Complaint: [redacted]We am rejecting this response because:
My husband and I still haven't received the license plates for the vehicle and feel in a months time this should have been achieved.  After dealing with a yelling manager, some threats of remove of the vehicle, the stress from not knowing what was gonna happen and having our credit ran for there own entertainment. We feel like the rest of the legal agreement to be reached.  Please send us our plates. It took 15  stressful and draining days to send my bank the title to the vehicle, not only were we receiving hateful calls from your company but my bank, who had invested time and effort in helping us get a new vehicle. Again send our plates so we can have a legal truck.

Miss [redacted] story is completely fabercated, she was over 60days late with several phone calls to her by are collection dept. with no response from her whats so ever. The only time she responded was when the car was Reposed, only than she tried to take action....

She came in and spoke to me and wanted to make arrangements to pay 1 payment to get her caught up I told her she was over 60 days behind and the cost of the Repo fee which was $500.00 from the repo company she told me she did not have that kind of money so what were her options. I told her for me to reinstate the loan it would cost $2500.00 including the Repo fee. I told her if she would have went thru a bank  they would have wanted the whole amount within 10 day after the Repo. She got upset because I would not work with her (which I thought I was) after her telling me about her DWI. I am sorry for her situation but at the end of the day we are a business and have to preform as such. That being said I hope she gets the help she needs as far as her dealing with her alcohol problem and can get with a great support group to help her get her life together. P.S. there is still a Blow&Go in her reposed vehicle and she has until the 1st of July to get it out are we will have to take other methods for it to be removed.

concern:                                    ... [redacted] has grossly fabricated his story. First of all nothing was promised to Mr. [redacted]  except to replace 1 of the step bars on his truck that was bought on 3/10/2017. Curbside Motors uses a document with every vehicle sold to customers that states what Curbside Motors owes are work promised to the client after the sale. In this case Curbside Motors sold the vehicle to Mr. [redacted] As-Is with all Faults except to replace the step bar which the document is in my possession and Mr. [redacted] as a copy as well with is signature. I can forward the document to the Revdex.com if you request it. Curbside Motors could not find a single step bar so when Mr. [redacted] was notified of the situation. Curbside Motors decided to buy brand new ones. Mr. [redacted] call the Dodge Store got the part number for me and we ordered it from a local Dodge Store in the area. When the part came in Mr. [redacted] was notified. Mr. [redacted]  came to the store in the box was opened in front of him and 1 of my sales managers and the salesman that sold him the vehicle Mr. [redacted] acted like he couldn't have been happier. Curbside Motors even told him we would put the new step bars on for him at no cost and Mr. [redacted] insisted he wanted to put them on at his house we said okay but if he changed his mind give us a call and we would do it I also have a text from me to him that would collaborate my story. Would be happy to forward that as well to Revdex.com. Curbside Motors is shocked of customers action and real confused with Mr. [redacted] complaint.  If Mr. [redacted] would like us to install the new step boards Curbside Motors would be happy to do that still at no cost to the client.David L[redacted]General ManagerCurbside Motors

With regards to the matter brought to your attention by Mr [redacted], We attempted to work with [redacted] to bring this matter to a speedy resolution and attempted on numerous occasions to reverse the deal to [redacted] once we would be returned possession of the vehicle in question in this matter.
However, [redacted] failed to produce said vehicle back to the dealership, and for that matter wound up coming in and recanting his complaint to us. Going so far as to sign a letter recanting the incident and absolving Curbside Motors of any wrong doing in said matter.
 
Upon request we can submit to you the letter signed dated from [redacted] with regards to this matter.
 
Please take this into account when reviewing or business rating through you agency.
