I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like the refund of $60.00 mailed to my new address.

I am rejecting this response because:
My wife called 2 weeks before the last pick-up on my 1st call to report the withdrawal a women in the office they screwed up and neglected to cancel the withdrawal and she would take care of it approximately 2 weeks later I called and she said it still wasn’t taken care off that she would again talk to The person in charge of refunds a week or so I called again she told me she called and left a message at a different number it wasn’t possible  my wife when canceling the servive for the winter told the lady she talked that if they needed to get ahold of us they needed to call my cell she also stated they left a message about 3 1/2 weeks ago that they couldn’t refund my money  2 times I’ve been lied to by this outfit over something they admitted to screwing uplast Friday I was told a Jennifer would be calling me on Monday 12/11 again another lie  why would anyone want to do business with a company that repeatly lies to someone after they SCREW UP and take my money my intentions are to not resume business with a very poorly run company that would very easily lie to a customer

I am rejecting this response because:The contract did not list the date to disconnect by.  Regardless,  deceptive billing practices should allow me to cancel service that I haven't even used yet.  I was billed for almost a month of service that I couldn't use.

[redacted], I apologize for the delay in getting the cart removed, as we have been overwhelmed with delivering New Start Customer Carts, I do have your cart on schedule to be removed today, please have the cart visible from the road.  As for a refund, there is no refund on prepaid services....

Again, I am sorry that the follow through was not there. The first person you talked to should have told you that we were unable to just put ACH fund directly back into your account. I was not aware that I was supposed to call you, or I certainly would have.

Ms. [redacted], again, I apologize for the delay in clean up. I am not sure whether there was miscommunication in the office, or what may have happened. However, we did not clean up the street with antifreeze. We use an environmentally safe degreaser. I have attached a picture of the product that we use. If it did leave a rust colored spot, I am sorry for that, but I am sure that the clean spot is better for the environment than the chemicals that were there.  If you could please upload a photo of the anti-freeze bottle that was left on your doorstep, I can certainly investigate further. However, we did everything in compliance with city and OSHA standards. Thank you

Our records indicate that we had never received the cancellation from Walters, so we were not made aware of the cancellation until October of 2016 when you called in, which is why the funds were still being withdrawn...

from your account. There is no refund on prepaid monies, you should have been made aware of this in the first place, I'm sorry that you were not. We would be more than happy to arrange for you to have 190.00 in free services. Either free trash pick up, we could remove a bulk item, or a free dumpster (up to 6 yards) for one week. Per our contract, it was signed on July 8th, 2016 & service was to begin on July 15th, 2016, our cart delivery man signed off at that stop on July 12th, 2016 that the cart had been delivered.  The only notes on Mr [redacted] account were the ones to cancel his service, there was at no time a...

call stating that the carts had not been delivered as promised or that there was an issue with his billing.  The only time Mr [redacted] called was to cancel & then he didn't want to  pay a cancellation fee, even though he was out of his cancellation period.  The contract specifically states he has three days to cancel without penalty, he is now wanting to cancel service with no penalty after 2 months have passed.  We do not waive cancellation fees after the grace period, due to the commission to our sales reps that was paid when the contract was signed & the delivery of carts.  We do work with customers that contact us and give is the opportunity to "fix" a situation they feel is wronged, however, Mr [redacted] hadn't contacted us until the cancel.  At this time we are not willing to waive a cancellation fee.

We pickup the customers trash every week until he did not pay for his service. He sent us photos of overweight squirrels and said they had an Autmumn Feast at his house. He did not pay for his services so we pickup the bin and sent him an...

invoice with a cancelation charge. Do not know what we can do to make this customer happy. We would just like him to pay for what he owes us on the contract.. Our company is not interested in hauling his trash now or in the future.

I have 1 picture attachments that states curbside waste continued to
charge me and my account after they took their trash bin.
Curbside waste should have cleared my curbside waste account and
stopped charging me.
No invoice was sent with a cancellation charge/fee.
If there was a cancellation invoice of a $150 fee.
I would have attempted to contact Curbside waste to collect a big load
of trash and then try to continue service with them.
$150 divided by $12 a month for a 65 gallon trash removal service
equals to a year or 12 months of service.
I have another picture attachment that verifies that I paid for
service.
My $23.09 online payment should cover the partial pickups that I got.
Curbside waste included 2 free months of service and did not specify
that I had to pay it in the first 2 months. Error and confusion on
their part.
Curbside Waste can make this customer happy by settling this matter by
bringing my account balance to zero, stopping all charges, and clearing
the current balance.
I'm willing to make a one time online payment of $12 to my curbside
waste online account 10906 to be in good terms with Curbside Waste.
I need Curbside Waste to acknowledge the response and then I'll make
the payment.
As of right now, I currently have service with another waste and trash
removal provider. I'm happy with the service and my balance account is
in good standing with them.

Once again this person did not pay their trash bill,we pickup the can when they canceled. We sent them a last bill with a cancel fee and they are refusing to pay. They also sent us scary photos of overweight squirels and such. We do not want to be contacted by this person, we want them to pay thier bill and move on. This is their way of getting out of what they owe Curbside Waste.

Mr [redacted] has been working with the commercial manager and the owner to get this matter resolved. It was not communicated that he was willing to pay for the trash that is currently in the dumpster. That being said, the dumpsters have been removed.

I definitely apologize that there were conflicting stories regarding the withdrawl of money from your account. I do show that there is a credit on your account for the money that was taken out.
