This company is a complete rip off. They send false tracking numbers, Ignore your emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I didn't receive my order and their emails now bounce back as undeliverable.

I wish I could give them no stars at all. My experience was the same as the others here - round and round email chain requesting return information, following their stated return policy, to no avail. Finally I went directly to my credit card company to contest the charge. I should've known better than to click directly on a Facebook ad. NEVER purchase anything from this company!

SCAM DO NOT BUY! They really don't accept returns. Their only answer regardless of why you want to return something is give it to friends or you will have to pay huge fees to ship it back.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I tried to exchange an item and they told me that I needed to take measurements and pictures to send them so they could see for themselves. They then said that it expensive to return an item and I will be the one paying for so I may as well keep the item and ordered and not have my money refunded then order one that fits. I would give them no stars.

After dozens of email exchanges with this company trying to exchange or return swim suits that did not fit me, this was their last reply:
"Dear customer,
Currently all the returns will be processed in our warehouse in China.
As our policy states, our customers are responsible for the returning shipping fee if they want to return/ exchange the item.
And it will spend long time to ship, If the clothes are lost or we can't receive the parcel, we do not supply full payment for you.
So we do not suggest you to return the items if they have not quality problem.
Would it be a $8 refund to your payment account as compensation while you keep the item and send them to your friends as a gift?

After a string of nearly 20 emails, this was their FIRST offer to give me an $8 refund. My shipping cost was more than that! They sent me through hurdles requesting pictures, wanting me to measure my body and recheck their size chart online, this has by far been one of the most horrible customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Now I'm out $60+ and two suits that don't fit (nearly 3x too small).
AGAIN, AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!! TOTAL RIP OF!

Other negative experiences reported are accurate and consistent. Found company through Facebook ad. Order took a month to arrive. Swimsuits were too small up top and not very sturdy yet lovely design/colors. When I attempted a return process, same round-and-round emails about sending measurements, etc. Had several circular exchanges via email. Will end up keeping swimsuits that I cannot wear and wasting money. Return policy is not upheld.

They make it impossible to return the items. You submit the request for return, then they proceed to ask you questions back and forth. They ask you to send picture back to the of you wearing the items to prove they do not fit! I have never heard of such a thing. I will never buy from this company again!

I wish I had checked this website before I made my purchase. I received my items and 3 of the 4 suits that I purchased, the tops did not fit. I contacted customer service within the first 15 days, as the website states you should do, for instructions on returning 3 of the 4 suits. After numerous attempts with customer service, they keep insisting that I send PHOTOS! All attempts to return the suits have failed. Customer service is terrible. It is almost like a automated message you get when you attempt to contact them.

Horrible company, horrible customer service. I have 16 emails going back and fourth with this company in regards to an order that cost $250 CND. Weeks went by with no shipping confirmation, I emailed them to find out the status of my order for them to respond saying some of the items I ordered (and paid for) were out of stock. Over two months later I received one package in which none of the correct sizes were sent, no resolution with customer service on this when I contacted them. The second package still hasn't arrived (we're now in the fourth month) and they now tell me it's been returned to them due to incomplete address (my order was placed all at once so I'm unsure how they could send out the second package with the wrong address), They refuse to refund my money for the second package and are now telling me to check the post office and my neighbors for it! Why would I? You JUST told me it was returned to you. These people are all over the place, total money thieves. I highly recommend you avoid this business and it's many many many sister companies! I'll chalk this up to a loss and get over it, I just hope my review helps atleast ONE person steer clear of this company.

Refund/Return Policy is AWFUL. I wouldn't order from there again. I received my order in decent time. However the suits I ordered were too small. I requested a refund and was willing to send the items back. They sent me through SO MANY hoops to "prove" the items were too small. They wanted me to send photos of myself IN THE SUITS to show them they were too small. I went back and forth with them for a few weeks (still going on)......... They thought a $3 refund and donating the items to charity would be a great idea. UM... no My order was almost $125, I'd like a full refund back!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I had exactly the same experience as the other reviewers did. According to their website, you have 15 days to return unwashed and unworn, and you must receive authorization first before returning. I met those requirements and emailed them to begin the return, and they replied with a string of emails, asking what’s wrong with the item and that I had to SEND PHOTOS to prove it. That is completely inappropriate for them to ask for photos of women in swimsuits that don't fit, hence while we are trying to return them in compliance with the terms on their website.
After I told them I was uncomfortable with sending photos and it was not listed as a requirement in their return policy on their site (or I would NOT have ordered) they told me it would be too expensive to return the item to China as it would be $50-$60 and that I should just keep it and give it to a friend. This is completely unacceptable. They have a return policy on their website that they are not complying with and tricking people into buying their product, and if it doesn't fit, you can’t actually return it as they won't provided the info necessary to do so. They went back and forth with me after several emails and refused to refund my money. I will be disputing with my bank. Stay away from this company, they are 100% fraudulent.
Revdex.com, please proceed with flagging this company as fraudulent and warn people they are not legitimate.

Scam site, tried to cancel less than 24 hours later and they refused. (I read online how they are a scam website)

Never order from here.. I placed an order early June and wanted a North America company they promise to ship in 3-5 days but didn't provide shipping number till July 25 when I opened a dispute which was well over a month after the order was placed. Their excuse was they ran out of my popular items. I paid $150 for my order and still now July 31 and no order. Vacation has passed and I had to purchase yet another bathing suit elsewhere.... this scam company cost me a ton of time and money

Do not order from this company whatsoever!! I placed an order and then sent an email within 24 hours to cancel it (which their website states is an option for a full refund). Two days later they emailed me saying they couldn’t give me the refund because it had already shipped. They told me to email them once I received the items for their return policy. It’s been two weeks now of asking everyday how to return the items and they are not giving me a straight answer. They even asked for pictures of the items and then told me they’re not damaged so I have no reason to refurn them. They are also telling me to just keep it or gift it to a friend!! I kept saying I want to return them and they said I would have to pay for the shipping fee (which is stated on their website) but it would have to be to China!!!! (Which is not stated on their website). I am appalled by this company and how they are conducting their “business.” This company is a complete sham. Disgusting.

Buyer beware. After researching this company and finding they have an F rating it only makes sense that I am writing this review. This company is registered with the Revdex.com in Chino CA. They are not located in Chino they are located in CHINA. I ordered an item that didn’t fit and inquired about returning it. According to their website there is a 15 day window to return and you must receive authorization first before returning. After I sent photos, they told me it would be too expensive to return the item to China and that ai should just keep it and give it to a friend. They are doing business fraudulently. Worst experience I have ever had. Did not receieve my order for over a month. Received only 3 out of 10 items. The items I did receieve were poorly made. They agreed to refund me for the items that I did not receive and 20 days later they still have not. They continue to ask me to be patient. It has been almost two months since I ordered and I dont have my full order or my money back. This feels like a complete scam and from what I have read I am shocked they are still allowed to do business.

Poor product quality so I tried to return or get a refund. Had to take pics of the white lining of the underwire showing when you wear it. They responded that they see nothing wrong. They suggest I give it to a friend. WTH kind of response is that. They need to be shutdown!

I was a little worried as I read these reviews AFTER I ordered. But I had a completely different experience. My shipping notice came a day or two after I ordered. It arrived the day the shipping tracking said it would. The suits are absolutely beautiful, great quality and the best green color I have ever seen. The sizing was true to my pants size. Unfortunately, the suits just didn't fit my upper body (I'm a little busty and need some extra support there). I was so sad to have to return as the suits are stunning and you can't beat the price! I have started the return process and so far no red flags.

Dry poor returns policy. They keep telling you it is better for me to keep the swimsuit instead of paying huge rerun fee to China, and will only credit me $5
Sizing chart on the website is off also.

If I could give this a negative 10 I would. Customer service is horrible and rude. They have a 15 day return policy but will not honor it. If you say your going to do something then they should do it, very misleading that they “say” they offer a return policy but don’t.
