DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered bathing suits, they didn’t fit and they will not give me return information without sending a picture of how they are too small!? What??? I have gone back and forth over email and they claim their size charts are right. It is ABSURD. They should be shut down.

This business should be awarded zero stars. After seeing their advertisement on Facebook, I ordered two suits. I was expecting a confirmation email, but never received. Yet I found it odd & concerning that my money was taken out immediately. The next day I researched and saw countless reviews of poor customer experiences and decided to cancel my order. Their cancellation policy states full refunds are given if cancellation is placed within 24 hours - I was well within this timeframe. I emailed & messaged on Facebook and was assured my refund would be processed within 5-15 business days. It has now been over one month and I still have not received my refund. I have gone back & forth with them for weeks, and all the while they are adamant that my refund was processed. Thankfully I filed a claim with PayPal and my money was returned. However, I am still pursuing this issue with the company. It is completely unacceptable that they are scamming people in this fashion, and both PayPal & Facebook should stop associating with this business.

You’re not able to make returns as stated on the website. The company requests you take pictures of the reasons you no longer want the item. Ex. You have to take a picture of the sizing because their sizing chart is OB the site. If you no longer want the item they ask you to give it to a friend as they’re warehouse is no in China and it’s to expensive to return. The package came from Chino, Ca. Email from Curve Ocean:

They take forever to process and ship order. You cannot get in touch with them. I finally, after a month got part of my order, but not all of it. Still trying to get my money back!

I ordered 3 bathing suits. After not hearing from them for 3 weeks I asked about my order. They kept giving me the run around and when I wanted to cancel they “shipped” 2 of the 3 suits. It took 2 weeks before it was out for delivery in my town by USPS and then was somehow returned to sender at the last minute. They claimed my address was not right. When I asked for a refund they offered only to give me refund minus a shipping fee of $30 or to ship it again at my cost. They are a rip off and a scam!

I order two suits in May and I just got them both. I had to follow-up in mid-June on both. One came a few days later and I just got the other last week. One fits ok bit one is way too small in the bust. The cups look like they would work on teenager?? Like the other reviews here, they took the money out as soon as I ordered the suits and when I inquired about returning the one, they want photos of me in it and measurements? Who wants to send a photo of themselves to some random email? DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I purchased a swimsuit from this company on 4/28/20. I received a confirmation but never a tracking number. I waited over a month before I tried contacting the company. When I tried the link in the confirmation email, it took me to a different business website. When I tried using the customer service email I never received a response. After a few days and attempts at contacting someone, the company posted an apology for the page being down. Again I tried contacting someone through the customer service email. No luck. I started posting comments warning people that the company wasn’t responding and as soon as I’d post a comment, it would disappear. I’d post it again. Luckily there was an email for the person who did the transactions on my bank receipt. I contacted that person. They did not respond. I tried contacting the company through messenger and finally someone emailed me back. They told me to only contact them through messenger. My package finally got to me on 6/30/20.

I ordered two doors in January. The money was immediately taken out of my account and no one ever contacted me to tell me they didn't have one of the suits in stock. Two months of waiting the suit never came back in stock. My order still never shipped. They take weeks to answer emails. Four months later, I finally recieved one suit and a refund for the second. The suit I recieved was not true to size, nor was there a size chart online. Now they are playing email yeah and are refusing to exchange the suit. Beyond frustrating.

I did not receive an order confirmation, which is frustrating. Two weeks after ordering, I thought about filing a claim with Paypal. Before doing that, I sent an email via gmail to the company asking if they got my order and to reply with a shipping date. I got my order nine days later. Altogether it took 20 days from order to delivery . PRODUCT REVIEW: I got exactly what I ordered. Sizing chart is OFF. All three swimsuits I purchased are too small. One size up would do. The colors are slightly off, but I don’t think it’s because of a screen discrepancy. I think the photos on the website are enhanced to look more appealing. I’ll keep the suits and lose weight.
