I said before I try to call many times leave messages no respond on til I call Nissan corporation regenal affairs and they called sansone Jr that's when they decide to call me back and tell me that they need a Vin inspection and  the plate for the  veichle been expire from June 6 and when I got the call that was on the June 19, 2017 so all this time I do not know I was suppose to get a vin inspection on til June 19 he said it on the phone, second I paid all my taxes if I didn't they wouldn't be able to get the other plates for the car I even send them a copy of the receipt even thou I didn't have to but I did I next tax is not due on til the middle of July so that not true I even went to the DMV in ct they said there nothing that's stopping anything for them to get the plate .my car was not paid for and plus no plates. I cannot bring this veichle any were to get a vin inspection on a expired plate. thank you.

I have reviewed [redacted] paper work and have called him to discuss.  He is coming in on Tuesday to review the paper work.  No where on his contract does it have any provision for the Dealership to pay for his excess mileage on his Accura.  I wanted to respond befor the 10...
