I WAS REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY BY A YACHT CLUB FRIENDORDERED A BOAT COVER AND PROVIDED INFORMATION FOR MY BOATI RECEIVED THE COVER AND WAITED ABOUT TWO WEEKS TO PUT THE COVER ONTHE COVER DOES NOT FITI HAVE SCHEDULED HELP TWICE AND HAVE MADE TWO TRIPS TO MY BOAT TO TRY AND COVER IT AND IT DOES NOT FITI CALLED THE iBoats.com AND AFTER SEVERAL CALLS HAVE GOTTEN NO HELPTHEY HAVE SAID IT IS A CUSTOM BOAT COVER AND NO REFUNDS OR CORRECTIONSONE TIME THE TECH SUPPORT SAID A MANAGER WAS WORKING ON IT AND WOULD CALL US BACK, THAT WAS AFTER I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES (THIS WAS ON 4/23/18) AND SHANNON SAID THE MANAGER WAS GOING TO CALL ME (OR MY STAFF) WITH INFO, BUT IT WOULD BE THE FOLLOWING THE DAY, WHICH NO CALL WAS EVER RECEIVEDI LET THEM KNOW I WOULD FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE Revdex.com, AND POSSIBLY SEEK LEGAL HELP FORM FAMILY LAWYERNO SOLUTION(S) HAS BEEN OFFERED, AND COMPANY SAID THEY CAN NOTWILL NOT TAKE BACK THIS COVER THAT DOES FITHOW IS THERE NO ASSISTANCE OFFERED TO MAKE TH

I ordered a boat cover for my bass boat The boat cover was a Exact Fit Westland Sharkskin Supreme Because it is made to order, I was concerned about the fit The person in customer service could not have been nicer She answered all my questions and helped me when I had questions about the delivery The Boat Cover Is a great fit and works great to protect the boat I could not be happier with the Company and the experience

Reference Invoice numbers *** dated April 23, and Invoice #*** dated October 13th, In both cases the online ordering system was used to select a cover for my boat, and in both cases that part number was ***, which I have since confirmed with both iboats and Taylor Made is the correct cover for my boat When I recieved the first cover from the April order, I returned it directly to Nicole R*** at Taylor Made becasue it did not fit and they shipped me a new cover, part number *** under ***That cover also did not fit and I again returned it and requested a refundI was issued a refund less a restocking fee that I felt was unjust so I continued to pursue with Abigail P*** at iboatsI was denied again because I was being told that I ordered the wrong cover and it was my faultI began researching and suspected that the online ordering system was changing the part number being ordered when it converts from the payment screen to the invoice scree

I made a order from this Company June 24th of It was boat seats and they were supposed to be delivered by July 26th, No problem at all with that, we were being patientWell I get a email THE DAY BEFORE it was supposed to be delivered saying it will be an additional 7-business daysWhich would have been August 9th, We never received this productI called and spoke to a gentlemen, asking him why we havent received it or even received communication about it being late if it was going to beHe said that for some reason it shows that its confirmed for shipment, but it had said that for over weeks online anyways, and I informed him of thatHe said he would call personally and talk to his contact about what was going on with it And he would call me back in an hourI never received any call, email, any contact from him at allI waited a couple of days and tried calling again, and its either always busy, or im put on hold for at least minutes and never get t

I have ordered what was advertised as being a color match for my boat with a gel coat When I received the order it appeared that it might be a match but upon actually using it found out that it was much darker than it should have been I tried several times to lighten it up with white gel coat mixed in and in the process used most of the first bottle which is very small and expensive By the time I figured what I thought was close I was into the second bottle ($30.) each I might add I called the company and indicated that what they are selling as a match isn't close the right color which they have advertised it as being
Their response was if the bottle is UN-opened you can return it Okay, let me understand what you are saying, you advertise a color match and I cannot tell if it is a match without using it and now you will not compensate for the bad product I explained again the product is not what they advertise and something should be done for the customer to correct the problem....answer again after checking with supervisor is sorry if you have opened the bottle you cannot return it and we cannot do anything for you Judging from my experience and others I don't know how a company can stay in business while selling products that don't match what they advertise...do you? I ordered a part for my boat on 06/30/and never received any type of correspondence regarding the order or its deliveryWhen my package didn't arrive, I called the customer service number and waited on hold for 20+ minsI was told the package would arrive on Monday 07/09/It did not comeI waited a few days then proceeded to call customer service againThis time I was on hold for 30+ mins and was eventually told there were problems with their automated system and that my package was being held at UPSThe city on the delivery address had been mixed up with the city on the billing addressThe agent told me she would send me an invoice, which should have been done the first time I calledShe told me she would fix the mistake on the address and that my package would arrive shortlyWhen it did not, I called UPS and they told me the drop-off had been rescheduled, but the address was this time left blankClearly, this has been an enormous waste of both my time and moneyI

The company iBoats advertises a price match guarantee to its competitors, and I have successfully placed orders with them in the past, so for the purchase of a marine ac, I decided to use themI called their customer service line on a Monday, and talked with a customer service representative The representative told me that they could not see the shipping price of the competitor, so they could not do a 1:price match, but offered a $discount from iBoats price if I wanted to go ahead and orderI said that was fine and proceeded to place the order with the representativeThe price of the item with the discount was $with an additional $shipping and handling with UPS Ground shippingThe total amount was $and I received a order confirmation email and saw the charges on my credit card The order was supposed to be delivered on the following Thursday and it never arrivedI thought it might just be delayed and decided to wait another day to see if it showed up

I ordered and item from iboats that was suppose to have three partsThey only shipped two of the partsAt the same time I paid for rush delivery because it was a timely issue I was attempting to resolve
When I called to resolve the issue with them there was no sense urgency from their end to fix the issueThey refused to give any definitive timeframe for resolutionSince then I’ve had to do all the follow-ups and have still been unable to get them to fix the issueIt seems to me they think I should waste all my time trying to resolve the issue they created
Because it was a timely issue I’ve since had to order the third item from another vendor where I can not get them to address their shortcomingI now need a complete refund when they’ve cost me more in excess shipping fees both to them directly and to another vendor to resolve the issueFurther, they’ve never supplied to last item

I went on Iboats website and put in the logistics of my boat motor to order the correct size prop After receiving the prop I purchased from them, it was not the correct size even though I used their search criteria I followed the instructions to send the prop back which included taking a picture of all sides of the prop IBoats received my pictures and send me an approval number for the return of the prop To my surprise, Once the prop arrived I received a denial of refund based on damage to the prop??? They sent me a picture of a white speck the size of a paperclip head I never even took the prop outside of the cardboard indentation that fits the prop It was clear this prop was wrong based on it being twice the size of the prop I needed They are refusing my refund on this product

I recently purchased a trolling motor on-line from this company After installing the motor, I noticed it was unstable and allowed movement Going back to the website to be sure I had not misunderstood the advertisement, it stated stability as a specification in the product description I contacted the company and was finally told the only option they could offer was for me to return the product and if they found it defective, I could receive a refund My complaint concerns the poor quality of the product not a defect Since the product was installed, which was the only way to detect the problem, the company says they cannot offer a refund

I ordered a boat part on 7/06/and paid premium price for next day delivery It is now 7/10/and the part is nowhere in site I am unable to reach their customer service via phone Recording says they will call me back I am not holding my breath Recommend you stay far away from this firm

Yes first off I ordered a drive shaft off websiteI ordered a short shaft and received a long shaft so after getting on websiteI noticed that when you order a long shaft it proceeds to switch it over to long shaft with you knowingSo I had called for a return so they gave me instructions which I did follow instructionsI added some cardboard to the box it came in because it had been smashed but product was fineSo after I returned the product I got a notice saying that it was not if the original packing, which it was the shaft was packed in paper and put in boxSo after I have called about 5-times they will not give the money back or the product in which I thought I was orderingThey confirmed they knew that the website was switch and baiting with the drive shaftsI will write certified letters to the Iboats and file small claims
