Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Yes my car was repaired on 2-4-but only after contacting the Revdex.com almost a month later prior to that I called the company several times and had people tell me that they were going to look into it an stating they had no record of me bringing my car in with no return call....an only found that they had an issue getting my tire from reading it on this website, no one from the company ever communicated that to me or even called the insurance company as they said they would but soon as I make a complaint my tire shows up at the companyI am absolutely disgusted at the service I received there! This issue has been resolvedIt did propose a bit of a challenge to refund the deposit, as our customer tried to send us his Credit card information in a Secure Document Message that we had to create an account to view, however, each attempt proved unsuccessful After numerous daily attempts to open this secure document, we finally were able to connect with each other, and as a result we received his information verbally and we immediately processed the refundthe customer was informed of this and our business was concluded[redacted] ***

The consumer and I have spokenWe apologize for the confusionWe had a consumer with an e-mail address that was one digit off his e-mail addressAn individual in service captured the individuals e-mail incorrectly and when this consumer had an appointment a reminder was sentIt is now fixed

I received a phone call from *** *** from Paddock Chevrolet he denied that those emails that were sent to me were not generated from his businessAfter some time had passed I received an email from Mr*** and he stated that the emails were in fact from his businessHe said the the problem was rectified and I will not receive anymore emails from his businessHad the person that generated those emails done a more professional job, that mistake would never had happened or if the person that I had originally contacted had cared about their job they would have found out what the problem was and this would have never gone this farI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Good afternoon *** , When Ms.*** arrived on January 12th, we proceeded to retrieve all the important information to order the tire for her vehicleWe checked on availability here in our
Parts Dept and we did not have that size tire in stockWe then proceeded to order from one of our tire vendors and they explained they also were out of stock of that size tireThey ordered the tire from there warehouse and they stated it could take some time to come to there location for delivery The tire has since been delivered to our locationWe have made contact with customer to arrange installation of the tire for the customer. To Whom It May Concern,   I spoke to Mr [redacted] this morning to address his concerns.  We have no management records of the transaction and Mr [redacted] did not recall...

with  whom  he spoke with. I assured Mr [redacted] that at the time of his visit I had 12 of these trucks left in inventory  That were all eventually sold to consumers and I could not understand why he would told any differently. I assured him that even though he did not recall the name of who he spoke with I would address it with our entire sales team. I also promised Mr [redacted] should he see any advertisement that interested him to call me personally and I would make sure he was taken care of. While there was no financial loss suffered by the consumer nor any negative credit score activity Paddock Chevrolet would be more then happy to send  the consumer $200 as a good will gesture. Bill W[redacted] General Manager

[redacted]'s GMC Terrain was towed to Paddock Chevrolet by [redacted] owned by [redacted] gave verbal authorization to Aubrey P[redacted] one of our senior service advisors to diagnose the vehicle as he believed it would fall under a special policy that GM could fix under...

warranty. Mr [redacted] diagnosis was incorrect and it was determined the vehicle had a timing chain issue that was not covered under special policy .  Aubrey advised [redacted] via phone that the item was not covered and that if she had an issue with the bill we believed she should talk to Mr [redacted]. We consequently called Mr [redacted] who advised us he would reimburse her the funds as it was him that had possession of her vehicle and him that decided to tow it here and ultimately it was he  that authorized the work and signed the repair order. . We have been advised by Mr [redacted] that he is working with [redacted] to refund her money.

To Whom It May Concern,   Our records indicate that over two years ago , April of 2014, Skylar Landon purchased a 2007 Dodge Caliper . The vehicle was brought in for service only one time, May 13th 2014. The issues that were addressed were a right front headlamp bulb that went out, a brake...

squeal and a interior trim piece that was broken. There was also a complaint about an inaccurate fuel gauge. The first three issues were addressed at no charge to the consumer. The fuel gauge issue was not able to be duplicated. We provided Skylar a rental vehicle at no charge as well while the repairs were completed. Skylar made the decision that she did not want this vehicle anymore and traded it toward a pre owned Mazda. Her Dodge was not a lemon law qualifying vehicle nor was there any indication that there were any additional issues with the vehicle.  Bill [redacted]  General Manager

I would like paddock to reimburse me the 700 dollars it cost me to fix their mistakes. im not trying to get anymore than what I paid .I gave paddock an opportunity and they pretty much told me too bad for me.

To whom it may concern:This is in response to [redacted]"s complaint with regard to our newspaper ad. I have attached a copy of the ad which clearly states "drive in any trade you OWN, any year, any make, any miles, and take advantage of these lease payments.  Ms. [redacted]  and her husband do not own their [redacted], it is a lease vehicle. A leased vehicle does not qualify for the ad payments. However we tried to contact the company who leased them their [redacted] but they were closed, it was a Sunday. We did contact the lending institution on Monday, the following day, and they informed us they needed the customers consent to give us any information with regard to the [redacted] lease. we called the customer and left a message, they have not called us back.Tom K[redacted]New Car General Sales Manager

claiming this consumer was told they had to open the card nor did he say that the card had anything to do with the loan. Paddock Chevrolet understood that they had no possible way to confirm what had occured and didn't feel comfortable with the possibility that a consumer could be offered a card or sign up for a card without fully understanding what was happening. We have changed our policy because of this and have canceled offering the card to anyone. It is also our understanding that as long as the card is not authorized when received by the consumer it is not activated therefore not reported to a credit bureau. While we are not the credit card company this was the information we received when we looked into this situation with Capitol one. The last fact that should be addressed is Mr [redacted] is no longer employed by Paddock Chevrolet .  Bill W[redacted]  General Manager

sell.  We have also have signed documents from the previous owner saying the vehicle was not in an accident. In researching our service history we have no history of the Malibu every having been here for service.  We cannot comment on the opinion of another dealer to the value or history of a vehicle but would be more then happy to try to help the consumer trade there Malibu in.  Thank You Bill [redacted] General Manager Paddock Chevrolet
