Mrs*** bought a car from curbside motors and put down $as a down payment the loan fell thru due to the lack of her poor creditHer comment about someone yelling at her is a complete fabrication of the truth No one ever yelled are raised there voice to her, nor would
they. We at curbside have refunded her the down payment in fullNo one ever stole her money she entered into a contract with curbside motors to purchase a vehicle

To whom it may concern:
Miss ***, complaint is totally unwarrantedMiss *** bought a Chrysler on 9/30/with 43,miles on it from Curbside MotorsShe came in with a friend and wanted to talk to the manger about some concerns being the air did not blow hot on the
passenger side and being the windshield wiper apparently blew off on the freeway both issues have been addressed at a local shop and both have been repaired at no cost to the consumerAs far as the down payment they owed $on the 15th of Oct and that money was taken out on that day with a promissory note and still $still being owed at a later dateThat being said there was a lack of communication from myself and the office staff and they pulled an additional $of there debit card, as soon as the error was discovered the money was reimbursed wihours on there credit cardThey came in yesterday and pick up there car and they seemed to be satisfied

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: what was stated by this business to the Revdex.com is simply a lie, my wife is a witness to everything that was said that the salesman and dealership conveniently forgot saying or "don't recall" I never called a single Dodge dealership to get a part number for the step boards; didn't see them until I got home and unboxed them (they are double boxed, so I guess their sales people have x-ray vision is they could see them with the outer box lid open); and didn't realize they aren't even for my truck until I went to install them I don't expect anything from this dealership as they are the sum of all common stereotypes of "used car salesman" it used to mean something when a man shook your hand and gave you his word; perhaps that's my problem, they aren't men - they are con-artists and thieves. I would like the Revdex.com to make public this dealerships tactics and underhanded policies I now drive around with a giant sign on the back of my truck warning everyone about this dealership, and since I use my truck for service work I'm really getting the word out there as best I can to protect other consumers
Sincerely,
*** ***

We sent her plates and the title to her bank, so we considered the matter closedCurbside Motors did not no there was any more action that need to be taken
Thank you for you consideration

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, *** ***

To whom it may concern:Miss ***, Is fabricating her story by a huge degree the vehicle in question was sold to her for $which is the fair market valve of this vehicleHer other issue is she is stating she is paying $for the car that is if she carried the
contract for the full amount of the term, which includes the price of the vehicle, tax&lic and $doc fee also includes the finance charge on the contractSince Miss *** has a problems paying her bills on timeThat being said unfortunately her credit dictates her finance charge with the lenderCurbside Motors always lets there customers know before taking the car of the lot the consumers needs full coverage of the vehicle per the lender and states requirements to buy the carCurbside Motors consider this matter closed.Thank you,David L***General Manager

To whom it may concern: Curbside Motors considers this matter closed and would like the Revdex.com office to also consider this complaint closed as wellI usually try not to get in a mud slinging contest with a client, But this guy is completely ridicules, my last letter about Mr*** I was trying to be as gentle as possible about him fabricating His story but after his last response I will just put down what I feel with out any filters this man is a LIAR and a CONDoes he not remember what he signed, stating the vehicle was SOLD-with all faults, Dealer to replace one step board, nothing else promised (which he has a copy of the Due-Bill)Curbside Motors bought him brand new step boards for is used vehicleHe also LIED about giving me the part number for the step boards which I have a copy of his TEXT MessageMr*** has question are integrity and said we not men of are wordsI actually question hisHe states he his a retired Vet, I not only no several friends that have served are country but I also have several family members that have served as well. These Men and Women that have served are country are honorable and outstanding people that don't need to fabricate story's, so at this point I kind of Question everything this man has saidLike I said in my last response if the Revdex.com would request these documents and Texts I will be happy to forward them to the Revdex.com. Thank youDavid L***General Manager

From: *** *** Sent: Monday, January 23, 6:PMSubject: RE: Customer *** *** and *** ***.Hi I just wanted to let you guys know that curbside motors called us today and let us know they were sorry for everything that happened and are paying for our part for our
carWe are satisfied customers the general manager David and the owner are very nice people and I will buy from their dealership in the futureThank you*** ***

Miss ***Her statement is a complete fabrication of the truth, the salesperson ceciel test drove the vehicle with her boyfriend while angie filled out a credit profile to see if she could even get approved on the vehicleAfter some research on her profile we told her we could get her
approved at a local lender are we could possibly in house her on the car (which we have over in-house accounts) so I don't know where she came up with that statement that we told her we "don't do in-house financing" its even posted on are websitesAfter the test drive the boyfriend said it drove great we ask her if she wanted to sit down and negotiate some numbers and if they made sense to them she would buy the car and take it homeAfter about minutes of negotiating to numbers she wanted the dealership consented and agreed to her numbersshe went in to the finance office and signed all the paperwork and took ownershipAfter they left they came back to the dealership about 20minutes later we were locking up and said there was a problem with the lights we apologized and we fixed the problem right then and they left with the carThe next afternoon she came back and decided she did not want the car, I told her I was sorry but there was not a cooling off period and was also explained that when she signed the contract, she got upset and said fine can you at least fix something on the car she pointed it out I told her yes and she left the car here and we fixed it(The real problem I believe is she has buyers remorse and thinks she can just walk away from her obligation) She has failed to pick up the car are return any of are messages, so she has left me with no other choice than to send her file over to are collection agencyI will give her days of the receipt of this letter to pick up the car and make her down payment are we will be forced to turn it over to are collection agency
Thank you

To whom it may concern:Curbside Motors position on this is Mr*** bought a truck, He spent several hours looking and diagnosing the truck after several hours looking at the vehicle he decided to purchase the vehicleAfter he negotiated price and term on the vehicle Mr*** agreed to
purchased said vehicleWhen he was in the business office he was offered a service contract over and above the purchase price that was already negotiatedAfter some research it was apparent the extend service contract would not cover any mechanical issues of the truck because Mr, *** was using the vehicle for commercial useCurbside Motors refunded all the money back that was advanced to the financial lender that was giving Mr*** the loan. Curbside Motors consider this matter closed. David L***Curbside Motors3-777-0620General Manager

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: This matter will never be resolved as this business refuses to keep promises made Never, in years, have I had a dealer refuse to honor their promises because it wasn't "in writing"; lesson learned on my part I can only hope that the measures I have taken and continue to take will warn others of this business's ethics and practices. To have someone who was too much of a coward to serve his country question my ethics and patriotism after I've given years of my live to my country? Well, that says a lot about him now doesn't it But then again, considering his abhorrent use of spelling and grammar in his email to the Revdex.com says a lot as well: an uneducated, cowardly con-artist.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Dear Revdex.com,
I am appalled that the Revdex.com and Curbside Motors are having to waist are time having to respond back in fourth on this type of letterMiss *** has completely lied in her letter about this situation does she believe she can literally drive to a car dealership
purchase a vehicle and not pay for it and then blame it on the Dealership for Repo itSo let me tell you want really happen since we will never get the truth out of Miss ***, She showed up at one of are dealership on 12/14/14 purchase a car and since her credit was real bad she could not get approved by any Of the banks we do business with so Curbside Motors decided to give her a chance and we Guarantee the loan thru Reliable credit she made payments all late to the bank after becoming over days past due. Curbside Motors had to buy the loan back we have tried to reach out to her several times with no responseThis Loan was in default June a repo was put in place in June 2015 and the repo company has been looking for this vehicle ever sinceHas far as the General Manager yelling at her and telling her to get of the lot, for the record I have never met herI am sure the Revdex.com can read thru Miss *** lies and would hope you would consider this matter closed

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I was not gone for 20 minutes before coming back, again camera footage will show it was less than ten minutes between me leaving lot pulling into [redacted] parking and returning to Lot, Light was never fixed that night Cecil and the finance gentleman had already locked up in their words and no one was there to unlock gate being that we left your lot in the first place after closing time and only Cecil and the finance person was on site the whole time we discussed cars and financing, again camera footage will show my car pulling in to apartment complex with light and signal still out, as for test drive the audacity you have to outright lie baffles me, My boyfriend did not do any test drive as stated he drove to one side of lot to other for me to exchange keys since one, he has no license or permit to drive the car that I don't own, and to have a full on conversation with Cecil about the car runs perfect is laughable as he does not speak or understand English and Cecil does not speak Spanish, and two he on phone with family while he was watching the car with my child in it who by the way can testify along with my boss (also willing to testify) who coincidently had to follow me back to the dealership the next day because lights (brake and Signal) was still out and observed staff popping the trunk trying to figure out why lights are out, car was took back the next day as the concern was not so much lights, but the safety of its drivability due to airbag warning, that your salesperson said was fine and the fact the car was grinding and sagging on left side of vehicle while simultaneously pulling to the right, which I see you failed to address in this response, Your finance person did say that no in house is offered regardless of your website claims by the way we did not go to your website for this car, This is not a case of buyer remorse as you claim and I would of been more than happy to work with company had your employee not outright lied about a test drive and lied about work done on car that night, and since you want to be so keen on sticking to contracts I believe I have a right to hold you accountable to Laws under RCW for dealerships, as for the sticker in window this was not even posted as the car was sitting in your back lot uncleaned as if you just got it in since my boyfriend took pics of car before any paperwork was signed to send to his family he was on the phone with it will show no used car buyer notice in window, that by the way was filled out in front of me at desk. We will be seeking an attorney at this point one for my issues with car and two for false statements made by Cecil and this Dealer saying a test drive was done by boyfriend.Sincerely,[redacted] Sincerely,[redacted]

To who it may concern:
Curbside motors sold the car to Miss [redacted] for $5999.00 never was $2999.00 quoted are discussed as a price this makes no seance. Curbside motors position in this matter is we were sent a buyback letter from Reliable credit on Aug 11 2015 saying Miss [redacted] was in default and under are dealer agreement we have to pay of the loan. After paying off Reliable credit we tried to get a hold of Miss [redacted] several times to either bring the car back voluntarily are we were going to have to have it sent out for Repo which would in return add to the balance of her loan that was in default. Miss [redacted] needs to quite being the victim and start paying her bills than these things would not occur in her life. Has Far has me telling her family members to get of the lot I do not  remember any occasion like that but than again, I guess you should consider the source where it came from. Again Curbside Motors consider this matter closed and would like the Revdex.com to close this grossly fabricated story closed as well.

The vehicle has been fixed. If there are any other complaints that the customers has I can be reached at [redacted] Thank you[redacted]General ManagerCurbside Motors

To who it may concern:

Mr. [redacted] his story is extremely fabricated never once did he ask about  why the car was not  sold we had the car for less than 3 weeks for sale before he bought it. The clutch was in good condition when he bought it, we notice he was not a great...

driver when it came to him test driving  the Manuel transmission we asked on several occasions if he knew how to drive one he replied yes every time to are question. We drove the vehicle to Oregon where he lived with out any issues. One of my employees received a phone call from him a week later and said his car did not move we asked him what it was doing he replied it starts but does not move when he puts in gear. We at curbside motors believe he did not know how to drive a Manuel and rode the clutch to the extinct were the clutch is not engaging and he will need a new one. He did decide to purchase an extended service policy but it does not cover wear and tear items. We at Curbside Motors are more than willing to help are participate and the cost of a Clutch but he needs to bring the car to us so we can have it look at and help fix it if it needs fixing.
If you have any other questions please call

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I dont know how the general manager can say my car was sent to repo in june 2015 when the last payment I made was in 2015 for 537.00 dollars that is per angie I quit making payments because I was trying to dispute the cost of the car I was told it was 2999 and they wrote it up as 5999 nobody at the time could explain to me why there was a 3000 dollar difference and I was told that everybody there is to busy to be able to call me back my roommate and I tried several times to talk to angie and she never returned our phone calls.  When angie finally called me back last week she told my roommate that the reason the 3000 dollars was added to the price of my car was for them to be able to guarantee the loan well if that is the case then why didnt they explain that to me at the time of sale and why didnt they add the 3000 dollars to my brothers van back in oct of 2015 or to anybody elses that I know.  We were also told by angie that my car didnt go to repo until sept 2015 and in between july and sept 2015 my roommate and I left several messages for angie and she never called back all I was trying to do was return her phone cal but like we were told by the gm the other day we wont get any call backs because they are to busy to be calling people back.  As far as meeting the gm no I havent curbside repoed my brothers van and when my roommate took him in there to get his stuff out of his van dave thought my roommate was me and when my brother offered to pay what he owed on his van dave said no and told my brother and my roommate who at the time he thought was me to get the f off of his lot and to never come back if that is how they treat their customers im surprised they are still in business I have tried several times in the last year to get a hold of the owner with no luck they always tell me he isnt in or whatever other excuses they have when asked what the owners name is they wont tell me that eitherSincerely,[redacted]
