Curbside Waste finally sent one of their guys over on Tuesday to clean up the oil spillHe poured a jug of antifreeze on the pavement, came to our door and asked for a hose, sprayed down the antifreeze and then left the container on our doorstepAntifreeze is toxic to animals and the environmentIt is not safe and is illegal to dump! Why would any intelligent person try to clean up oil with a toxic product?! It only caused further damage to the street and the earthAntifreeze does not clean oil and in fact it left a brownish, rust-ish stain on our street! Unacceptable

First my account was paid in fullWhen I called and spoke with the receptionist she never said anything about my account was not up to dateA better way to do business is when I called in to same my garage had been missed I should have been told then and there that I was not up to date on my bill.This accident happened in Sept.of this yearThank you for driving by and checking it outThe rock was placed to have the pointed side upAs you could see when you drove by, it is now laying on its' side about where the garage can would normally sit
My Son saw what happened out of our front windowHe said the arm lifted up the can and that the can fell out and the force of it and the arm knocked the rock to the position it is in now
There were two drivers that morning one for the yard waste and one for the garage
I am sure we can come to a better response to this accident

I am rejecting this response because:I was told that when I called curbside about the refund, they said that they did not get my noticed from Walter and told me to have Walter called them to verified the date that Walter started to pick up my trash back in March I spoke with Walter back in August and ask them to verified their pick up date and have them call Curbside to verify the date Walter had told me that Curbside deny to receiving service switched from other customers Since August of 2016, I had call Curbside every other weeks and spoke with Christy and Dawn, For months of calling Curbside, I have not been told that my refund were not refundable If I knew or been told back then, I wont kept asking for the refund up to nowSince it was auto payment from the bank and curbside do not send the bill letter through mail I found out the collections was kept withdraw when I wanted the Curbside to take their trash can back in August and that when I been told that they did not received my notice Curbside been told from Walter that Walter start to pick up my garbage back in March I did send Curbside cancellation of the service notice and also Walter had called them to verified

It was communicated several times that the trash would get paid for, they are a trash company and they bill their customers, they also have me set up on "auto pay"The dumspters have finally been removedThis company should not do commercial trash service

since followed up with them We pride ourselves in customer service, and appreciate any feed back that is given so that we can improve in those areas of need After reviewing ***'s account, I see that in July her account was one of many that received a Commercial Tax by mistake, we did go through many accounts and correct those affected At this time, ***'s rate was increased due to a tipping fee that increased to us as a hauler, as her contract was up and subject to change I hope this clears up any concerns & appreciate the opportunity to respond Thank you.Dawn

***,In regards to the e-mail issue we were having, it has since been corrected Our e-mails were being sent to an employee address who was no longer with the company And I apologize that it was not caught sooner Like all trash haulers in Minnesota, any "prepaid" money is non-refundable You can go ahead and continue to use our services through February when you were paid up As for the rate being dropped lower than the original contract, we hate to lose customers and would like the opportunity to show you the kind of customer service you experienced in the beginning was not our typical service And trying to make that right includes lowering the rate I hope that helps clear up any unanswered questions you still had. The response to a July billing error has nothing to do with this December 2016/January "computer error"A December bill was said to have been a computer error overcharge for January/February service. Another person from curbside said a credit has been issued to me. This response also does not address my request for a refund of a pre-paid (only payment option available) for February service as I will not be needing from them. I believe the "credit" issued to me was a statement.I believe the non-refund for pre-payment when that is the only payment option is unfair business practice.I question the validity of email excuse for every email I sent questioning my bill

I am rejecting this response because:
I was promised next day pick up. That is the only reason I went ahead with this transaction I was home that next day as well as the other times I called and was promised it would be removed on each of those following days. I have never seen anything blocking the dumpster from being picked up, nor have I ever seen one of their trucks attempting to pick it up. I don't believe they ever intended to give me the next day service they promised. I believe that after they got their $up front, it was just tough luck for me. They are my regular garbage haulers and I will be cancelling them as soon as the this billing period expires, so they will be losing in the long run

Mr***, Our salesman leave a form with you at the time letting you know that if you do not receive the email within hours and it is not in your spam folder, to call into the office and have it sent to youPer our notes, you told one of the customer service representatives in the office
here, that you had decided that you did not want the service, so you chose not to look at the emailThere is a right to rescind date on the agreement that you signed, that if it is cancelled after that date (days after date of signature), then there is a fee that is charged, as we have already paid our salesman for the saleAt this point I cannot remove the cancellation feeWe can move the start date, so you can start at a later date, if this start date does not work for you. This must be another error,
[redacted] has no money past due for service by curbside waste. Please fix the error and clear all fees and past due balances on the account.
Curbside waste called and told [redacted] to place their bin for removal at the home.
Waste service fees were being charged when there was physically no Curbside waste bin at the home.
Please fix this error and Curbside waste is welcome to contact [redacted] 2 years from now to try to setup waste service.

That is just what we were told, here.  I show that there are credits on the account to reflect the cancellation. I also show that you are not being charged for the three weeks in November that you will be receiving serving, so I am not sure what other credits you would like to receive.  The gentleman that you spoke to on the phone, was in fact the owner. He insists that he did not yell at you, so if you feel as if though he was, I, again, apologize. Good afternoon, I apologize for the delay in responding to this concern. The status of the account located at this address has been sent to collections / suspended, therefore when we are asked to remove the container onsite & no payment is made, we remove the cart only.The customer is aware...

We can refund the one month's trash. This customer does not have a green curbside can, we provided her with a black can with no name on it. We switched drivers on the route and the new driver did not know about the different can. Sorry

I followed up with the customer, as we were behind in cart removals, this has been taken care of & removed as of yesterday.
